New Curse Chapter

Hey Folks,
Sorry for the 5 month wait for a new chapter. I was working on another project and finding a job. It looks like I've found one, which is nice, and the project (a tabletop RPG ruleset) is at the point where I don't need to devote a significant portion of my time to move it along. So, it looks like I'll have much more time for writing in the future.

Hey Folks,
Some of you may have noticed that One Honest Mare has been updated, kind of. I moved the two chapters so far into one short story. This chapter will be followed by another short story from Spike's perspective. Has anyone read Casual Vacancy? That's kind of what I'll be going for here: a series of connected, but independent stories telling a larger, over-all story.

Hiatus: Indefinite

Long story short, I don't have the time I want to be able to devote to these stories. My life is kind of in limbo at the moment, and I'm spending all of my time at my desk, preparing a portfolio to use as a freelance writer. One Honest Mare: Hiatus · 11:49pm Apr 4th, 2013

Here's the deal, folks. April is exam month for me, and they're my last university exams, period. So even if I was planning on updating frequently, I wouldn't be able. Second, I'm not quite satisfied with what I've got outlined for the story. I want to do the best job I can with this story, so here's my plan: I will finalize the outline, get about halfway through the story, make sure it's as close to perfect as I can get it, and then I'll publish what I've got. So when you do get something, it will be about half of a novel, polished until it shines. Sorry if I got any one's hopes up for frequent updates, but I think you'll be happy I did it this way when I finish what I've got planned.
