It's not every day that you find a Wolf-Pony, much less one who has gained some measure of control over the curse. After the reclusive pony saves the lives of her and her friends in the Everfree Forest, she feels a need to do something to help him. For the first time in her life, however, Twilight comes across a problem that neither magic nor her considerable intellect can solve. Perhaps someone from her past will be able to help her come to terms with these feelings of impotence.

Leonard Schreiter only wanted to go camping. Now, he's in what has to be an alternate dimension populated by pastel-coloured ponies. He's never been an introspective man, but he will have to learn a lot about himself in order to make a place for himself in Equestria. Hopefully, he will meet the right people/ponies/creatures to help him find acceptance in this strange, new world.

Spike has grown into a young dragon, and is happy obtain both meat and bits by protecting smaller towns from monsters. When the Belle family is threatened by Canterlot's strongest organized crime syndicate, he's forced to reassess is path in life.
There are times when a mare has to do what a mare has to do. The same goes for dragons. They can only hope they're not at odds with each other.

In the breakaway state of Unicornia, a certain somepony is in grave danger, and completely unaware. Twilight, Pinkie, Mac, and Braeburn attempt to retrieve her from a speakeasy under the ownership of the Unicornian Platinum Council, a gang/political party bent on asserting the racial superiority of the more magical tribe. Will it be a routine snatch-and-run mission, or will conflict from the past arise to put their lives in danger?
