So it's been awhile since I've had a contest for those who read my stories, and since the last one was pretty fun I thought why not do another one. So to that end, how would you (Yes you! ) like your OC to be featured in their very own story, being interviewed by Jon? 
If you want to enter this contest you must adhere to the following requirements.
Rules:
1. Must be your own OC. Does this mean you can't suggest an OC belonging to someone else...well no. If you do nominate an OC on behalf of someone else they much be okay with it and abide to rules two and three.
2. Must have a decent picture of your OC so I can Photoshop it as the cover art for the story.
3. Must have, and be comfortable with using, a Google account since the story will be written live via Google docs.

He leads scientific endeavors to achieve what only magic previously could, such as levitation. And he does it all with inner-city Bucklyn slang. Plus, he's incredibly obscene, so he and Jon would get along fine.
But honestly, totallynotabrony's OC is much better.

He escaped an spent the next five years trying to find a home. He got his cutie mark when he almost got buried alive in snow. He learned how to read and write from an isolationist family where he gained his name. A year later he managed to find Ponyville and after a lot of red tape managed to gain citizenship

Reason- Honor Bound used to be human. However, not being able to go to Equestria as himself, Celestia switched Honor Bound with the mind of Blueblood; who had become power hungry and attempted to overthrow the crown. She chose Honor Bound for reasons not yet reveled, but hinted at knowing that he'd be a good influence on Twilight. Twilight is now his magic tutor, and is helping Honor prevent Blueblood's return.
Yeah... I can understand why Honor won't be considered, but I figured that there wouldn't be any harm in throwing his hat in the ring.

Characterization: Used to think she was human until she found out the hard way that she's pure equestrian (i.e. she ran into the being she believed to be her human self....it's complicated). She basically has been raised as an earth pony and as such never learned to use magic much until fairly recently. Despite being a bit long in the horn, she's new enough to magic that she struggles with spells most unicorns take for granted such as levitation. Literally, she struggles with raising pebbles. As s result, she tends to view problems and solutions from an Earth Pony stand point.
Personality: Quick-witted and overall friendly in disposition with a side of snark, she tends to treat anypony she does not know well with a hefty degree of caution until she warms up to them. Tends to find herself in dangerous situations that she has to get out of as quietly as possible. While her cutie mark has yet to manifest, she is very talented in the art of stealth and misdirection (would actually be her cutie mark if she'd only realize this). Until then the subject of cutie marks and how the effect ponies views on oneself is both a sensitive subject and yet a personal favorite. Has an odd fear of alicorns as well suffers from acrophobia.
Basically this is a pony that i came up with after looking at several background ponies. Coupled with her innate talent with stealth, she sees things other ponies don't want her to see. I figure this might make for an interesting interview where Jon can get the scoop on some embarrassing stories on other ponies from her. To help keep her identity a secret, she could wear disguises (She'd need them if she ever spills the beans on what she found in Celestia's room)
A bit more than you asked for, but what the hell. This should be an interesting story no matter what.

Sir Knightmare DemonBane, a wandering changeling bard that's earned himself a fair bit of notoriety for his intense shows and for being one of the few beings, and the only changeling, willing to take on Queen Chrysalis for her cruel tactics. Was previously her 'High-General' before deciding that working for a queen that refuses to listen simply isn't worth the headaches.
his primary passion is music, but a sort of 'chronic hero syndrome' is a second driving factor for him. regardless of race or species, Knightmare's driven to help those in need, even if they're not the type to take a liking to help from a changeling.
While technically a bard, Knightmare's adventurous spirit and penchant for getting himself in trouble has often lead him to find himself on an array of adventures ranging from fighting against his own queen, to stumbling around the dark depths of Tartarus. His magical guitar, 'Nyx', is the product of one such adventure.

It would be cool if he was interviewed mainly because he is a backpacker and has seen the more remote parts of the world, as most of his travels have taken him far out of the common areas of Equestria. While Photo Finish does most of her work in the studio with assistants and the highest end equipment EffStop hikes for days/weeks/months to the most remote locations with just a saddle back filled with a 50 year old camera and a tripod. So because of that he has seen more than most ponies ever will. Since he is an earth pony he has had to come up with interesting work arounds to get into areas that are usually only accessible to Pegasus or Unicorns.

Why he should be on the show?
... I honestly don't know. I guess to sort of express that Changelings aren't that evil, especially after the Chrysalis episode. It would be a shame to assume that all Hives that exists are under the control of Chrysalis.
Other than that, I guess you could make him an 'accidental guest'. Like on the day of live broadcast, Jon's guest couldn't arrive, and he just happens to find some random talent on the streets while walking to take a break from the situation. Or maybe just make them meet in an 'awkward encounter', like Ryne absent-mindedly bumps into Jon in the streets, and Jon freaks out and starts throwing things at Ryne...and to make for it, Jon invites him for a talk.

He is releasing a new film, called Lost in the Rain, a romantic period piece taking place in the 45th century (five hundred years earlier according to the calender I'm using). He has a bit of a history releasing box office bombs and critical flops that have created cult followings. He is the younger brother of Twilight Sparkle, who he has a shaky relationship with, and he sort of loathes her. Also of note: He dated Trixie in high school, and since she dumped him like yesterday's lunch, he sort of resents her. He's also a republican, and no, not that kind. He just has a problem with the system of government used in Equestria. Which means Celestia is a bit hesitant to let him on the show. He's against Royal Order 273, which is basically a draft order that can be activated at any time. It's the order that Rainbow used in Hurricane Fluttershy to recruit every pegasus in town to create a hurricane, even those that weren't on the weather team.

Why do I think he should be on the Jon Stewart show? Here's my argument.
Light Noise is a little-known rockstar who went to school with both Octavia and Vinyl Scratch (he dropped out). He's a bit of a thrill seeker, but he has a particular talent - he can play piano with his wings. It took him a long time to hone the skill, but it's now like a human with four hands.
Pretty normal other than that, though. I'm sure I'll get beaten.

He should be on the show/story (shory?) because he could be anything you want in a talk show. He can't fly, plus, he has an exploitable hatred of the dark. (Not fear, hatred.) He is incredibly coordinated, and can juggle, pull things out of nowhere, ride on a sideways barrel with his front hooves, and shake his wings, all at the same time (you may not know it, but it REALLY throws a pegasus off balance (probably)). He can be very violent, OCD, ADHD, and ps3 sometimes. Plus, his favorite thing about the human world is Doctor Who! ...Which you may not know, but it makes him awesome. (David is best Doctor!) He also knows what serifs are.

The reason Jon should interview him: He is working in Ponyville as a repair pony to fuel his inventions/research and has recently made a breakthrough discovery in his latest research in movable mechanical prosthetic wings and horns for pegasi and unicorns specifically who have lost their respective appendages in accidents (broken beyond repair, part broken that blocks or limits use, etc.). He is a bit of an oddball (halfway between normal and Pinkie Pie) and sometimes rambles on when talking about his work.

She is a struggling Stand-up Comic, whose mother was a Pegasus Hematologist (blood doctor), and father was a Bat Pegasus Guard for Princess Luna. She struggles in her career not because she isn't funny, but because of her frightening appearance, what with the bat wings and Blood-Red coat. I think it would be interesting to see her matching comedic whits with Jon Stewart and to talk about the social outlook and stigma her species has in Equestria, and it would be cool for Jon to meet a new Species and to see A new comedic view of Equestia from someone who actually lives there. I also can provide back story for her parent's as well as how a Bat Pegasus is created if need be.

Reason why she/he/they should be on the Daily Show: I'm going to be straight up and honest with you; its much preferably if Hoplite and Lethe are a packaged deal, mostly because the two work so well with each other. They tend to be able to play off of each other verbally and emotionally, leading to a comedic result that alot of my fans seem to enjoy. Beside being interesting characters to interview, the two would also be able to give two differing views and opinions on the Royal Guard, as well as the day to day life of what goes on inside Canterlot Castle. Not only that, but also maybe some
dirtinfo on their bosses, the Royal Sisters. Things that John could definitely ask and expand upon, while being informative for his show and your style of writing. If you're looking for an idea of their personalities (as well as an example of the comedic playoff I said), I'd advise checking out Chapter 9 of Slice of Life. Because he's Head Chef fucking Ram Sea, ye' doaty clag-tail bampot piece ahAhem. Sorry about that. Ram Sea, again, is another fan-popular OC in the fic, known for his brass and headstrong personality, both of which I could imagine would add a wonderful touch to the interview lineup. His straightforward language, always written in (according to fans who are native speakers, not personal opinion) spot on phonetic Scottish brogue, helps breathe life into the character's personality, actions, and mindset. More than a few other fanfics have used him in their works, or some variation of this beloved sheep. For a long while, people have always wondered how a sheep from Coltland became Chef of the Royal Kitchens, which would be sure to lead to a interesting and dynamic (if censored) episode of the daily show.... and let's not forget the puns that could be pulled off from name, actions, and personality alone.For more on this character, practically any chapter of Slice of Life would do.
