    Season 4

    I never quite watched all of Season 3. I haven't watched any of Season 4. It occurred to me while writing for personal amusement that I won't feel comfortable posting any pony stories I happen to write until I've caught up on the episodes. At the same time, I feel a strange trepidation about watching Season 4.

    Apparently, I at some point ordered a copy of Ponyfinder. Or something.

    Between this event transpiring and my receipt of my actual copy of the book, I forgot that I'd ever done it, and in fact forgot that Ponyfinder was a thing that existed. In case anyone reads this and doesn't know, Ponyfinder is a thing that exists.

If I ever write a trollfic, it's going to spend thirty thousand words establishing a grand adventure, and then everypony is going to die because they forgot about something that was established in the second chapter.

"I just made them love each other," Cadence said. "I mean, the problem is, Luna's jealous and Celestia's too proud to fix it, right? Equestria doesn't need a war —"

"You made," Clover said, voice tight, "the sun and the moon love each other."

"No. Just two sisters about to tear the world apart."

Clover pointed. "You made the sun and the moon love each other."

The moon hurtled into the morning sky, impacting the sun with a curious silence. The sun expanded, glow intensifying. Then the atmosphere flashed white, and —

711587 That reminds me of Skywriter's one-line story, which goes something like this:
"Mmm," Twilight said breathlessly, laying her head on Luna's shoulder. "I wish this night could last forever."

711633 I would be humbled, but he's Skywriter; effortlessly tossing off little tweet-sized stories that eclipse things ten times their size is just what he does.
