So this writing analyzer thing is going around, causing angst. 
Though I've yet to post anything, I've got a few bits and pieces around, all in different styles, so let's see...
A single-person chapter intro, with internal thoughts? David Foster Wallace.
Hmm...I keep meaning to read Infinite Jest. Interesting. 
A running fight scene aboard a spaceship? Arthur C. Clarke.
Ehh...I hope I can pull off better endings than he did. 
A short dialogue in a romance? Neil Gaiman.
I'm not sure how I feel about my romance writing being Gaimanesqe. Certainly not bad. 
Interesting. So far, keeping a pace of ~2,000 words per day seems doable, and fun. 
I needed a fightin' unicorn for my story, and upon reflection I've decided to co-opt Sweetie Belle's life and future in my metaverse. 
She's growing up to be a bit of a badass. 
I may end up shipping her, after the war.
