So, we're a few hours away from 2013; many things have happened this year.
I joined this fandom, my Wii broke, I finished High School, etc.
Anyway, just want to wish you all a happy new year. I know I will have a good one, since I'm getting a 3DS in just a couple of days, and I'll probably become inactive for some days
So, yeah. To anyone who is 4 or more hours ahead of my timezone, happy 2013!

667495 There is hope, a new Congress will be sworn in about 2-3 days from now, hopefully then the Republicans will realize how stupid they are to be leaning on the GOP for help. Andi f not there's always the 2014 mid term elections, we'll just see what the American punlic things of them then. At the rate things are going the Republican party is going to fall apart as they realize they can't appeal to whites and expect to win.
I can see a repeat of 1968 only with the Republican party completly decaying before the eyes of everyone, and then and only then will tehy realize that they must go back to being the party of Lincoln, not the party of Big Business.

667695 Yes but hopefully if worse comes to worse the new Congress will be able to pass a deal that will stop the effects of the cliff before they hit us all. I just don't understand why the rich are so opposed to paying more in taxes. We gave them tax cuts if they would create American jobs and they haven't done so. The time for kindness is over, it's time to make the 1% fear us and show them that they are not "Real Americans".

I just hope that Jeb Bush stays out of the 2016 Presidential Election, the last thing we need is another Bush Presidency. We've had two and both presidents made the same mistkae of focusing on foreign instead of domestic policy. I hope the Deomcrats win the next 2 elections so the Republicans can truely see how out of touch they are with America.

667863 Roosevelt is not likely, Kennedy more than likely no. Ted Kennedy was the last big shot and that big scandal tied to his name blew any chances of that happening.
