The college life is what everypony dreamed of. After leaving for collage Moon Ray, a perfect unicorn, is ready to enjoy the life he never had. Friends, no rules, and a mare friend. In all his grade levels he was adored by every mare. He had never been rejected before but the old saying goes "there's a first time for everything." He is about to learn what rejection is going to feel like from a certain purple unicorn who didn't have time for anything.

Welcome to class

"Is he really in our class this year?"

"Yeah. I checked the roster four times just to make sure."

"Wow I can't believe it!"

The chatter outside the class room grew as the mares were bringing up this mysterious unicorn. The hallway was full of talented unicorns who were ready to start their first year of college. This wasn't a normal class, it was an advanced magic learners class for gifted unicorns. Thousands of unicorns applied but only thirty five were allowed to take the class. Everypony was ready to jump into their new stage of their life. The mares weren't really interested in the class its self, but the name Moon Ray was a topic that the mares could talk about for hours. The five stallions that stood in the hallway with the mares were invisible to the talking ponies.

"Do you really think the rumors are true?" A white mare said while looking to a hallway that lead out to the quad.

"I think they are." A blue unicorn replied.

The stallions in the class looked disgusted listening to the talk of the mares. One spoke in a annoyed tone. "What's so special about this unicorn? I bet he is a jerk who doesn't even care for the mares that like him."

"Or worse." One stallion added. "Maybe he uses them then moves on."

This sent a chill down the stallions spines. "Why can't good looking mares fall for one of us?" on of the stallions asked.

They shot him a look and he closed his mouth. Suddenly the talking fell as hoof steps and talking from the building entrance became louder and louder.

"Okay, the advanced magic class is over there and your dorm is being prepared right now. Are there any other questions you have?" A older mare said.

"No thank you miss.... Um I never caught you name." Replied a strong stallions voice.

"Oh dear. Where are my manors?" She asked herself. "My name is Miss. Blossom, I work at the front desk in the student store. I am also the schools record keeper."

"Thank you for the tour. My name is Moon Ray." The stallion replied.

Giggles filled the hallway as a set of hoof steps got louder. The stallions that were insulting him rushed to the front of the group of mares waiting for the "perfect stallion" to pull the corner. The shadow grew larger and the steps got louder, while in the hallway, hearts raced and ideas formed. He stepped into view and just as expected the mares fell in love while the stallions started to think of lies to make him seem evil. He was waving at Miss Blossom who was near the door by now. When he put his hoof down and turned to see thirty three pairs of eyes staring at him, he jumped.

"Um hello everypony." He said in a nervous tone.

To the mares his words were like a knight in shining armor coming to save them from their boring lives and whisk them away to a place of perfection. To the stallions it was a declaration of war. Finally some of the stallions broke formation and dropped out of sight behind the wall of mares. Moon calmed down and realized what was happening.

Why does this happen in every school? He said in his head.

He raised a hoof and spoke in a kind tone. "Listen everypony I'm not interested in finding a mare friend...." He paused and started to think about what he just said. "Not yet any way. I want to get settled in and start my studies before I start a relationship." Correcting himself.

I took the mares a couple seconds to break down what Moon just said. Finally when it clicked in their minds, the expressions on their faces went to something in between "no hope" and "I will be alone forever". They turned away from the black furred unicorn and went to a corner of darkness. He flipped his silver mane and looked back toward the quad.

I hope I wasn't to hard on them. Why do I have to be so stupid some times?! He thought.

Finally the tension was broken when a yellow pony walked in from another hallway. His blue work cloths almost made his yellow coat brighter. He fumbled through his keys, dropping them twice, and finally finding the one he was looking for with a smile on his face. He opened the door and walked away without saying a word. The unicorns picked up their bags and walked into the brightly lit class room. It was an amazing class room. The wall they were looking at what actually a huge glass window giving a beautiful view of the quad. The room had four rows and each was higher than the other. Each row could sit nine students. Each table was built for two and that gave all the mares an idea. They were going to sit next to Moon to gain an upper hand on the relationship race. All the unicorns stood in the door way waiting for somepony to move. The stallions were waiting for the mares and the mares were waiting for Moon. Finally Moon walked to the second row and took a seat next to the large window. There were five seats open where the mares had a good shot at getting his attention. When they all tried to move at the same time, a fight broke out. In the midst of their verbal onslaught one unicorn moved in and took the seat right next to Moon. The mares resorted to louder voices and insults while the four other stallions took the remaining seats. When the dust settled and the mares had made amends they looked to the last four seats. To their surprise the seats were taken. They grunted and groaned while looking for seats far from their perfect unicorn.

------------

An hour had pasted and the unicorns were talking to each other. Most of the talk was about Moon and how the seats were stolen from under their hooves. The stallions talked but Moon was just staring out the window to the green quad below their class room. Finally the door reopened and a unicorn walked in. He was a darker shade of yellow with light brown mane and a goatee. He was wearing a fancy white shirt, red tie, and aviators. He slowly trotted to the desk at the bottom of the class room and set his briefcase down.

He looked at the class then back at the clock. "Well hello class. I've got good news and bad news." he said in a strange tone. "Well now that I think about it, it's double good news for you." He was rubbing the back of his neck in an attempt to seem koi. "First bit of good news. This class is going to be hard but if you are able to pass you will be able to take a magic class taught by the princess herself." Murmurs and gasps filled the room. "Second bit of good news for you, I'm hungover bad today so no teaching until Wednesday."

Everyone in the class started laughing. He looked annoyed then he had a smile on his face. "Oh but don't worry. When you come in this class hungover, which I know you will, I will be sure to laugh at you to." He was glad the students didn't have any strong feelings towards him being hungover on his first day of teaching. He used his magic to lift up a piece of chalk and used it to write his name.

"My name is Mr.Beam. You can all call me by my first name Sun if you please." He said with a smile on his face. "Talk among your selves." The unicorns did just that.

The mares began their gossip while the stallions (excluding Moon) talked about how cool their life was now. Moon stared into the quad getting lost in his own thoughts. One of the mares broke ranks and walked to the stallion part of the class room. She was heading to the main prize, Moon Ray's table. The stallion sitting next to Moon jumped in the way.

The sky blue unicorn looked at the unicorn in her way. "Do you think I could sit next to Moon just for today?" She asked in a quiet tone.

The unicorn looked annoyed and tried not to sound sarcastic. "Hello to you to. My name is Wild Wind. Whats yours?"

"Look I just want to sit next to Moon Ray. Is that to much to ask?" The mare said in a some what stern tone.

Wild had enough of this mare trying to blow him off. He looked at the mare and said loudly. "Why do you want to sit next to a loser like that?"

Moon had heard the comment but, he had no strong feelings toward the stallion. Just when Moon was about to tune out, he heard a loud thunk. He looked over to see Wild's face flat on the table.

"Ow......... What did you do that for?" His voice was muffled by the table but loud enough for the whole class to hear.

"What did he ever do to you?" She exclaimed. "It's not like he walked in and started making fun of you or bullied you!"

Wild looked up and in a sad tone replied. "Yeah your right.... I will move."

Right as Wild stood up, he felt a hoof on his shoulder forcing him to stay where he was. A voice that was smooth as silk spoke from behind him. "I think you should sit here for today. We have a full year head of us and I want to get to know my table partner." Moon said with a smile on his face.

Both ponies standing there were shocked. The mares jaw dropped as Wild took a seat back down. She turned around and walked to her table and sat down empty hoofed. Wild looked at Moon with a confused face. Moon grinned and extended a hoof.

"Hello. My name is Moon Ray. What's yours?" He asked

"Um Wild Wind.... Is there a real reason you wanted to talk?" He asked confused.

"Well we have to sit next to each other for a full year. I think I should get to know you." He replied happily

Wild looked confused. After he had though of him being evil it kind of seemed like he was being honest. Wild had a reputation of misjudging ponies. He looked at Moon with a smile on his face.

"Well hello table partner. I'm Wild Wind" He said confidently this time. "I love drawing the sky and relaxing in the quad. I don't really like being cooped up so forgive me if I get shaky."

"Oh that's fine. I'm sure I won't notice. So do you have any of your drawings with you?" Moon asked happily.

"Not the real ones.... But I have some on my phone. Want to see?" Wild replied.

Moon nodded and looked at his new friends phone. There were hundreds of pictures about the sky and plains of open fields. Moon was blown back by the quality. Each picture was clear and beautiful to the point where he thought he was actually looking at a field of green grass, open blue sky's, and mountain ranges farther then the eye could see.

"Wow these are nice pictures!" Moon said with enthusiasm. "Do you think I could see them in real life.... Or could you take me to the place you went for inspiration?" He asked

Wild looked at his own photos then looked at Moons face. "You are joking right. I mean they aren't that great." Wild said with a frown on his face.

Moon looked at him with a confused look. "What do you mean? These are great! Why do you think they are bad?" Moon asked still trying to think of a reason why he would say such a thing.

Wild looked down. He wore a grim look on his face when he spoke. "My parents think I waste my time with the drawings. They always insult me when I come home with new drawings." He said sadly

"Oh my.... Hey I really like these pictures and I know others will like them to." Moon said putting a hoof on his shoulder.

Wild had never said this to anypony before. Yet when he looked at Moon he felt good to tell someone.

I really think that this guy... Is cool. I think I would've called him friend if I met him. Wild thought

Suddenly that idea hit him. Was Moon trying to become his friend? Wild would always lock his heart to new ponies because of an event many years ago. Wild looked around the room trying to find something to talk about. He didn't want to cut this chat early.

"So um where are you from?"

Moon had a smile on his face when he replied. "I'm from Fillydelphia. I grew up on the rich part of town but I enjoyed going to downtown to see all the different types of ponies."

"Wow I'm from Baltamare. I lived I that city all my life. I always wanted to go to the north side and see why it was like." He seemed happier now. "When I went to school I meet a couple of north side ponies and they took me there. It was amazing."

Moon smiled. "I bet it was. I never was allowed to attend normal school...." Moon said hanging his head in a mixture or sadness and embarrassment.

Wild looked at Moon and felt bad. "Why? Didn't your parents let you go outside or play?" He asked in a hopeful tone.

Moon just shook his head. When you were being raised by "prefect" parents there was no room for mistakes. He was were either perfect or they didn't care. Moon began explaining what kind of family he came from. Wild Wind thought he had it bad, but when he heard these stories he couldn't believe what his parents had done.

Wait who is that?

The class period had come to a end. Wild and Moon hoof bumped and parted ways. Moon wasn't sure if that was something friends do, but he took it upon himself to find out. As he walked through the campus looking at the blue sky, he knew it wouldn't be long before the skies would become dark, and snow would cover the once green campus. Deep in his thought's, Moon couldn't her a faint voice calling for him. The voice grew louder and louder. Finally Moon could hear his named being called after a minute had gone by. He turned around to see a familiar ice blue mare walking his way.

Oh no. It's one of the mares from class trying to trying to pull the 'hey I just ran into you wheres your class' thing. He thought to himself.

With a low groan, he waved back. Her face lit up at the sight of being acknowledge and the speed of her trot increased. She caught up and took a deep breath to compensate for her running. Moon signaled to move on. They walked silently through the campus and once they got to a certain point, it didn't seem like either of them knew where they were going. Moon didn't want to ask the mare a question, but he knew everything would start off on a bad note if he was late to all his classes. He looked away from the mare and asked a question in a flat tone.

"Where is the social skills class?"

"Oh um......" Her heart raced and her mind went completely blank. She couldn't breath and suddenly started feeling hotter than ever. "I think it's this way." She pointed in a random direction.

Moon looked over to the mare and her heart stood still. He threw a gentle smile to her and replied in a kind tone.

"Thank you.... Oh I never got your name."

She couldn't breath..... That's when it hit her. She really couldn't breath! Her face turned purple and she tried to speak, but only a squeak was able to escape.

"Oh Celestia!!! Are you okay?" Moon asked.

She fell to the ground gasping for breath and Moon quickly pulled out his phone and called 911. He set the phone on the ground, on speaker, and put both of his hooves on the mares chest.

Is this how it all ends? She asked herself. I'm going to die because I got nervous?

She closed her eyes at the thought and slowly began feeling cold. She could hear Moon yelling, but she had no clue what he was saying. Just as she was going to blackout she felt something against her lips, breathing into her. It was warm and a bit wet. She felt pressure coming of her chest, and her lungs accepted the air rushing in. She felt her chest moving, but it wasn't her who was doing it. Her eyes stayed closed, but she wanted to open them to see Moon standing there giving her the breath of life. Finally the lips she had felt moved away. She was regaining her hearing, her heart started pumping again, and her lungs were cycling oxygen again. That's when she realized something was wrong. There was a second voice, closer to her. It sounded familiar and she had heard it before. Her eyes opened slowly and she was staring at the blue sky.

"She's getting up, but I still think we somepony to check if she's okay." Said Moon Ray in a alarmed tone.

She tried to sit up, but a hoof held her down. She looked at the hoof, which seemed to come out of no where, and wondered who it was. The fur was white and there was a black watch on it.

"Hey listen. We need you to stay down until some medic ponies arrive. You are safe." A voice said from out of her view.

I know that voice! I heard it today! Who was it that had the voice? She was yelling at herself inside.

"Moon! Take care of her for me. I will try and flag down the ambulance when they get here." The voice yelled.

She heard trotting get farther and farther away from her. Moon popped into her field of view. "Hey you are going to be okay. We got medics on the way to check if you are good. It was a good thing we did CPR"

We?!?!?! Whose we? The mare thought to herself.

Moon looked up and signaled somepony over to him. 2 stallions appeared and helped her up. She winced in pain, but she sat up and looked around. There was only the four of them in the quad, along with the crowd that had gathered in a hallway near by.

"Ma'am. Are you feeling okay? Do you feel light headed or a tight pain in your chest?" Asked one of the stallions.

"No... I think I'm okay." She said, putting a hoof on her head.

"Okay. Do you have pain in you head or neck?" The stallion asked.

"Not really." She replied

"Okay ma'am. If you feel pain in you neck or the back of your head please come to the hospital." The stallion said while pushing himself onto all fours.

She nodded. Moon helped her up and asked a question when the stallions were out of ear shot.

"Hey what happened?"

"Oh um..... I got really nervous and choked up." She said as quietly as she could.

"Oh..... So this is my fault...." Moon replied grimly.

"No... Please don't blame yourself! You didn't do anything" She said frantically

"Look I'm sorry.... I was kind of a jerk to you. I don't ever know your name." Moon said while holding the mares hoof.

"Oh don't get so worked up. My name is Sapphire. I didn't even notice you being rude. I just thought that was you worried about being late or something..." Sapphire said in a sweet tone.

"Thanks Sapphire. Hey maybe we should get to our classes. The bell kinda rang a while ago." Moon said.

They shared a laugh and walked away from each other.

Who saved me? I want to say it was Moon, but that other voice was closer to me. Plus Moon was n the phone when I fully came to. The idea burned in her head

---------------

Moon's day was going crazy so far. He made a new friend, saved a mares life(with help of course), and found out he had a 5 hour school day every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. His other classes had gone the same as the first..... Minus the hungover teacher. It was 12 o'clock when he left his last class. He was taking a DJ class because he loved the club scene in Massacoltsetts. That was the real reason he went to Hayvard University. Moon could have gone any where, but he wanted a place where great ponies went.

Well that was way to quick. Maybe I should check on my dorm. Moon thought.

He trotted across campus to the front of the school, where stallions pulling cabs were waiting. He hopped in the back and asked the driver "I need to get to the college houses."

"No problem" The brown pony replied.

There was a jolt and then he watched the front of the school disapeared behind the cart. The ride wasn't fast, but Moon was in no hurry to arrive at the dorm. He actually hoped that it wouldn't be done so he could go back to the campus and look for his new friend. The cart came to a stop about a block from the school.

The stallion wiped a bit of sweat off his fur and said. "That'll be 10 bits."

Moon reached into his bag and found 12 bits. "Here you go. Keep the change."

The stallion smiled and nodded. He took off to find another customer. Moon picked up his bag and went to the front door. There was a sign on the door that read 'Not ready until 4 P.M.' A bit of joy over came Moon's face as he ran back to the school. He wondered what class his new friend had, and what time he would get out. His run dropped to a simple trot because he realized a class period had just started when he left.

Why was I running? He is in a class right now, so I can take my time. Moon told himself, trying to be koi about how happy he was to see his new friend.

He trotted down the side walk humming a song he heard when he was a kid. The noise of a carriage was approaching, but it didn't stop Moon from remembering the song. As the carriage passed by he heard a loud 'HEY'. His eyes snapped open and he turned his head around to see Wild's head popping out the carriage window. Wild jumped out and ran over to Moon.

"What are you doing out here dude?" Wild asked with a grin on his face.

Moon smiled and replied. "I'm done for the day. Only have 4 classes."

Wild laughed at the concept. "A freshman with only 4 classes? Are you sure your going to graduate?"

"Hey I got the mental ability to take any class and pass." Moon bragged. "Of course I'm going to graduate."

They both laughed. "So what about you? Why aren't you in class"

"I don't like classes during the day. I'm more of a night pony you know...." Wild trailed off when he heard his stomach growl. "Feel like grabbing a bite to eat. I know this great place just over the hill." Wild asked.

"Yeah. I'm getting a little hungry." Moon replied only to have his stomach make light of how hungry he really was. "Okay maybe a lot hungry"

They laughed and hopped into the back of the carriage that was a couple steps away.

---------------

Moon had a great day with his new friend. After they ate, they went to a near by movie theater to watch a movie about the end of Equestria. The movie was great. It was a hour long carriage ride back to the school. The sun had begun to set, filling the sky with a mixture of orange, blue, and purple light. Wild's house was farther away from Moons, so he dropped Moon off and went to his house. Moon opened the door and walked into the house. A 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house was a lot for one pony. His parents bought him the house as a going away gift. Moon never saw it that way.

They just don't want me to come home. He said to himself angrily

The house was furnshied so there was no need for Moon to by worried about what he would have to do for money to buy stuff. The house had a guest room toward the back, that was converted into a DJ center. Moon had specially asked for that conversion. The whole house has hard wood floor and everything was brand new. The front door lead to a hallway that went to the rooms. Moon took a couple steps and found the living room and dining room. There were two openings. One one the left led into the living room. There was a huge T.V. with a nice looking couch. The windows gave a view of the campus, but it wasn't great. The opening on the right had a oak table with 5 chairs around it. He dropped his bag on the floor and walked past the dinner table.Moon pushed a door open and found the kitchen. There was a center piece that was covered in a black and white marble. The stove, refrigerator, and microwave were all in a stainless steel that went will the dark cabinets. Moon walked out and picked up his bag for the floor. He trotted to his room. He had a long day, and he was ready to sleep. He set his iPhone alarm for 6 A.M. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, he had a 7 to 7 schedule. It was going to be a long day tomorrow. He passed out around 7:30 ish.

---------------

Moon was twitching in his bed and suddenly awoke to a loud alarm tone. He quickly turned it off and look around his dark room. It was a bit nippy, but nothing Moon couldn't handle. He threw the blankets off his warm body and streched. With a low yawn, he hopped onto all fours and trotted to his restroom. The master restroom had a bathtub/jacuzzi next to a brand new shower. The large sink and mirror reflected the image, and made the room appear to be biger than a normal restroom.

Oh next time...... I'm going to make time to use that. Moon thought to himself

He reached inside and turned a faucet until water came spurting out. When it reached perfect temperature, he stepped inside. Before he knew it, he was out, had breakfast, and had all of his things ready for class. It was about 6:40 when he walked out of his house. There was a carriage at the end of the street. He trotted to the street corner and hopped into the bright yellow carriage.

"Where to sir?" The stallion asked from outside the carriage.

"The University please." Moon replied.

The carriage advanced through the grey morning with ease. A couple of turns and they arrived at the front parking lot of Hayverd. Moon paid the driver and proceeded into the school. Armed with a small map, Moon found his class building with ease and entered. He walked down a hallway and found a class room with ponies standing outside. He trotted over and waited with the rest of the ponies. They weren't talking, and the silence was thick. Everypony was so tired that talking took to much of their 'sleeping' brain power to even attempt. The class stood in silence until a pink mare entered the hallway. She bounced up and down until she was outside the door like everypony else.

"Hey why is everypony so glum?" She asked rather loudly.

The slience stood its ground until the pink mare spoke again. "Come on everypony!? Smile it's a great day!"

One of the pegasi groaned and dropped his head down. Moon didn't fair much better. He was begining to become angry and annoyed at the mare.

It's way to early for this Moon thought.

The silence was winning again and everypony had done nothing to hold it back. Once again the pink mare decided against letting everypony sleep.

She trotted down the hallway shaking the hooves of everypony. "Hello I'm Pinkie Pie." She repeated over and over. Moon pulled out his iPhone and placed the ear buds in, before Pinkie got to him. SubSonice rave started playing, and he felt his eyelids becoming heavy. SubSonic rave was like rave, but much more calm. It was said to have a calming effect on the mind, and that was working for Moon right now. He closed his eyes and bumped his head to the music.

Suddenly he heard a commotion from outside his relaxing world. His eyes opened slowly and he looked down the line. To his surprise 6 or 7 mares had rallied up and surrounded Pinkie Pie. Moon was shocked to see the pink mare slowly walking back only to find a wall waiting for her. Moon pulled the ear buds out and listened to the mares. They were insulting her.

"Please I didn't know I was causing trouble." Pinkie said with a frown

All the mares spoke at once, but from the tone, Moon could tell they weren't for giving her. Some of the mares were shouting at Pinkie. Her rather poofy pink mane flattened and dropped to her left. Tears began forming in her eyes. Finally Moon closed his eyes and spoke in a loud strong voice.

"Why don't you pick on somepony else?"

All eyes fell onto Moon as he broke the ranks and proceeded to Pinkie's side. The silence was thick, but Moon was the one to break it this time.

"Hi. My name is Moon Ray. It's a pleasure to meet you." He wrapped his forelegs around the pink crying mare.

She sniffled a little and then cleared her throat as he let go. "My name is Pinkie Pie." She replied while wiping the tears from her eyes.

Moon threw a gentle smile to her and she smiled back. Her mane turned back into the crazy poofy version. He decided against asking how her mane did that. Suddenly a suited pony emerged from down one of the hallways.

"Students. If I could get your attention real quick. The Equis teacher who normally teaches this class is out sick today. She didn't call in until now so there is no sub yet." Said the stallion. "She would like to say that she is sorry she couldn't be with you today and she hopes you can forgive her."

The ponies groaned and sighed. "We got up early for nothing." Said one of the ponies.

Great now I have two hours until my next class. Moon thought while placing a hoof on his face.

Pinkie saw that, and being Pinkie, she asked Moon what the problem was.

"Well I just knida didn't want to wake up this early. I really don't feel like hanging out here, but my home is kind of far from here." Moon replied.

"Oh.... Wait I have a great idea!" she practically yelled. "Why don't you come to my dorm? I'm sure my roomie wouldn't mind. She's always studying at this time anyway. You could sleep on the couch or in the guest bed"

"Well I don't want to impose." Moon said quietly

"No. You will be fine. I'm sure my roomie would like some company any way." Pinkie said while standing up and pulling my hoof.

Well what could go wrong? Moon asked himself. "Sure. I could use the extra sleep." Moon said while pushing up on all fours.

They walked out the door into the cool fall air. The sun wasn't completely up yet, but light was shining on the city. They passed a couple of buildings and ponies that didn't pay much attention to them.

"Oh I forgot. Thank you for saving me from the other mares." Pinkie said while smiling.

"Don't mention it." Moon smiled back.

A couple more minutes passed by until they came to a large building simply labeled 'student dorms'. Pinkie opened the door and trotted inside. Moon followed, and looked around at the dorm.

Wow. This is nothing like the dorm I have. Moon said to himself.

They came to a door with the numbers 219 on it. Pinkie fumbled with her keys, but she heard a click from inside the room. She pushed open the door and spoke quietly.

"Hey Twilight. This is my new friend Moon Ray."

Moon looked around and suddenly a dark object came into his field of view. The object trotted over and flicked a light switch. The purple mare looked back and became angry.

"Pinkie! You should have told me you were bringing a friend. I could have cleaned up a little."

Pinkie's ears dropped as she replied. "Sorry Twilight."

"Oh it's okay Pinkie." She replied sweetly.

Moon hadn't said a single word. He was tongue tied.

Moon was standing in the door way, as stiff as a door. Wow she is pretty. Everything about her just seems amazing. Her voice is soft, and she looks beautiful to.

She looked over to Moon and smiled. "Hello. My name is Twilight Sparkle."

Moon looked down and replied. "My name is Moon....... Moon Ray." He had a long pause in between his words.

"Well come in. Would you like anything?" Twilight asked.

"Um no I think I'm okay." Moon replied.

"Do you think he can sleep in the guest bed?" Pinkie asked.

"I don't see why not." Twilight replied. "Pinkie show him to the guest room while I make breakfast."

Moon was so lost in his thoughts that he couldn't hear what had just been said. Next thing he knew he was inside a room with a bed, Pinkie was fixing.

"Hey Moon. What do you think about Twilight?" The pink mare asked while nudging Moon's chest.

Moon felt heat coming from his cheeks and he looked away.

"So you do like her?" Pinkie said quietly.

Moon nodded and looked back at the bed. "She seems nice.... She is very beautiful as well."

Pinkie smiled and trotted towards the door

"Pinkie." Moon called out. "Please don't say anything to her. I want to see if this is just a crush or the real deal."

"I promise." She said.

The door closed and Moon was alone.

I feel so strange. I want to talk to her but I just get so nervous that I get tongue tied. Is this what it feels like to....Like somepony? How can this be? I just met her. There is no way I could be falling for anypony this quick. I just don't know how to feel. I never liked anypony before this. What do I do?!

Moon's thoughts spun out of control. The 'Perfect Stallion' had doubts about himself.

Does she like me back? Would she like me if we got time to get to know each other? I wonder what she likes around here. Maybe I could take her to the restaurant on the beach front. Would that be considered a date?

That idea caused Moon to blush furiously. He had never been on a date before. He never had a relationship before. He never liked anypony before. This was all new to him. His heart bumped wildly as he took deep breaths to calm down. He laid on the small bed and tried to sleep off the weird feeling.

---------------

An hour thirty minutes had passed by. Not a single second helped Moon relax. He tossed and turned think about Twilight. He looked at his phone and got out of the bed. Moon looked at the door and wondered if she was out there. He took a deep breath and looked at himself in a mirror.

Okay I'm going to ask her what classes she has. Maybe I have one, and we could talk to each other. That will help me discover my feelings about her. Moon told himself.

He opened the door and found nopony in the room. There was a little note on the counter simply labeled Moon. Moon trotted over and used his magic to read the note.

Dear Moon.

Pinkie has a class at 9 so she left a while ago. I needed to run to town for some groceries. I'm sure you have a class so just let yourself out when you wake up.

T.S.

"Dam! Why didn't I come out sooner?!" He yelled. "I wish I could come back but I don't want to show up uninvited."

He left the note in the counter and left the room. He wanted to stay and wait for Twilight, but he needed to get to his classes or risk being dropped.

"Why do I feel this way? Is this what a crush like?" He shook his head and tried calm himself down. "No mare can resist me. Why should I be worried!?" He said confidently.

The day was slow and the fear ate at him all day. He returned to his house after getting out of his history class at 7 P.M. It was dark and empty. He really wanted to change that, but as far as he knew, the ponies he met (a whopping 3) had good homes. Moon didn't care to eat. His head ,still wrapped around Twilight, refused to allow him to have a decent day. He flopped on his bed and passed out.

---------------

Moon slowly came out of his sleep to see a room filled with darkness. He pick up his iPhone and checked the time. It was 4:30 in the morning. The only thought pulling him out of bed was the hot tub bath that waited for him in the restroom. He plugged the phone in and proceeded to fill the tub with warm water. He stepped inside and kicked the jets on. Moon was lost in pure relaxation. The jets hit his back and neck, allowing them to be loosened and relaxed. He let out a moan and stretched in the hot water. After a hour in the Jacuzzi/tub, he jumped out and took a shower. When he left the house the clock on his phone read 6:30. He caught the same carriage and went to school. The nippy air was causing Moon to re think his decision to not wear a jacket. He arrived at school and trotted through the campus. This was his favorite class and he had no problem finding it. He arrived to sniffling ponies. Wild broke through to talk to Moon. They hoof bumped and started a conversation about their classes. It wasn't long before the teacher let everypony into the class and closed the door. He took roll and Moon tuned out. He began to think about Twilight and where she was right now. Suddenly the door swung open and a mare walked through the open space. Moon, still looking off into the grey sky, listened for a name.

"Ah welcome to the class. Please introduce yourself and chose a seat." Sun Beam spoke in a loud tone.

"Good morning everypony." Moon snapped out of his daze.

NO. THAT'S NO POSSIBLE. His head shot to the front of the class.

"My name is Twilight Sparkle and I'm glad to be here." Twilight had a little grin on her face.

So this Friday?

"Good morning everypony. My name is Twilight Sparkle. I'm glad to be here."

This has to be some joke.

"Okay Miss Sparkle please choose a seat anywhere in the class."

Of all the days Wild had to choose a seat on the other side of the classroom......

Twilight looked around the class, only to smile when she picked her seat. She slowly trotted to the right side of the classroom. She advanced up two rows and went to the seat right next to Moon. She sat in the chair and put her saddle bag on the floor. Moon froze up as she looked over to him.

"Hey Moon. Isn't it great we have this class together?" She was smiling from ear to ear.

"Yeah.... It's awesome" Moon vaguily replied.

Moon tried to calm himself down. Okay keep you cool dude. She is just like all the other mares. She wants you. Chill out.

Nothing was working. He tried to focus on class, but he would find himself looking at Twilight. She would catch him in a quick glance and he would try and look away as fast as he could. He was trying so hard to lose this feeling of regret. He wanted to talk to her, but he didn't want to bug her.

For Celestia's sake why can't I shake this feeling? I want to ask her some questions, but I feel like she would be angry for some reason.

A loud voice broke his though's about Twilight. "Okay class. That's all fot today. Tomorrow we will learn about why this class was created."

Moon looked at his notes. They had little drawings and scribbles of Twilight's cutie mark all over the page. He quickly hid them in his bag. He pulled out his iPhone and was going to use music to clear his head. It would be a lot easier to think with his head clear, and his mind stress free. He inserted the right ear bud, but before her could put in the left, Twilight tapped his shoulder. His eyes shot open and his heart spead up.

"I don't know anypony here. Is it okay if we talk a little bit?" Twilight asked in a sweet tone.

Moon nodded and put his phone down. He tried so hard keep his cheecks from turning red as he looked to the lavender mare.

"So where are you from?" Twilight asked.

It took Moon a couple seconds to actually get his mouth to move. "I'm from Fillydelphia."

Twilight smiled. "Oh did you like it there?"

"Um....." He forgot everything as he stared into the purple eyes that sit a couple hooves away. "Yeah it was nice."

Twilight looked away for a second. Moon shook his head and pulled himself together. "So where are you from?"

Twilight looked back and replied happly. "Well originally, I'm from Canterlot. I left Canterlot to go to Ponyville to learn about the magic of friendship. I met my 5 best friends there." Twilight's smile streched across her face as she began to tell the stories of her adventures.

The clock read 7:52 when they started. Moon Ray was so happy when she would talk. She seemed very excited when she told Moon about her past. Her voice could be his fuel to live. She finshed her last story and looked at the clock.

"Oh wow. It's already 8:55? I'm sorry you didn't get time to talk." Twilight said as her ears went down.

"Hey I had fun listening to your stories. You seemed like a pony who didn't get around a lot. I guess I was wrong." Moon said with a hoof in the back of his head. "What class do you have next? Maybe I could walk you there?"

Did I really just ask that?

Twilight blushed and she looked away. "I have advanced physics in the L building."

Moon's face had almost completly turned red, not to mention the huge smile on his face. "I have the building right next to that."

Twilight looked back with a suprised expression. When she saw the blush on Moon's face she had a gentle smile on her face. "Then I guess I can learn a little bit about you on our way to our next class."

Moon went ear to ear grin and he blurted out. "That's awesome. I wanted to talk to you for a while."

They both shared a laugh, and for the first time Moon was hugged by a mare.

They both thought. Please Celestia. If this is a dream..... I never want to wake up!

Twilight opened her eyes and pulled back. "I'm sorry. That was just a little implusive of me. Please if you...."

Her sentence was cut off by Moon. He returned the hug and squeezed gently.

*The begining of class*

"Good morning everypony. My name is Twilight Sparkle.I'm glad to be here." Said the purple unicorn.

"Okay Miss Sparkle choose a seat anywhere in the class."

She trotted over and sat next to Moon Ray.

Sapphire yelled in her mind What?! That seat shouldn't be open! Wild is supose to sit there!

Sapphire searched the room and to her supirse, Wild was sitting right behind her. She couldn't believe she didn't notice The seat was open. She wanted to ask Moon who the other pony was. She hadn't gotten much sleep since that day. She was trying so hard to figure out whose hoof that was.

Sun Beam tapped the board to get the attention of the students. "Okay class. We aren't learning anything to important today, since I know many of you are trying to get use to college."

The unicorns let out a small cheer.

"But we are learning still." Groans and heads hitting tables, gently, filled the classroom. "Oh come on now. It can't be that bad. It's not a hard lesson I promise."

He turned to face the board and the students began to take notes about what was expected of them in this class. 52 minutes passed before Sun set the marker down. "See. Not that hard right?" He said in a sarcastic tone.

Some unicorns agreed with him while others were being awoken from their naps. Sapphire looked at Wild, who had decided to catch up on some lost sleep, and frowned. His right fore leg was dangling off the table. She tilted her head when she noticed the color.

That looks like....... No it can't be. Sapphire was studying the fore leg closely.

Wild twitched and shifted his position reviling a watch. Her heart skipped a beat when she saw the color.

A black watch.... No.....

A loud voice broke her thought. "Hey Wild. Get over here dude! We want to talk."

Wild's head shot up and he looked around. His semi red eyes didn't like the light to much. He yawned and stretched his fore leg out as far as he could. Across the room a friend of his was waving to him.

He stopped stretching and tasted his mouth, making some very weird noise. "Come on guys. Is it that important? I'm really tired." Wild called out.

The voice went into Sapphire's ear and matched the voice from the day she was saved. Wild picked up his bags and walked over to the stallions in the front row. Sapphire watched him the whole way, and for a little bit more after he sat down.

Wild looked back, and caught Sapphire's gaze. They locked eyes for 30 seconds before one of Sapphire's friends nudged her.

I guess that's the thanks I get for saving your life. Wild became sad when he said this in his head. He turned his head away.

Oh my gosh! It was Wild! This whole time it was Wild Wind. He never asked for anything in return. Sapphire came to the realization that Wild wasn't a bad pony.

Wait what if he didn't save me. I need to ask him.

She stood up and slowly trotted to the front of the class. Sapphire's heart was beating as she approached the 4 stallions. She set her sight on the white pony who was laying in his bag trying to go back to sleep. Right before she was going to get to Wild, she heard somepony call her name. As much as she wanted to tap Wild on the back she could heat the other mares talking about her.

"What do you think she doing?"

"I don't know? Maybe she's going to ask him out or something."

"Ewww. Why Wild? He is such a loser."

"Well that would make them prefect."

She winced at the low talking behind her. She went back to her desk and waited for the teacher to end the class. Wild lifted his ear and looked back at the mares that were bad talking Sapphire. He stood up and walked to the desk. He put his hoof on the desk and looked at the mares.

"Got a problem with me?" He asked in a low tone

The mares smirked and replied. "Well we might? Or maybe we are just saying the truth."

"Hey I don't talk about you. And really I don't care if you do. Just don't bring Sapphire into this. She has nothing to do with this. Just make fun of me." He said in a voice almost like a groan.

"Why? It's not like she cares about you. Why do you want to defend her?" The mare asked.

He looked into the mares eye and she had an evil smirk. "She doesn't have to care. I want to care for her so leave her alone and just make fun of me."

"Okay have it your way." She replied

Wild grinned as the bell rang. He grabbed his bag and quickly left the class. Sapphire walked up to Moon before he left. She looked at him and the purple unicorn whose name she already forgot.

"Moon. Who saved me? Who was with you?"

Moon looked at Sapphire and said in a calm tone. " Wild did? Why?"

Her eyes widened and she ran out of the class full speed, looking for Wild. She ran past hallways looking for the stallion. Passing one by one looking for Wild. When she pulled a corner she saw the white stallion trotting to his next class. She yelled out his name and waved. He had a blank look on his face when he turned around. She trotted over, while trying to catch her breath and thinking of something to say to the stallion who saved her life. When she finally got to him, she could see the red pools from under his eyes. She took a deep breath and asked a simple question.

"It was you?"

Wild looked away and replied. "Yeah. I did it because I have feelings for you. I was to scared to ask you anything. When I found you and Moon I continued the CPR while he gave a location. I had to do mouth to mouth to keep you alive. Please forgiv......"

Wild was cut off by Sapphire, hugging him and squeezing tightly. Wild was a little shocked but he returned the embrace. Their hearts beat fast and they enjoyed the feeling of each other in their arms. The bell rang and that snapped them out of their joy. They broke and looked into each others eyes.

Wild put a hoof on the back of his head and asked Sapphire "Are you doing anything this Friday?"

There blush flared up and she responded in a cute, quiet tone. "No."

"Well would you like to go somewhere?" He asked, kicking at the ground lightly.

"Is this going to be a date?" She responded clapping her hooves.

Wild tried to pretend she didn't sat that. He was already super nervous and that question didn't help.

He looked down, and quietly responded. "Well ...... I-I guess so...."

She grabbed Wild and held him. Wild pulled her as close as he could let the hug go on for a while before he said anything. This was a start to a new life for Wild Wind and Sapphire.

---------------

"I wonder what Sapphire wanted with Wild." Twilight asked with a hoof on her chin.

She knows it was Wild who gave her mouth to mouth. Moon thought.

Twilight noticed Moon in deep thought ans waved a hoof in front of his face. Moon shook his head and looked around.

"Sorry. I kinda blanked out for a second."

Twilight smiled and moved in front of him. "Well come on. The bell is going to ring and I don't think you want to be late." Twilight said with a gentle smile. Moon started after Twilight and they left the class together.

"So Moon. What do you think of this school?" Twilight asked.

Moon stopped and looked at Twilight. "This school..... This school is freedom. It's my real home now." Moon looked to the west where the sun was now fully in the sky. "My home isn't with my mom in Fillydelphia. It's here. I wanted to live alone, or with a special somepony for a long time."

Twilight placed a hoof on Moon's back. "What happened to you?"

"It's a long story." He replied

They looked deep into each other's eyes and slowly started blushing. Twilight didn't know what she was feeling. She had liked other stallions before, but this wasn't anything she had felt before. Moon hadn't liked mares before, because of the mares at his old school. For that matter he never had friends because of that school. Everypony was looking out for themselves. They were rich ponies and rich ponies only look for the best deal. He tried to make friends, but they all told him that 'friends are just a commodity. Something you can buy, sell, throw away, and use whenever you need them.' Moon shook that thought out of his head and focused back into Twilight's eyes. This feeling brewed up inside both of them and the once little red pools under their eyes stretched across their faces. In their minds, a voice screamed Get to class, but their hearts were beating to the same rhythm and neither of them felt class was to important at this moment. They moved closer and their eyes started closing. Neither of them could control what was happening it just seemed like a natural reaction. Twilight was slowly getting a grip and she pulled back. She put a hoof on Moon's back and spoke in a disappointed tone.

"Moon.... We can't do this. I just met you. You are cool and smart and really nice, but I just don't think I'm ready to have a coltfriend."

Moon's eyes snapped open and his ears dropped. "Twilight..... If it's about what just happened, I'm sorry. It just happened." He said in a whimper.

Twilight looked down and quietly replied. "It's not just that. I just don't feel like having a coltfriend right now. I really don't know you that well and I have heard other mares talk about you."

His head snapped up and he looked at Twilight. " What did they say?" He said in a somewhat aggressive tone.

"Well they all say they want you." She said while looking back up into Moon's eyes. "To be honest..... I'm not sure I completely feel safe with you. If you are wanted by all the others mares, I'm not sure it will work. I'm sorry Moon Ray."

She slowly walked away. Moon stood in the same spot as Twilight left. "Twilight." He called out. "Please don't go. I really don't want you to go."

She stopped and looked back. Her head kept telling her to keep walking, but the feeling came back. It wasn't a 'like' feeling.

This is something different. I can't shake this feeling. It like a lust. He is perfect in many ways, and he actually seems interested in me. Twilight said to herself.

"Just one date..... If you don't want to see me or talk to me I will leave you alone." He pleaded

What am I doing? Am I really begging for this mare? He thought. Celestia damn! Why can't I shake this feeling for her.
He wanted to slap himself at that moment. Stop being such a jackass! You are perfect! So fuckin' what!? If you think like this your whole life you will never see anypony eye to eye. All ponies are mortal. Nopony is perfect

Twilight blushed as she considered the idea. "Do you re-really want to go on a..... Date?" She gulped and waited for a response.

Moon nodded and grabbed Twilight's hoof. "I would love to go on a date with you."

Twilight's blush now looked like make-up across her face. "O-Okay. How does this Friday sound?" She asked nervously

Moon had a huge smile and pulled Twilight in for a hug. "That sounds amazing. I have a great place just over the hill."

"Wow you are really are happy." She managed to say while being squeezed by Moon.

He let go and put his hoof on the back of his head. "Oh sorry."

Twilight took a couple seconds to catch her breath. "It's okay. Hey I got to go. I don't want to be late."

Moon smiled and replied in a calm tone. "Right... I forgot about that. Okay have a good class."

She smiled and started for her class. "Oh wait." Twilight said. "I need you number."

Moon pulled his phone and opened the contacts. "Here you go."

She touched the screen, and checked a couple of numbers, and gave it back to Moon. She smiled and started for class. Moon looked at the phone to see the number under her contact information. He smiled and put the phone into his saddle bag and trotted to his class with a smile on his face.

I really think this is the perfect mare. I just can't shake that feeling of joy when I look into her eyes. I don't even know why I feel like this. Maybe this is what mares feel for me......

Twilight smiled as she walked through the campus. She had a date with the perfect stallion. Everything was changing for her. She had promised herself there would be no dating until she was comfortable.

He is really hot and he dose seem to be really nice. The other mares must be crazy. 'He is a heart breaker' Ha. He is to nice for that.

There was a buzz from her saddle bag. A light purple aurora surrounded her horn. A GS3 came out from her bag and positioned itself in front of her vision. The contact was just a number, but she knew who it was. She slid open the phone and looked at the message.

Hey it's Moon.

She saved the contact and slipped the phone back into her saddle bag. She continued to smile as she entered her next class. Moon had done the same. There was nothing that could ruin their day.

---------------

"Hey watch where your going." Said a turquoise unicorn.

"Oh sorry. That was my bad." A black unicorn replied while putting his phone away.

The turquoise unicorn gazed at the familiar face. "Wait I know you. Your that stallion from the advanced magic learners class." The unicorn said happily.

The black unicorn raised a brow and took a long look at the turquoise unicorn before him. His dark circle shades hid his eyes. The blue mane on his head covered the other part of his face. The black unicorn took a step back and put a hoof on the back of his head.

"Sorry. I don't think we have met. My name is...."

"Moon Ray. I sit a row under you dude. I guess it's kinda my fault to. I never introduced myself." The turquoise unicorn took a step back and whipped his mane out of his face. "My name is Bass String. I guess I never talked to you because of what the other stallions think of you." Bass said with a little bit of embarrassment.

"Oh don't feel to bad. I've had that problem before." Moon said with a smile. "At least you came up and told me directly and you apologized for it."

Bass held out a hoof and Moon stuck out his hoof. "Pleasure to meet you." They said in unison.

The bell rang and Bass looked up. "Gotta class right now?"

Moon put his hoof down and replied sadly. "Yeah. Sorry dude. Maybe we could talk some other time in class."

"For sure!" Bass said happily.

They parted ways and headed for their classes.

He isn't all that bad. He even seems kinda nice. Maybe he could help me with the little mare problem I'm having.

Bass continued to his music class. He loved live bands and he was in a popular one. The 4 colt group was a popular band on the west coast of Equestria. There music was around soft rock with a spot of 'pump up' rock songs. They were favorite by many college and high school students across Equestria, thanks to their Internet page. He played the bass and he was very talented young stallion. He got a music scholarship to Hayvard when he was a senior in his high school. He packed his bags, kissed his family good by and left his home of 17 years. His sisters were sad to see him go and his parents were even worse. They had a very close family ever since his sisters were born. They always went out on family outings weekly and talked about their problems. They all had tears when he was at the boarding station. He wanted to be with his family but he knew this was the best education he could have.

I really miss the days where I could be with my family. Bass thought with a sigh.

Suddenly the sound of an electric guitar broke his train of memories. It was a screeching note that lead into a quick paced solo. The heavy metal was coming from his class. He trotted in, trying not to be noticed by anypony, and took his seat in the back of the class. The guitarist was playing the guitar and taking it to the limit. Bass looked and noticed who was playing. The light tan fur glistened with sweat, and the mane held its ground with the help of a red hair band.

Wow she is so good. Bass thought as she finished with a classic heavy metal slide.

Her hoof traveled up the neck until it reached the top, where she pulled away and raised her hoof in the air. The class erupted in hooves stomping on the floor and hooves clapping. She was panting when she lifted both of her fore legs and dropped back onto all fours after her 5 minuet performance. She set her guitar down and trotted to a desk, where a cool bottle of water waited for her.

Oh yeah! You rocked it out there! she proudly thought

Bass swallowed his coward-ness and approached the tan mare. He silently trotted over to her side and took a deep breath.

"Hey... Yo- you were really good out there." He said while trying to not focus on the mares sweaty body.

She looked behind her and saw the turquoise stallion looking up at the ceiling. "You complementing the ceiling?" She asked with a playful grin.

His face turned red quickly as he looked back down to see her magenta eyes. "No no. I was talking about you. I pro- promise!"

She held back the urge to laugh when she spoke. "Calm down. I'm just messing with you. My name is Acoustic Tune."

"Um my name is...... Bass..... String" He said with long pauses in his words.

Well he is a little goofy but hey at least he isn't one of those judgmental jerks from high school. Acoustic thought to herself.

Oh my gosh! She is so pretty! She great with guitars and she loves music! Bass thought while trying to stop himself from sweating.

There was some awkward silence before a voice called out for Acoustic. "Hey I gotta go. My friend is calling me so I will see you around."

Bass just nodded his head mindlessly. She trotted off and Bass stood there looking at a wall until a loud voice broke him out of his trance.

"Bass! You're up" The teacher demanded.

Bass shook his head and looked around. "Sorry. Kinda got lost for a second."

The class laughed as he pulled out his solid black bass with 4 thick strings. He stood on his hind legs and plugged his bass into the amp sitting on the floor. After a quick sound check he placed his hoof over the chords and began strumming the thick metal chords. He played the chords and it had a distinct sound to it. He was playing Feel Good Inc. Acoustic watched as Bass swayed to the beat. His eyes only focused on his guitar and as he continued the song with no flaws. When he finished the class cheered his name and stomped their hooves.

Wow this guy is awesome! I wonder where he gets his skill. Acoustic thought.

She is looking right at me. I got for play it cool. Just walk off stage. Bass told himself as he disconnected his guitar.

He placed it on his back and dropped all 4 of his hooves to the floor. He walked off stage and to the corner of the room where he normally sits. Acoustic shot a look his way to see if be was looking. To her surprise, Bass was napping with his shades on.

This stallion is all right. Maybe I should talk to him sometime soon.

I really hope she noticed me.

Both of their thoughts revolved around each other. They tried to play cool but inside a different side of them was showing. This was going to be a long year for Acoustic and Bass.

The day had come and gone. Moon was glad to bump into Twilight before he had gone home. His day ended with a relaxing music session. Wild's day was longer because of his night classes. All night he was trying to focus on his classes, but nothing got through to him. He spent the entire night think about Sapphire and the date they had Friday. He was in the middle of his Equis class when he decided to tune out and draw. He quietly pulled out his sketch book and found an empty page. He used his magic to lift his pencil and make delicate lines on the paper. He looked down to see something he had never drawn before. There were eyes on the paper looking back at him.

I have never drawn other ponies before.

Slowly the thought of a drawing began to grow. He knew why these eyes were on his paper. He was drawing Sapphire. Wild closed his eyes and tried to remember the facial details. He let his pencil flow freely on the paper. Every line, every shade, and every detail began to show up on the paper. He opened his eyes and looked at what he had created. It was almost exactly what he saw in his mind. Sapphire's eyes were closed with her head tilted slightly, and a smile on her her face. A strand of her light blue mane was hanging off the side of her head. Wild smiled as the fresh memories poured onto his head. He closed his eyes and started re-living his memories.

"Okay class. That's all for tonight."

Wild shook his head and looked at the clock. Wow! I couldn't be drawing for that long! A whole hour and a half and I couldn't focus on my class for anything?! Wild sighed and stood up. Well to late now.

He left the class and headed home. He rejoiced when he remembered tomorrow was his 'off' day. He could sleep in all morning and leave for class at 2 in the afternoon. He had to walk home from his school every night and in the mornings he would have to clean the mess at his house before leaving for school. His house was a 10 minuet walk from the school, but he always took his time to get home. The same problems were waiting for him at his house. On his long walk home, his phone went off in his bag. He used his magic to pull the phone out of his bag and checked it.

Whose number is this? Wild thought to him self.

He slid his hoof and the screen unlocked.

Hey dude. It's Moon. Just sending you a text so you can have my number.

Wild smiled and replied.

Thanks man. Forgot I gave you my number.

He continued down a dark street and slipped the phone in his bag. He approached a normal looking house with the lights on. There was muffled yelling coming from inside the house as Wild reached for his keys. He unlocked the door and was greeted by screaming ponies.

"Well what the buck are you going to do about it!?" One of the ponies screamed.

"You can bucking go to hell and stay there! Wild what the buck are you doing here at this time?!" A mare shouted from behind a bottle of hard cider.

"Oh look who decided to grace us with his presence tonight!" A stallion shouted from behind a couch.

"I'm going to bed. Good night Dad." Wild said coldly.

He raised a brow and looked over to the mare at the table. "Can you believe this shit pile we call our son? Thinking he can decide when it's over."

Wild was grinding his teeth when he looked up at his drunken father. A strong flame was about to be cranked up to its max. His dad flopped off the couch with a bottle of hard whisky in his hoof. He stumbled to Wild and pushed him into a wall.

"Gotta problem with me boy?" He asked.

Wild looked into his dads eyes and saw nothing. They were dead inside, just like him.

"I asked you a question!" He yelled.

Wild wiped the spit and booze from his face. "What if I do?"

His dad chuckled and his mom stood up from the table. "Wild Wind! You don't talk to your father like that."

"I can handle this little shit honey." He said. "So you think your a big stallion? Your going to college and you are making money for yourself so that makes you a your own stallion?" His dad asked quietly.

Wild looked at his father with a small grin on his face. "Yeah. I guess it does."

"WRONG ANSWER!" He yelled.

Wild's dad stood on his rear hooves and threw his right fore leg into Wild's face. The impact forced Wild to the ground. His dad continued the onslaught and didn't stop until Wild kicked him in the gut to break him off. He took a couple steps back and Wild jumped to his hooves. He charged his dad only to be stopped by a glass bottle to the top of his head. He was knocked out cold. His dad looked at his unconscious son and just smiled. He used his magic to grab a chunk of his hair and pulled Wild to his room. When he arrived at the end of a dark hallway, he threw open a door and threw his son onto a bed so hard it woke him up. Wild grabbed his stomach and rolled on his back. His dad walked into the room and placed a hoof under Wild's chin.

"Nighty night." He hit him in the forehead and Wild passed out for the last time that night.

---------------

"........ lid...... Wild are yo....... Big bro are you okay?" Asked a soft voice.

Wild rolled over and was blinded by sunlight. He felt little hooves on his left fore leg and something on his face. The light was toned down by a little towel over his eyes. He took a deep breath and sat up. He had pain all over, but he didn't want to show it.

"Big Bro are you okay?" The voice asked again.

He took the towel off his bruised face and looked at his little sister. "Yeah I'm doing okay. Did they hurt you?" He asked

She shook her head and wrapped her little fore legs around her older brother. "No. They put me to bed before daddy pulled out the bottle."

"Are they still here?" Wild asked quietly.

"No they left a while ago." She responded.

He hugged his little sister tightly and closed his eyes. "Good. That's good. Come on we need to get you ready for school. Go take a bath. I will cook breakfast."

She let go and disappeared into the hallway. Wild got on all fours and trotted to the kitchen in the front of their small house. He could see the bottle that his dad had used when the night before. The lumps on his head started to pulsate in pain. He went into the kitchen and started looking for supplies to make breakfast. Every cabinet, every shelf, and every counter had some form of alcohol in it or on it. Finally he found a box of pancake mix. He used his magic and pulled it out of the cabinet and looked for a pan to cook with, There was only one in the sink. He washed it and started cooking for his sister. He heard the water running, which meant his parents payed the bill this month, and sighed. He used his magic to open the fridge, and just like always, it was full of all kinds of cider and whiskey. He felt like packing all of his things, along with his little sister, and busting all the the bottle then running away. That wasn't the kind of life he wanted for his little sister. Not until he had a place of his own, or lived at a friends place.

Yeah right. What friends do I have?

Suddenly he thought about what he had just said. He did have a couple friends in the school. Sapphire and Moon were his friends.

I have got to be going crazy. I have just got to know them. I can't ask for favors. Besides, I'm sure they don't have the room for anypony. Let alone his little sister.

*Moon Ray at that exact moment*

"Damn! I wish I had somepony to bunk with! This house is to big for one pony!" Moon looked around and sighed. "Who the buck am I talking to? I have got to get my head checked."

*Back to Wild's house*

Wild had cooked breakfast and sat down with his little sister. She had a big smile on her face when she saw the pancakes, which helped Wild feel a little better. They ate and left quickly. Wild's little sister had to be at school at 9 o'clock sharp. It was a couple blocks away, but Wild would carry his little sister on his back and run to school. She was never late when Wild was home, and she took pride in always getting to school on time when she had to go alone. They got to the school with some time to spare. He set his sister down and wiped the sweat from his brow.

"Okay lil' sis. Do good and make sure to listen to what your teacher says. I have one of my late days again so go home and go straight to your room. Don't talk to them if they have had a few drinks." Wild said, patting his sister's head

"Okay big bro." She gave him a little smile then hugged him.

She ran into school and Wild was standing outside. The bell rang and that was the signal for him to go home. He started for his house at a slow pace. Wild began thinking about what he was going to do when he was able to leave and live on his own. Everything would change for him. He wouldn't have to worry about his stuff getting destroyed or somepony taking everything he had away. He got to his house and went inside. His bag wasn't in the same place he had left it last night, but he knew his parents must have thrown it around. Wild looked around the filthy house and sighed.

"Guess I got my work cut out for me." He grumbled.

He reached into his bag and searched for his phone. He pulled it out, and it had a message waiting for him.

Hey Wild. I got your # from Moon. Looking forward for our date this Friday. ;) Can't wait to c u at school <3- Sapphire

He had a smile on his face and he felt the blush on his cheeks. He set the phone down and started cleaning his house.

---------------

"Ugh I hate this waiting!" Sapphire said under her breath. "I wish I had his number so I could at least text him."

Sapphire had a creative writing class in the morning and 3 other classes in the afternoon. She wanted to kick herself for not getting Wild's number. She wanted to talk to him last night, so she could learn more about him. Sapphire started thinking about all the questions she was going to ask him. She shook her head as the bell rang. The ponies were packing up, trying to block out what the professor was saying. She packed her bags and checked her phone.

9 o'clock. I wonder what classes he has today? She asked herself.

As she walked in deep thought she didn't notice the pony about to walk right into her. The hit each other and Sapphire fell on her haunches.

"Oh my gosh. I'm so sorry about..... Moon?" Sapphire said while getting back up.

"Well I was hoping to bump into you, but not that hard." Moon replied while looking around.

"Actually I wanted to see you about something. Do you have Wild's number?" Sapphire asked.

Moon's horn started glowing and he brought out his phone. "Yeah. I got it yesterday."

Sapphire took down the number in her phone and thanked Moon. She sent a little message that might brighten up Wild's day.

Hey Wild. I got your # from Moon. Looking forward for our date this Friday. ;) Can't wait to c u at school <3- Sapphire

She sent the message and went to the student lounge. The quiet little room had a couple ponies trying to get some sleep before the next bell. Sapphire trotted to a black couch on the side of the room and set her stuff down. She sat down and closed her eyes and waited to fall asleep. When she was about to break into the dream realm, the sound of a guitar caused her ears to perk up. Sapphire opened her eyes and saw a tan unicorn trot into the room. There were seats everywhere, but she chose the seat next to Sapphire.

"Hey you got a second." Acoustic asked

Sapphire just smiled. "Sure. My name is Sapphire."

Acoustic extended a hoof and replied, "Acoustic. So what grade are you in?"

"I'm a freshman. I transferred from Los Pegasus on the west coast." Sapphire responded

"That's cool. I'm a east coast mare. I was born here, and I'm going to die here." Acoustic said confidently.

Sapphire smiled and extended a hoof. "It's a pleasure to meet you."

"Feelings mutual." She met her hoof with Sapphire's

"Okay I have a quick question for you." Acoustic said while kicking at the ground. "How do you know if a stallion likes you?"

Sapphire put a hoof on her chin and began to think. "You know... I have never thought about it before. I guess it's just like a natural feeling."

"Oh." Acoustic said sadly.

"What's wrong? Haven't you ever liked a stallion before?" Sapphire asked

"Yeah. I liked stallions. There was one problem for me in high school. They always saw me as a weird mare."

Sapphire put a hoof on her shoulder and smiled. "Hey this is college. You have a fresh start here. So whose the stallion you like?"

Acoustic looked around. She moved close to Sapphire's ear and whispered, "Bass String. Do you know him?"

"I have heard that name before." Sapphire said confidently.

Acoustic smiled. "So you have a class with him?"

Sapphire nodded. "Yeah I think I do."

"Okay. Can you please put in a good word next time you see him?" Acoustic asked.

Sapphire smiled. "Of course."

The mood lightened up and they spent the morning talking and laughing at each others stories. Time wasn't of the essence for the mares. They found something school would never teach them. Friendship.

---------------

"Thank Celestia! I'm done." Wild said out loud.

He put the dirt covered rag down and did a final check for anything out of place. The room was spotless. Wild closed his eyes and sat on the couch.

Wild spoke into a pillow. "I worked my hooves to the bone this time. I think I'm going to just lay down for...... a...... secon.... "

He was tired and his body was telling him that there was no more energy left. His eyes closed and he was fast asleep.

---------------

"Wake up!" A voice yelled.

Wild's eyes snapped open. Before he could respond something hit him in the back of the head. He jumped off the couch and looked at his mom, who had a bottle of cider in her hoof.

"Wild did you sleep all day?" She asked in a slur.

Wild looked outside the front window to see the dark street.

"Guess I did." He said while looking for his phone.

His mom dropped the liquor on the floor and shouted, "Wild you better not be a smart ass! Don't think I wouldn't hit you to."

He found his phone and kept his mouth shut while trotting to his little sisters room. His mom did nothing to stop him. He knocked 3 times and waited. A muffled voice responded.

"Who's there?"

"It's me"

There was a click and Wild rushed into the room. He locked the door behind him.

"Hey lil sis. How was your day at school? Did she try to get in here?" Wild asked quietly.

She shook her head. "No, but my day was nice."

"That's good my little silly filly." Wild tussled her mane a little.

"Did you eat big bro?" She asked while fixing her mane.

"No." He replied when his stomach grumbled.

She smiled and trotted over to a small fridge. "I'm glad you found this. I have snacks and some drinks in here."

I'm so glad I saved up for that. It was a lot of bits, but it is worth it. Wild thought to him self.

Wild smiled and grabbed a couple cold apples and some water. He sat on the large bed while his sister continued to do her homework. Wild checked his phone. There was a message waiting for him.

Hey Wild. I missed u where we normally meet at. Not sure u came 2 class today. Oh well. Just wanted 2 ask if we r still good for Friday night?-Sapphire.

Wild started typing

Sorry. I kinda fell asleep at home today. I'm still good for Friday. See you tomorrow.-Wild

He sent the message and looked down at the bed. His eyes got heavy and the sheets felt so good under his hooves.

"It's okay big bro. If you want to sleep you can. Just leave room for me." A little voice cause eyes to open.

Wild looked at his sister, who was yawning her self. "Come on lil sis. It's time for bed. For both of us."

His sister smiled and hopped into bed with Wild. She got half of the bed and he got half the bed. Wild closed his eyes and the light shut off.

"Good night Wild."

"Good night Summer Breeze."

They fell asleep together.

---------------

The day had come. Moon left his house with a smile on his face and a pep in his step. Tonight he was going to be having dinner with Twilight. Just the idea of being with Twilight made his heart flutter and sweat form in his mane. He was on his way to school with a smile on his face. Little did he know what was waiting for him when he got there. The hallways were cold and filled with other unicorns. Moon searched for Twilight, but to no avail. She wasn't waiting outside the class with the everypony else.

Maybe shes just running late. Moon thought.

The class went by slowly for Moon. He would stop his notes and check the clock and then the door. Wild picked up on his distress and slipped a note across the desk. Moon opened the note and felt a little bit better.

Everything ok?

'Well to tell you the truth. No.'

Moon pushed the note back over to his friend. Wild quickly read the note and wrote down a response.

After class or now?

Moon took a couple seconds to think about what he was trying to say. It clicked when he put less thought into it.

'Lets talk after class.'

Wild looked at the note and smiled. The clock ticked away and Moon became restless. He wanted to know where Twilight was. Something about today was feeling off for Moon. He was tired and for some reason he felt like something was going to go wrong. He prayed that it was just a feeling. When the class came to an end Moon was packed and ready to go. The bell rang and Moon was the first out of class. He checked his phone, but there was nothing. He waited for Wild to walk out while sending a text. to Twilight.

Hey. Hope you are feeling okay. Can't wait for our date tonight. What time will you be ready?

The message sent and Moon looked up to see Wild walking out of class. He smiled and at Moon and Moon gave a weak smile in response.

Wild trotted up and put a hoof on Moon's back. "So what's up?"

Moon looked down and replied in a depressing tone. "You know that mare from 2 days ago? The purple one?"

Wild put a hoof on his chin. "Yeah. The one that sat next to you?"

"Yeah. We are suppose to go on a date today and she didn't show up for class." Moon said when they started walking.

Wild had a small grin on his face. "That's why you are sad? Come on dude, she might be at home. For the rep you have, you seem scared right now."

Moon chuckled a little. "Yeah I guess you are right. I just can't explain why I'm so scared."

Scared? Wild looked over with a confused expression. "Why are you scared? You must have done this kind of thing before?"

Moon shook his head. "This is my first real date."

"What!?" Wild stumbled a little. "How? You are like.. the perfect stallion. Mares must have been all over you back in your school."

Moon looked up and shook his head again. "My school was full of rich losers. All they wanted was money. You had to give something back to the other pony to be friends. Everypony was looking out for themselves."

"Wow. That doesn't sound good. Why did you go to that school?" Wild asked.

"My Mom forced me to. She said public high school wasn't a proper place for a pony like me." Moon said with heavy sorrow.

"Okay look. You shouldn't be worried. That mare is lucky to have a stallion that every mare wants. She seemed really nice so I doubt she would stand you up. Just relax." Wild said with a smile.

Moon perked up and spoke happily now. "You are right. I shouldn't be worried. Twilight is way too nice to just ditch me."

Wild patted his friends back. "There you go. That's how you should feel right now. Hey just a quick question. Where are you going for your date?"

"I'm going to the same place you took me. The little place by the ocean. I got a table reserved for 6:30. We'll be able to watch the sun set." Moon replied confidently.

Wild was shocked. "Hey! That's where I'm going. I asked Sapphire on a date and I was planning to go there to. " He put a hoof on his chin. "Think we can do a double date?"

Moon smiled. "Yeah. That sounds fun."

"Alright! This is going to be awesome! I gotta get to class so I'll talk to you after class." Wild said while walking to another class.

Moon waved and nodded. "Sure thing. See you later."

Yes! This is going better than I thought. Moon thought.

He looked at his phone and saw no reply. It didn't bother him to much. He just thought she was sleeping or something. Life moved on and so did his classes. After every class Moon would check his phone, but it remained blank. He was a little worried, but he was still hopeful. After his final class, Moon was really worried. He trotted around campus looking for Twilight. He had lost hope until a familiar voice broke the normal sounds of school.

"Come on everypony smile, smile, smile. Fill my heart up with sunshine, sunshine. All I really need is a smil...... Hey Moon." Pinkie Pie said while bouncing around.

"Pinkie! How's it been? You and Twilight doing okay?" Moon asked

"Yeah. We are fine. So what's up?" Pinkie asked, hooves planted to the ground.

"Is Twilight okay? We kinda have a date tonight." Moon said as his face started turning red.

Pinkie looked up with a hoof on her chin. "Hmmmm... Twi didn't mention anything to me about a date. She was fine this morning. Maybe she was to embarrassed to tell me."

Moon's ears went down. "Oh okay."

Pinkie looked at Moon and saw the sadness in his eyes. "Hey I will look for Twilight. When I find her, I will ask her to call you or something." She said with a gentle smile on her face.

"Thanks Pinkie." Moon said with a little grin on his face.

Pinkie smiled and bounced out of sight. Moon found Wild and they shared a ride to their homes. When Moon got home he started preparing for his date. He enjoyed a hot tub soak and a nice warm shower. When he got out, it was barely 1:30.

In hindsight, I should have waited to prepare.... Oh well

Moon went to his DJ room and started mixing.

---------------

Hey Wild. I'm ready for our date. I'm bringing a carriage over to your house.-Sapphire <3

Wild had a smile on his face when he read the text message. It was around 5:20 in the evening. Wild was dressed and ready for his date. His parents weren't home, but his sister was.

"Summer come here real quick." Wild called out.

Summer came out from her room. "Yes big bro?"

"Okay. I'm going on a date and I won't be back until 9 or 10. Keep your door locked and if mom or dad ask.... Just say I went back to school for something." Wild said while patting his little sisters mane.

She jumped and hugged Wild. "Okay big bro. Please be home soon."

He smiled and heard a knock at the door. Wild set Summer down and opened the door. Sapphire smiled when she saw Wild. She gave him a long hug and Wild was returning the hug. They pulled back and smiled at each other. Wild felt something against his hind legs. When he looked back, he could see a a piece of Summer's mane sticking out.

"Sapphire meet my little sister Summer Breeze." Wild said while gently pushing Summer up into view.

Summer's head went down, along with her ears. "Um... Hi." She whispered nervously.

"Aww. She is so cute. Hi Summer. My name is Sapphire and I'm glad to meet you." Sapphire said.

Summer's ears went back up and she had a little smile on her face. "Hi Sapphire. Please make sure my big bro is okay." She said a little more happily this time.

"Don't worry. I will make sure he will be fine." Sapphire said with a smile.

Summer smiled and laughed. "Okay big bro. Be good and come home soon."

"Sure thing little sis." He said patting his sister's head.

She trotted to her room and locked the door. Wild and Sapphire went to the carriage, waiting for them on the street. They hopped in and started for Moon's house.

"When were you going to tell me you had a sister?" Sapphire asked in a playful tone.

"Well I was going to tell you tonight but I guess you know now." Wild replied with a smile.

She smiled back and looked out the window. They had just passed the school, and Sapphire started thinking.

So Moon lives in the student dorms section.

They passed the student dorms and Sapphire was shocked.

Where does this pony live?

They reached Moon's house and Wild hopped out and trotted up the stone path way. When he got to the big cherry wood door, he could hear music. It wasn't music that made ponies happy, it was sad songs. Something that sounded like blues or maybe country. Wild knocked on the door. The music turned down and Wild could hear hoof steps coming to the door. The door opened and Moon was there to greet Wild.

"Hey buddy. Ready to....." Wild stopped when he saw a liquid hit the floor.

Moon rubbed his eye and just looked down. "She doesn't want to go."

"What? Why? Did she tell you at school or over the phone?" Wild asked frantically.

"All she did was send me a text saying 'sorry I don't feel right going on a date with a pony I just met' or something like that." Moon said, getting more depressed. "I already changed the reservations so you are still okay."

"Oh come on dude. I can't go have fun while my friend sits at home doing nothing." Wild said sympathetically.

Moon looked up and smiled with tears in his eyes. "Hey. Don't keep a mare waiting. I got my music and night to relax and clear my head. You have memories to go make. You have a mare to tend to."

Wild patted his friends back and smiled. "Are you sure you are going to be okay?"

"If I need something, I'll text you. Stop worrying." Moon said, wiping the tears out of his eyes.

"Alright. I send you a text when I'm done." Wild said as he went back to the carriage.

Moon waved and smiled. "Go have fun you crazy ponies."

Wild jumped in the carriage and rode down he street. Moon went back inside and popped his neck.

"Time to get to work."

He trotted to the back to the DJ room and sealed him self inside.

---------------

"Wild party of 2"

Wild and Sapphire followed the waiter to a table next to a large window that served as a wall. The sun was still over the horizon and was about to touch the water line. Wild looked at Sapphire and got lost in how beautiful she looked. Her light blue mane was amazing in the orange sunlight. Sapphire looked back at Wild and saw his gaze. She giggled a little because Wild's mouth was slightly open. She closed it for him, and that's when Wild came to his senses.

"Hello, I'll be your waiter this evening. Can I get you started with something to drink?" A mare asked in a coat and white dress shirt.

"Just a water." Sapphire said quickly

"I will have a glass of non alcoholic cider." Wild said while still checking the menu.

The waitress smiled and checked her watch. "Okay I will bring the drinks out for you and just a reminder, the sunset is in 10 minutes."

She left the table and headed for the back of the room.

"What happened to Moon?" Sapphire asked

Wild snapped out of his thought and looked at Sapphire. "Oh um. He couldn't make it. His date canceled on him, and he didn't want to be interrupting our date. He said that it would be rude if he showed up and was sad."

Sapphire had a concerned looked. "Really? Wow. Did he say anything about what he was doing tonight?"

"Yeah. He said that he was going to relax at his house and try to get a hold of Twilight." Wild said.

They both looked out the window. They felt sad that one of their friends is sitting at home with nothing to do. The waitress returned and set the glasses on the table.

"Okay. Are you ready to order?" She asked happily.

Wild motioned his hoof so Sapphire could order first. "Yes can I have the shore salad with steamed carrot on the side."

"Sure thing, and for you sir?"

Wild looked at the menu again before answering. "I would like the veggie platter."

"Okay that sounds good. The sun will be in setting in the prefect position in 2 minuets." The waitress picked up the menus and disappeared.

They looked out the clear window to see the ocean reflecting the sun like a mirror. The setting was amazing and both of their hearts started to flutter. The room was filled with quiet conversations, but it wasn't enough to keep the awkward silence away. The sun was almost in prefect position. Wild looked at the table and saw Sapphire's hoof. He swallowed his pride and any fear he had and reached out. They met and Sapphire snapped out of nervousness and looked at Wild. Her face was tinted red. Wild and Sapphire said nothing and she grabbed his other hoof. The were hoof in hoof as they looked to the ocean. The sky exploded with so many colors. the reds, oranges, the blues, and the pinks all combined in the sky for the sun set.

"I'm glad you asked me to come here." Sapphire said quietly

Wild smiled and closed his eyes. "I'm happy to. I'm so..... so happy you are here with me."

They watched as the sun slowly slipped under the ocean. Their lives were slowly being pulled together and they felt closer to anypony then they ever had before. Love was the only feeling they could make out. Everything else was simply to lite to use for the feeling they shared.

---------------

The night went off without a hitch. Sapphire shared stories about her past and her family. Wild preferred to keep quiet during this part of their talk. Instead of trying to bring the subject up again, Sapphire quickly switched topics. That was the only "bump" in the road during the date. It was around 9:45 in the evening when they got over the hill and close to university grounds. Wild's house was the closest. When they arrived, Wild and Sapphire shared a long hug and Wild hopped out. The carriage headed for the end of the street and Wild made is way inside. His parents waited for him in the living room. He walked inside and started for his room.

"Where do you think you're going?" A slurred voice stopped Wild.

"To my room. I don't want to bug you guys." Wild said coldly.

"No you ain't. You got some 'splaining to do boy." His dad said.

Wild felt the hate and rage build up again. "I don't want trouble."

He heard muffled screams coming from the living room. When he stopped and looked down the hallway he saw Summer's door broken on the floor.

"You made your own trouble. Your sister really liked talking about where you were going tonight." His dad said smugly. "Too bad her lock couldn't stop her from talking."

"You have made a big mistake." Wild mumbled.

His dad had a evil smile on his face. "So? Who's the hot mare you drew? I bet shes a really classy mare. If you know what I mean?"

Wild turned around and saw his dad holding a picture in his hand. It was the picture he had drawn yesterday. He couldn't hold back anymore. "Put that down NOW!" He yelled.

His dad smiled evilly. "I thought you didn't want trouble?"

"Sometimes it comes looking for you." Wild said while looking for his sister.

He saw her laying on the floor behind his mother. She had welts on her fore legs and face. She was crying and screaming, but the towel in her mouth stopped her.

"Let her go and give me back my drawing or suffer." Wild said in a grumble.

His dad laughed. He wiped a tear from his eye and looked back at Wild. "You must be crazy. Don't you remember what happened last time?"

Wild bite down hard and tried to pull him self together one last time. "This is the last chance you are going to get. Let us go and there will be no harm to you."

"Well come on? What are you going to do?" His dad asked, holding back laughs.

"I FUCKING WARNED YOU!" Wild screamed as he charged out of the hallway.

His dad had no time to react, in his drunken state. Wild smashed his shoulder into his dads chest and used his fore legs to push his dad into a wall. Wild's dad fell and Wild started hitting him. He drew blood form his dads mouth and he stopped. His mom charged at him with a empty whiskey bottle, but Wild pushed her out of the way. Wild Scooped up his sister and his saddle bag full of drawings and school work, and left the house. His mom was throwing bottles out the front door and on the street. Wild ran as fast as he could. He was by the school in no time. He set his sister down and removed the towel. Her hooves were tied up as well. Wild removed the rope slowly. When it was fully off, Summer jumped on Wild and squeezed with all of her might. Wild put his fore legs around her and started crying quietly.

"I'm so sorry little sis. I didn't mean to let you get hurt." Wild was holding back his tears and his sniffles.

Summer was holding on to Wild when she started tearing up. "It's okay big bro. You came back. That's all that matters."

Wild set Summer down and wiped the tears from his eyes. "Come on. Lets go before you catch a cold."

Wild took his coat off and wrapped his sister in it. He picked up Summer and put her on his back. He used his magic to carry his saddle bag, and he started up the street.

I really hope he is still awake. I don't want to ask for a favor because I just got to know him. Moon is our last hope Wild thought to him self.

The air was cool and the night sky was clear. It was going to be a long walk before he got to Moon's house. On his way there he remembered that all of his sisters school supplies and cloths were still at their house.

I do my best to replace all of the stuff.

He was half way to the house when his phone went off. He pulled the phone out of his bag ,with his magic, and checked the message.

Hey Wild. I really enjoyed our date tonight. Just wanted to let you know I'm home safe and thinking of you.-Sapphire<3

He smiled a little bit and continued up to Moon's house. The cold was starting to affect Wild. His eyes were trying to close and his legs were wobbly. He could see the magic aura around his bags starting to flicker. He shook his head and continued up the hill. The air was cold and he could feel a breeze starting to hit his face.

I can't last to much longer. I'm getting so tired. He thought

He came to a street corner and looked a the sign. It was the street Moon lived on. His eyes snapped open and he started running again. He could see the light blue house with the dark brown-ish red door and he felt a smiled form on his face. He crossed the street and ran up the walk way.

"Summer wake up. Were here." He sad as he put Summer down with his magic.

A coat flap moved and Summer's tiny face was visible. She rubbed her eyes and yawned. "What is it big bro?"

"Our new house hopefully." Wild replied.

He knocked on the door and waited. There was no sound inside. He checked his phone and saw the time. It was 10:30 at night. He knocked frantically and put his ear to the door to hear if somepony was coming.

"I'm coming! Just wait a second!" A voice yelled.

There was hoof steps and finally the door unlocked and opened. Moon had a towel around his back and was trying to shield him self from the cold. His mane was wet and dripping and his fur was dripping on the floor.

"Wild? I didn't expect you. Oh who is this?.... Oh my gosh! Is she hurt?" Moon asked "Please come in. It's far to cold to talk out here."

Moon stepped aside and Wild trotted in followed by his little sister. Moon closed the door and went to the back of his house.

"I'll be out in a second." He called out.

When he returned he was dry. He went to the living room, where Wild and Summer waited.

"I will make some tea."

Moon walked into the kitchen and started boiling a tea kettle full of water. "So what happened?" Moon asked from the kitchen.

---------------

"So I left my house and came here. This was the only place I could go to." Wild said.

Moon set the cup of tea down and looked at Wild. "Wow. Do your parents know where I live?"

Wild looked at his sister, who was now asleep, and replied with a smile on his face. "No. They never really cared what I did outside of home." Wild looked at Moon. He was looking at the night skyline. "Moon I have a serious favor to ask you."

"Yes you can stay."

"I want to know if..... Wait what?"

Moon smiled and got off his seat. He trotted across the room and set a hoof on Wild's back. "I was waiting for you to ask."

Wild shook his head and looked at Moon. "Are you sure? I don't want to just move in."

"I don't have anypony else here with me. I get lonely sometimes, but now I have a roommate." Moon said happily.

"Um okay. I could help you pay rent and help around the house." Wild said nervelessly

Moon laughed and placed a hoof on Wild's back. "This house was given to me. I don't pay rent. I have a business that pays me so don't worry about a thing."

"Are you completely sure you don't need any money to help pay?" Wild asked

Moon smiled and replied, "I'm fine money wise. This is your home now. Come on, you need to sleep. Let me show you to your room."

"Thank you so much Moon." Wild was tearing up. "You are a real friend."

Wild used his magic to pick up Summer without waking her, and followed Moon to on of the rooms. Moon opened the door and walked inside with Wild right behind. The room was big and it had 2 large beds inside. The window gave a view of the city and the ocean that was near by. Moon motioned Wild to come closer to one of the beds. When Wild was close enough Moon opened the sheets.

Moon whispered, "Here put your sister here and use the other bed."

Wild did what he was told. He set Summer in the white sheets and moved to the empty bed. He pushed the sheets back and laid down. The white sheets felt so comfortable and soft. The smell was nice as well. It was a summer flower kind of smell that made Wild become more relaxed. He closed his eyes as Moon left the room.

This is heaven. I feel so safe here. I don't know how to thank Moon for this. Maybe......Maybe he can help my sister get some..... school supplies..... Wild knocked out.

Moon woke up and stretched. He took a deep breath and pushed himself out of bed. He walked out of his room and checked on Wild and his sister. Moon pushed the door open slowly and peeked in. Wild and Summer were sleeping. Moon smiled and closed the door. The dark hallway was a little hard to navigate, but Moon went through without hitting a wall and waking his guests. When he got to the front of his house, the light from the city gave shadows of the furniture in his living room. He walked into his kitchen and started preparing breakfast.

I'll treat them to a great Saturday. It will help them get their minds off what happened last night. Moon thought.

He had a tiny grin as he continued to make breakfast.

---------------

"Wild... Summer.... It's time to get up." Moon quietly said.

The sheets twitched and there was a low groan. Wild shifted a little and went back to sleep. Summer raised out of the covers and looked around. Her mane was ruffled and she still looked tired. She rubbed her eyes and looked to see her sleeping brother.

"So that wasn't a dream." She said softly.

Moon signaled Summer to come over to the door. She pushed the covers off and hopped out of bed. When she looked over to Wild, she stopped. Summer went to her brothers bed and placed her hooves on him.

"Big brother. Wake up. It's time to eat." She said quietly.

Wild groaned again and rolled over. "Summer I'm trying to sleep."

"You're a guest. Come on. Your friend made us breakfast." She said a little bit more sternly.

Wild's head came up and he looked around the room with half closed eyes. When he saw Moon in the door way, it all came back to him. He rubbed his eyes and got out of bed. Moon smiled and headed for the kitchen followed by his guests. The table had been set and the food was ready to be served. Wild and Summer were surprised to see all the food sitting on the table.

Moon pulled a chair out and said, "Come and eat. I was up for a while cooking, so don't make me feel bad and not eat."

Summer jumped into a chair and looked around the table. Wild was slower to react. He felt bad about Moon having to cook for him and his sister. Moon saw Wild's reaction and smiled.

"Wild it's okay. I wanted to cook for you and Summer. Don't feel bad." Moon said to reassure Wild.

Wild sat down and smiled. "Okay but I got the next meal."

Moon chuckled and replied, "Sounds like a plan."

They started eating and Summer was the first to comment on the food. "Wow This tastes good!"

"Yeah this does taste good. How did you learn to cook like this?" Wild said while getting seconds.

"Just comes natural. My dad was a famous chief. He worked in the royal Canterlot kitchen before....." Moon stopped suddenly.

Wild and Summer stopped eating and looked at Moon who was looking out a window. Wild noticed his eyes were glistening and he saw a streak run down his cheek. Moon pushed himself back and started for the door.

"Excuse me. When you are done just set the dishes in the kitchen. I will clean them later." Moon said

He disappeared into the hallway. Wild heard a door close in the back of the house and he knew Moon had gone to his room.

"Why did your friend leave?" Summer asked.

Wild shook his head slowly. "I don't know lil sis."

Wild had a clue, but he didn't want to dig around. He felt it would make Moon more sad.

---------------

"Mommy. When's daddy coming home?" Asked a small colt.

A rather tall looking mare replied with a smile. "You know your father. He can never leave until he knows everything is done."

The colt crossed his fore legs and pouted. "But Daddy promised me we would go and get ice cream when he got home."

The mare smiled and patted the colts head. "Don't worry. Your dad will never break a promise."

The colts mood lightened up and he started playing with a ball on the other side of the room. There was a knock at the door and the colt charged at the door full speed. When he got there, he found the mare opening the door.

"Welcome home hon...... Princess Celestia? What an honor. My husband is still at work so if you are looking for him, he hasn't left yet." The mare said while inviting the princess inside.

"Miss Ray you might want to sit down." The princess said in a grim tone.

The colt hid himself out of view and listened to their conversation.

"Princess what brings you here at this hour?" The mare asked.

"This is something I never want to tell anypony...... But Mr. Ray is dead." The princess said

There was silence. Nothing dared make a noise at this point. There was a loud "WHAT!" followed by an even louder thunk. Miss Ray and Princess Celestia both looked down the hallway to see the colt rubbing his head and crying.

"Moon! What are you doing?" His mom asked.

Princess Celestia raised her hoof to cover her mouth. "Oh dear."

"Mom........ Where is dad?" Moon was sniffling and rubbing his eyes.

His mom started to tear up as she walked over to her crying colt. She picked him up and held him tight.

"Daddy isn't coming home. He is in a better place." She said while wiping away some of her tears.

"But why mommy? Why would daddy leave us?" Moon asked with tears now fully flowing.

Celestia came into view and responded. "I will take you to him."

They followed the princess into her carriage and they were off to the royal castle.

*Darkness*

"We are gathered here today to remember a strong stallion. He was a loving father, devoted husband, and caring friend. I would like to invite Miss Ray up here to say a few words about her husband."

Moon's mother trotted up to the mic and took a deep breath.

"Sun Ray was a great stallion. He would always smile and try to make me feel happy. When we were in our bad times, he always promised me we would live in luxury soon. I still remember when I met him." She wiped her tears away and looked at the coffin resting a couple feet away. "He was a miner outside my town. One day, Sun and his friends strolled into the festival we were having. We were celebrating the towns birthday, and everypony was invited. Sun had a tan vest on with his old cowpony hat on. I caught him looking at me and I went over to talk to him."

She had a little smile on her face and she looked over to Moon.

"He told me that I was the most beautiful mare in all of Equestria. Then he swept me off my hooves and we started dating. After a year he proposed and we got married. It wasn't long after that, when he made me the promise of a luxurious life style. He kept his promise. His friends and him stuck a vain of gold ore and other precious metals. The hit a jackpot and split it evenly. We invested ours into a drilling company and kept up our riches. Eventually, Sun wanted a job that didn't involve sitting behind a desk and telling ponies what to do. He left me in charge and got a job at the castle. He always was a great cook so he became a royal cook. I wish..... I wish I would've stopped him!"

Moon's mom started crying. A friend of hers trotted up and helped her off stage. She was reaching for the coffin, but more ponies held her back. Moon slowly trotted up to the coffin. When he looked in, He saw his dad in a black suite.

*Darkness*

Moon jumped out of bed cover in sweat and taking rapid breaths. He looked around and saw nopony in his room. He stabilized his breathing and rested his head on the pillows.

Hell of a dream.

"Hey Moon? You alright?" Wild asked from behind the door. "You were making a lot of weird noises. Is it okay for me to come in?"

"Yeah."

The door opened slowly and Wild stepped into the room. "So what happened?" Wild asked while shuting the door.

"Had a dream about my past." Moon said while throwing a blanket off his body.

Wild sat on the bed and looked at Moon. "Well it's not my place to ask..... But what part of your foalhood was it about?"

Moon looked away and started to tear up. "It was about my father."

Wild smiled and put a hoof on his shoulder. "Hey that's good."

"It was about his death." Moon said coldly.

"Oh..... What happened? Do you remember?" Wild asked.

Moon scoffed. "That was the day my life changed."

Wild scooted closer and put a hoof on Moon's shoulder. "Are you okay with telling me. I don't want to force you to tell me how it happened."

Moon wiped a tear away and smiled a little. "I think I will be fine. I will tell you the story."

---------------

"That's what happened? Did they ever find the pony who did it?" Wild asked

Moon shook his head. "No. That's the worst part. The pony who did this will never have to pay for his crime." Moon looked up at the ceiling and spoke in a normal tone again. "After that, my mom started training me to be the perfect stallion in mind, and body. I took up Tai Chi and Karate. Those were my first classes to train myself to fight off attackers. My mom didn't stop there. I lost my foalhood with one swift strike."

"Big bro where are you?" A voice said from the hallway.

Moon looked at his phone and smiled. "I guess I took up the whole morning..... Oh well. We still have plenty of time to head to the mall."

Wild looked at Moon with a confused expression. "Mall? For what?"

Moon chuckled. "It doesn't look like your sister has any school supplies. I don't have any mare care products either, so I told your sister we would go to the store and get her anything she needs to make it feel more like home."

"Moon you can't. I would feel really bad about you having to spend to much on us." Wild said with heavy guilt.

Moon just smiled. "I promise you that I can handle it. I will get you stuff to, besides I need to get my mind off the bad thoughts. I keep remembering Twilight ditching me and that isn't helping me with the dreams I was having."

"Are you completely sure?" Wild asked again.

"Yes lets go." Moon said while pushing Wild out of the door.

---------------

"Wow thank you so much Moon." Summer said happily while coming out of a candy shop.

Moon smiled and said in a kind tone, "Just call me uncle. Don't eat all of that at once. It will give you a stomach ache."

Summer smiled and started for a cloths stores across the walkway. The mall was full of ponies, but Summer didn't travel to far from Wild and Moon.

"Hello and welcome to Filly Fashion. Need any help finding anything gentle-colts?" said a mare from behind a small counter.

"Yes I need help finding something for my little filly here." Wild said while pointing at Summer.

The mare smiled and replied like a schoolfilly. "Awww how cute. But aren't you two a little to young to have a filly?"

Moon tilted his head a little and asked, "Um what do you mean?"

"It's okay with me. I don't mind if you like other colts. I don't judge ponies like that."

"Hold on now! We don't like each other." Wild yelled in response. "This is my little sister. We are taking her shopping because me and her got kicked out of our house recently."

Moon chuckled a little. "Did you think we were colt cuddelers?"

The mares face went bright red and she covered her it with her hooves. "I'm so sorry."

"It's fine." Moon said in a relaxed tone.

"Yeah it's all good." Wild added.

The mare pulled her hooves away and gave a tiny grin. "Well no that is out of the picture what can I help you with?"

---------------

After a full day at the mall; Moon, Wild, and Summer returned home. Moon had bought Summer many things that her parents could never get her before. Moon even got Wild a couple of goodies that he could use. All-in-all Moon became close to Summer and Wild. He felt like they were family and that made Moon happy as can be. They went to sleep that night, happy as can be. Sunday was a lazy day for them. Moon and Wild caught up on homework, while Summer enjoyed the backyard and running around. When Moon finished his work Summer came up to him.

"Uncle Moon..... Can I have friends over?" She asked while pawing at the ground.

Moon looked back to see Wild listening to his music. "Yeah but make sure they know where you live now."

Summer's face lit up and she darted to her room. Moon smiled and continued to his DJ room, He locked it so nopony would be able to get in. He didn't want the fillys running into the JBL tower speakers or the Alpine turn tables. He just smiled at the thought of the fillys knocking them over and trying to fix it themselves. Moon could re-buy everything in that room 3 times over, but he preferred not to. Summer came out of her room with a big smile on her face. She trotted over to Moon and smiled.

"Thank you so much uncle Moon." She said happily

"Don't mention it." Moon said while returning the smile. "Are your friends coming?"

"Yes but that's not what I'm thanking you for." Summer replied

Moon had a confused look on his face. "Then what are you thanking me for silly filly?"

"You've relaxed my brother so much. He is much happier here then he ever was at our moms and dads house." Summer started tearing up. "You gave us a home where we both feel safe and I can never thank you enough for making my bother happy."

Moon hugged the little filly. "You don't have to thank me. I just want to be a good stallion in life like my father before me."

They shared the hug for a couple of seconds after that.

Moon pulled back and wiped some tears away from her eyes with his hoof. "Now go on and get your self cleaned up. You're going to have company soon."

Summer smiled and headed for the bathroom. Moon went back to the front of the house and sat on one of the couches. He was looking at the bay on this bright sunny day. This was going to become a thing of the past in the coming weeks. Winter would soon take the town by force and make the skies grey and the days cold. He let out a sigh and closed his eyes. He enjoyed the sound of the breeze. There was a knock on the door that caused Moon's eyes to shoot open. He jumped onto the floor and started for the door. Wild took out one ear phone and watched Moon open the door.

"Hi is Summer here?" A mare asked.

"Summer somepony is here for you." Moon called out.

"Where are your parents young stallion." The mare asked again.

"Very far away." Moon replied coldly

Summer came out of the back room and charged at the door full speed. She came to a halt right next to Moon.

"Ruby!" Summer yelled.

A voice called out from behind the mare. "Hey Summer. Mom I want to hang out with Summer."

"Just a second dear. Why does Summer live here now?" The older mare asked.

"Because we got kicked out of our old house." Wild said from the table.

"Oh my is that Wild I hear?" The mare said while looking around inside.

"Please come inside. I was about to start dinner." Moon said while stepping out of the way.

"Oh I couldn't intrude." The mare said

"You are fine. It won't be a bother." Moon said kindly.

A yellow streak flew into the house and hugged Summer. The two friends went directly to the backyard while Moon gave the older mare a tour of the house. After sitting down for some chatting, Wild joined them.

"This is a very nice house. How could you ever afford it?" The mare asked

"Well my mom paid for this house as a gift to start my new life." Moon said as kindly as he could.

Just before the mare replied, there was another knock on the door.

Wild hopped off the couch and went to open the door.

"Why hello Wild. Where are your parents?" A mare asked from the doorway.

He signaled the pony to walk in. "It's a long story so you might want to come inside."

A little filly hugged the mare as they walked in. She was trying to hide behind her mom until a voice called from the back of the house The filly's ears perked up and she looked up from behind her mothers flank.

"Is it okay if I go to the back and play with Summer?" The filly whispered just loud enough to be herd by the ponies listening really hard.

"Yes dear. I will be here if you need me okay my special little filly."

The lite blue filly scurried to the back door of the house while the mare sat down next to her friend.

"So how long is this story?"

---------------

After an hour of explaining and asking questions, the parents felt that Wild had made the right choices. They enjoyed the talk with Moon and Wild. It was around 4 o'clock when they left. Summer had said her good byes and so did the adults. The day slowly winded down with Wild cooking a tasty dinner and some TV time. Moon and Wild had the same class in the morning so they would be getting up at the same time. Summer would get a ride from her friend Ruby, who lived down the street. The weekend had gone by so fast. To both of them, it seemed like a dream.

--------------

"Mom....... Why would somepony do that to dad?"

Moon's crying mother looked up at him. "I don't know son. I just don't"

Moon looked down and shed a tear. As the tear fell down his face he could see the picture that his mom was holding. It was of him and his family when they went to Neighagra falls. Moon was on his dads shoulder. Moon had a huge smile on his face that matched his dads perfectly. Moon couldn't hold it in any more and finally let tears flow.

"Dad?! Why did this happen to you?!"

Moon sprung out of bed and looked around. He searched for his phone in the darkness of the early morning. He found it and checked the time.

3 A.M. Dam! Why am I having these dreams? Moon thought to him self.

He set his head on the pillow and shut his eyes. It seemed like a second had passed by before his alarm went off. Moon's eyes opened slowly and he forced his hoof to shut down the alarm After a couple seconds of laying in bed and fighting the urge to close his eyes, Moon pushed out of bed and started his morning routine. Right as Moon was about to turn on the water he heard a knock at his bedroom door. Moon gave a heavy sigh and trotted to the door. He knew it had to be Wild, since they had the same class, he would be getting up around the same time. He turned a little lamp on to give the room enough light to navigate. When he opened the door, he almost collapsed in disbelief. Twilight was in the doorway with a smile on her face.

"But how..."

"Don't worry about that." She cut him off.

Moon was tongue tied and he couldn't find the words to use. Twilight giggled and gently pushed him back into his room. She closed the door behind her and proceeded to Moon. She had a very alluring sway while she walked to Moon, which only increased his already fast heart beat. He was on the bed with his eyes wide open and his mind trying to process what was happening. She was face to face with Moon, but she didn't stop there. She was moving closer and closer to Moon. After Moon stopped thinking and just let his heart control him, he was moving toward her. Their eyes closed and they tilted their head slightly.

Moon's eyes snapped open and he sprung out of his bed. He searched his room, to find he was the only pony in the room. He saw his phone in the same spot and quickly picked it up and checked the time. It was 20 minuets after he had shut off his alarm clock. He had fallen back to sleep. He set the phone down and took a deep breath. That was quickly followed by a low grumble and a loud hoof to the floor.

That isn't what I needed right now. He thought.

Moon stomped his way to the shower while trying to forget the dream he just had.

Why can't this dream be like the others? I remember it for like 2 seconds then forget no matter how hard I try to remember it.

---------------

Moon's morning wasn't going to well. When he left for school, he was tired beyond belief, the dream would come back every time he closed his eyes for more than 5 seconds, and to top everything off he was about to see the mare that he was going crazy for. While waiting outside class, Moon slipped his earphones in and traveled to a world of his own. Wild's day had been going much better. He enjoyed a great night sleep, a warm shower, and he was talking to Sapphire. While they talked, Sapphire noticed a a pony who she met not to long ago.

"Acoustic? Is that you?" She asked

The tan mare looked up and smiled. "Hey Sapphire! I didn't know you had this class"

Sapphire chuckled and trotted over to her friend. "Well I guess this is a small world huh?"

They shared a hug and started talking. Wild enjoyed seeing Sapphire happy, so he didn't want to intrude. He went off looking for Moon. Sapphire and Acoustic talked about their weekends, but the main focus was the dinner date Wild and Sapphire shared. Sapphire told Acoustic how everything was perfect and there wasn't a single flaw in their date.

"Wow that sounds amazing." Acoustic said at the end of the story.

Sapphire closed her eyes and pictured back to the sunset on that night. "It was something out of a book. It almost didn't seem real." Sapphire took a deep breath and cleared her head. "Okay lets work on your problem next."

Acoustic took a step back. "Um actually I want to wait a little." She said with blush forming on her cheeks.

Sapphire giggled. "Non sense. You are just scared."

"No I'm not." Acoustic said while trying to hold up her punk rock self image.

Sapphire looked over Acoustic's shoulder and smiled. "He's right behind you."

Acoustic hopped into a couple feet in the air. As soon as her hooves were back on the floor, she bolted for a pillar to hide behind. Sapphire trotted to the large marble pillar and searched for her missing friend. Acoustic grabbed her friend and pulled her behind the pillar.

"Did he see me?" She whispered.

"He wasn't there." Sapphire said in a disappointed tone. "So much for not being scared."

"Not cool." Acoustic replied.

"Hey Bass! How was your weekend dude?" A voice echoed down the hallway.

Both mare froze up. They peeked out from behind the pillar to see if Bass was really in the hallway. Sure enough, Bass was standing with the other stallion. Sapphire squinted and noticed a fore leg around his neck. It was Wild's.

"Hey guys." Bass said with a gentle smile on his face.

"Oh Celestia! Your colt friend is friends with the stallion I like!" Acoustic said.

"Okay I have a plan." Sapphire said while pulling Acoustic close.

---------------

"So guys this is Moon Ray." Wild said with a hoof on Moons back.

Moon gave a smile with his ear down on his head. "Nice to meet everypony."

Bass String gave a little smile. "Hey dude."

The other 2 stallions didn't have such a open heart.

"Why did you invite him here?" A yellow-ish orange stallion asked.

"Yeah you said he was a curse to all of us." A gray stallion added.

Moon let his head drop in shame. Wild put a fore leg around Moon and smiled.

"Guys. I got kicked out of my house along with my little sister. We had no where to go on this past cold Saturday night until I went to Moon's house." The stallions tilted their heads because they were interested. They leaned in closer. "He let me and my sister in. He made us food and bought us new stuff for school. He treated me and my sister like family."

The stallions ears fell to the back of their heads. "He really did that for you?"

"I'm living with him now. He is kind and he won't be messing with the other mares." Wild said confidently.

The yellow stallion looked at Wild with a confused expression. "How do you know he won't try for any of the mares?"

Moon stepped forward and spoke in a clear, strong voice. "I like a mare in this class."

The stallions looked at Moon. After a couple second of awkward silence on of the stallions gave in.

"Hey my name is Ocean Wave." He said while adjusting his glasses.

The yellow stallion follows suite. "My name is River Racer."

Moon smiled and raised his hoof. "Thanks guys. I really didn't want to make anyone feel bad."

They all shared a laugh and started to get to know each other. The teacher showed up on time and the class headed into the room. Everypony finished their conversations and took their seats. When Moon sat down he saw Twilight take a seat next to a grey mare. She didn't look back the whole class which increased the feeling of sadness in his heart. Moon wanted to stand up in the middle of class and ask Twilight what had happened. After starring at her for a couple minutes, Moon took a deep breath and tried to clear his head again. After only 2 minuets, he found him self looking to her side of the classroom.

Why can't I stop thinking about her? It's like she has me in a spell and there is nothing I can do. Moon let out a sigh and looked out the window. I just want to know why? What's this feeling I'm having? It's like I've been hurt but not physically. I feel like she got into my heart and played with what I feel......... That's it!

Moon put his notebook away and threw his saddle bag over his back. Sun Beam stopped his lesson and watched Moon come down the steps of the class. Right as Sun was going to say something to make fun of Moon, Moon's horn began to glow, and earphones came out of his saddle bag to drowned out the sound from the class.

I have to figure out what this feeling is. Moon thought to himself

---------------

Acoustic put her notebooks away and left the classroom before Bass String. She trotted down a unfamiliar hallway until it came to a dead end. She looked around until she saw 3 stallions advancing toward her. They said nothing to each other as they trotted toward the tan mare.

Acoustic felt nothing was wrong as the three stallions approached her.

"Hey guys. I'm kinda lost. Do you mind telling me how to get out of this part of the campus?" She asked.

"Oh that's to bad." One of the stallions said. "I think we could show you they way out. Right guys?"

They nodded their heads and Acoustic smiled. "Thanks guys. Okay where do I go from here." Acoustic asked with the stallions right next to her.

"Just follow us. We have a shortcut over here." One of the stallions said while pointing toward a ally.

Acoustic tilted her head slightly and began to think. "Are you sure? I don't think..... that's...... a good.......idea."

Acoustic fell on the ground completely knocked out. One of the stallions horns is letting out a light trace of magic with a evil grin on his face

---------------

Acoustic started to come out of her sleep. When she opened her eyes. she realized she was tied up and in an empty room. She tried to use her magic, but something was blocking the flow of magic to the horn. Her heart beat started to increase when she heard hoofsteps coming up from behind her.

"Who are you and......"

Her voice became muffled with a piece of black cloth being place in her mouth and tied to the back of her head.

"You don't need to worry about who we are. You need to worry about what we are going to do." A voice whispered into her ear.

She began screaming at the top of her lungs, but the cloth blocked most of it. Suddenly 2 more ponies trotted into light wearing masks. They stood on their hind legs reveling their fully erect members. Acoustic tried to move, but the ropes were tight and there was nothing coming from her horn. She heard the pony behind her stand on his hind legs, and she felt something warm and stiff pushing against the back of her head. She started to cry and scream even louder, but nothing worked. The pony behind her grabbed her hair band and pulled it off. Her black hair fell and that was the tipping point. He wrapped his hoof around the mares head and turned it so she was face to face with his erect penis. He pushed Acoustic onto her back and got right on top of her. She squirmed and screamed, which only made the stallion on top of her more turned on.

Please! Please tell me this is just a fucked up dream!

With her fore legs tied to her back and her legs tied to a couple of metal posts in the class, there was no indication that this was a dream. The stallion lowered his head to her chest.and inhaled a large breath. He slowly traveled down her chest and stopped over her teats. He stuck his tongue out and began flicking her teats causing her to flinch with every pass. She shut her eyes and tried to resist the sudden pleasure she was feeling. The stallion bit on one gently and looked up at Acoustic. He stopped and wiped his mouth clean.

"Time to get to the real treat."

He placed a hoof on her inner right leg and started traveling down. A warm shutter flowed through Acoustic's body. He finally got to her marehood. He started rubbing around her lips and teasing her by rubbing the top of her now wet clit. Acoustic was letting out moans and she was slowly rocking her hips with his movement.

"That's a good filly. For a reward, for being a good girl, I will make you feel really good."

Acoustic was crying and trying to ignore the pleasure coming from her soaking pussy. He set his shaft between her lips and rocked back and forth slowly. She was crying as loud as she could and squirming to get away. He signaled one of the stallions to come and join him. The second stallion obeyed and came to the side of the ring leader. the ring leader pulled his cock away from her and flipped her over. She was laying on her stomach trying force herself to get up. The second stallion raised her flank as high as the ropes would allow and pushed her tail out of the way. He licked his lips and used his right hoof slide up and down her clit. She started pushing against his hoof while moving her own hips. All she could do was cry.

"Somepony really wants some love. Should we let her enjoy herself?" One of the ponies asked.

"Yes. Then we get our fun"

The second stallion stuck his tongue out and started up and down the soaking slit. He was sucking up all of her juices and smacking her flank. Acoustic was letting out moan after moan, not being able to contain herself. The ring leader came to the front of her. He picked up her head and took the cloth out of her mouth. She let out a loud moan of pleasure while shedding tears.

"Well since you are crying, I guess I'm going to have to punish you. Dirty little mare."

He signaled his other friend over. He stood in front of Acoustic and waited for his orders.

"You know the punishment."

The stallion picked up Acoustic's head and opened her mouth. The ring leader slid his member into her mouth. The third stallion went her rear and waited for a signal. Acoustic couldn't do anything due to the pleasure coming from her clit. The ring leader began sliding his cock deep into her mouth. Acoustic was gagging and coughing, but the ring leader didn't stop. He hit the back of her throat and pulled back. He was moving in and out quick and deep.

Somepony! Please help me! Acoustic was crying at this point.

"Wow your mouth is.... Amazing!" The stallion huffed out.

He quickened his pace and placed both hooves on her head to stabilize from his thrusts. The stallion behind her was moving faster and more aggressive with his smacks.

"I'm going to...... Cum" He grunted.

With one last, deep thrust he let out a large load into the back of her throat. He held her head forcing her to swallow every last bit. When he pulled away, Acoustic coughed and gasped for air. The stallion standing in the behind her came back in front of her. He had his hoof wrapped around his cock and he was stroking it. When he got right in front of her to her, he started increasing his pace. He grunted and let out a thick stream of cum over Acoustic's face, neck, mane, and back. The ring leader walked around to her marehood. He tapped the stallion who was lapping up her love juices. When he moved, the ring leader started rubbing the tip of his still hard cock against her slit.

"No please! Anything but that!" Acoustic screamed.

"Oh not yet. I have a system and I save the best for last."

He started rubbing her ass with the tip of his cock. He slowly started forcing his member into her hole.

"Wow this is so..... Tight" He breathed out.

Acoustic was crying form the pain she was feeling. The other pony came to meet her face to face. He opened her mouth and forced his cock inside her mouth. He was moving quickly and roughly while the ring leader was trying to spread her flank to get more room. The pony in front of her quickened and started grunting while the pony behind her just started to pick up the pace.

Please Celestia! Make this stop!

The stallion in her mouth finished and pulled out to let the cum flow onto her face and mane. The second pony was now forcing himself deep into her ass. Every thrust was a grunt from the ring leader. Acoustic was crying out in pain and still trying to break free. The ring leader smacked her flank and forced it to moved back and forth with his movements. He pushed in one last time and let out a load into her ass. When he pulled out, thick streams of cum were pouring out and flowing over her wet pussy.

"It's time for the best part"

Acoustic panicked and started to squirm again. "Please not that! Please!" She yelled

The ring leader didn't care. He slowly slipped in and met some resistance. "Oh my Celestia! You haven't popped your cherry." He pulled out and started laughing. "Well it's gotta happen some day. Good thing I'm good at taking some flowers!"

Acoustic screamed as he rubbed the tip against her wet clit. He started in slowly and got to the hymen. He pulled back and was about to go all the way in, when the door blew open. The ring leader pulled out and turned around.

Bass String was standing in the doorway. "I thought I heard something in here."

"How? Why are you roaming the halls at this time?" The ring leader asked.

"I left something a different class when I noticed this outside the front door." Bass said while holding up a small part of black hair.

The ring leader laughed and his buddies joined in. "Well that's good to know, but there are 3 of us."

Bass took off his glasses and set them on a desk. "You don't want to know what I can do."

They charged at Bass at the same time.

"Big mistake"

Bass charged up a magic shock wave and fired in all directions. The three ponies dropped to the floor. They moaned in pain as rolled over holding their wounds. Bass trotted over the baddies and went to the mare under the light. He unbuttoned his vest and used it to wipe her of. Bass blasted the rope holding the mare in place. Acoustic rolled over to see Bass looking down on her. She started crying, but this time it was tears of joy. Bass helped her up and she gave him a long hug. He returned her hug and closed his eyes.

---------------

Campus PD had arrived and booked the three full grown stallions for rape. They didn't even go to Hayvard. They were just some ponies who trotted on campus. They were taken away in a jail carriage. Bass and Acoustic sat together while the police took down their reports.

"Yup these stallions are going away for a while ma'am. No need to worry." The police pony said to Acoustic

"That's good news. Thank you officer." She replied happily.

The police pony tipped his hat and trotted to his carriage. Acoustic looked at Bass and Bass looked at Acoustic. They slowly started moving closer and closer and their eyes closed and they connected lips for a long passionate kiss.

2 months later

The cold season had come and replaced the fall leaves with cold winter snow. Students and teachers had bundeled up and tried to stay warm. Moon, Wild, and Summer enjoyed each others company. Wild and Sapphire had been on a couple of dates over the past 2 months. Moon hadn't made any progress with Twilight. He now knew what it was like to feel rejection. It was a burning feeling knowing that the mare he wants doesn't want anyhting to do with him. It was just a terrible feeling and Moon could do nothing to shake it. It was about mid November when Moon's feelings for Twilight would change. On one of the many snow days they had Wild invited Moon to the mall. Wild was meeting up with Sapphire and Wild thought it would be a good idea to get out of the house for a little while. Moon didn't object and they took a carriege to the mall. The warm air and the sound of ponies talking was a relaxing feeling for Moon. It kept his mind off his feeling.

"Hey Moon. Keep an eye out for Sapphire." Wild said as they started deeper into the mall.

"You have her number and your phone. Just call her and ask where she is." Moon said.

"Oh yeah." Wild replied.

Summer put a hoof on her fore head. "Sometimes I wonder who is in college and who is in elementary school."

"Very funny." Wild replied.

"I thought it was funny." Moon said while smiling.

"Don't encourage her." Wild whispered.

Moon just smiled. Wild pulled out his phone and took a couple steps away. Moon looked around and saw a little bar not to far from where he was.

"Hey Summer. I'm going to grab a drink. Tell your brother to get me when he is done." Moon whispered.

Summer looked up and smiled. "Okay."

Moon started for the little bar. He looked around the shops he passed and when he got to the bar he looked around inside. There were a couple of ponies at the tables and there was one unicorn at the bar. Moon prefered the bar. He sat next to the unicorn and looked at the menu. The bartender trotted up and set a glass down for the white stallion sitting next to him.

"What can I get ya?" He asked.

"Non alcholic cider please. Not drinking this early." Moon replied while setting the menu down.

The bartender went down to the other end of the bar and reached for a glass. Moon looked back outside to see Sapphire, Wild, and Summer walking toward a little shop across the walkway. The bartender came back with a chilled glass of cider and set it down on the bar top.

"Hey. Mind if I have a talk with you? I want have a chat with somepony." A white stallion asked.

Moon smiled and hopped a seat over. "My name is Moon Ray."

"I'm Shining Armor."

"Where you from?" Moon asked.

"Canterlot. I was raised there and my parents still live there." Shining said with pride.

"I'm from Fillydelphia. I used to live in Canterlot, but something happened and we left." Moon said while looking down in his drink.

"Well what you here for?" Shining asked.

"I'm going to the university up the road." Moon said perking up a little.

"Hey my sister goes there! I'm coming by to visit her today." Shining said as he looked at the clock hanging over the bar. "Oh no! I'm going to be late! She hates it when I'm late."

He threw some bits on the bar top and ran for the exit.

I wonder who his sister is? Moon thought to himself.

Moon tilted his glass back and looked up at the TV sitting a couple feet away from him. There was a commercial about some new mane product, so Moon tuned out and looked back to the door way. He saw ponies and foals walking past the door. He couldn't help but smile. Everything was so relaxing. The TV made a strange noise that drew everyponies eyes to the little box on a stand.

"Breaking News. Celestia goes to Saddle Arabia to set up new trading routes with the east and soon trading posts will be set up in the Zebra home land. This is being done to improve the relationship between Equestria and the Saddle Arabia. We will have more information tonight at 12."

There was some light chatter, but everypony went back to their drinks and conversations. Moon paid the bartender and left in search of Wild.

---------------

"Summer? Where's Moon?" Wild asked realizing he had been walking around for an hour.

"He went to have a drink a while ago." She answered

Wild put a hoof on his face and used his magic to pull out his phone. "I can't believe he would just run off like that." Wild said.

Just as Wild lifted the phone to his ear, something caught his eye. He looked and saw something he didn't want to see.

---------------

"This mall is huge! I don't think I'm going to find Wild just wandering." Moon said with a sigh.

Moon searched through the crowd of ponies and foals to no avail. As he pulled the corner to another row of stores, he caught a glimpse of somepony he knew. It was Shining Armor outside a mare's clothing store labeled with a simply, yet fancy capital R.

I really hope he isn't there to by something for himself. The thought sent a chill down Moon's spine. Oh wait! He said his sister was here! That's what he's doing.

Moon smiled and approached Shining with a better mind set.

"Hey Moon. Long time no see" Shining said sarcastically.

"I know right. It's been ages!" Moon replied, trying to hold back a giggle.

The both shared a laugh. Moon looked at the bags Shining was carrying and wondered where his sister was.

"Oh these bags aren't mine." Shining said as his face started turning red. "My sister insisted we do some shopping every time I come to town."

"Right. So that talk we were having earlier. Feel like continuing?" Moon asked with a grin.

"Sure. We didn't get to far anyway. So what grade are you in?" He asked.

"I just started college. I'm a freshman." Moon answered.

"Got any plans after you leave?" Shining asked while setting the bags down.

"I might join the Canterlot guard. I want to protect the people of this great nation." Moon said feeling pride build up. "I want to do something good for Equestria."

"The guard huh." Shining said with a big smile. "Well just to let you know. I'm the captain of the Canterlot division of the royal guard."

Moon's mouth hung open. "The captain! Wow I have so many questions!" He yelled

Shining's ears fell back and his smile was gone. "I think we could do it another time. I didn't take the day off work so I could talk about it."

Moon's face started turning red. "Oh yeah.... I guess you are right."

They stood there in silence. Just as Moon was going to say something, a pony called out to Shining. He went inside and motioned Moon to follow. They both entered the store looking at the fancy dresses and other articles of clothing. They seemed that they would be worthy of a Canterlot party.

"What is he doing here?" A voice asked harshly.

No way! I know that voice. Moon thought.

His heart started jumping and he tensed up. He looked straight forward and saw her. The dark purple mane with a pink strip running through it. Her lavender coat accompanied with the six pointed star. It was her for sure. Twilight Sparkle was actually standing right in front Moon.

"Big brother why did you bring him?" Twilight hissed.

"Oh so you two know each other?"

"He goes to the university. We have a class together." She replied.

"Well when he looks ravishing!" A classy mare voice called out.

"Rarity! You don't know what he is." Twilight said while trying to pull her closer.

Suddenly Moon snapped out of his daze and shook his head. Twilight had Shining and Rarity close and they were whispering about something. Moon looked around and finally remembered what he was doing.

"That is the worst possible thing!" Rarity shouted.

"But.... He doesn't seem like that kind of pony." Shining said as he looked back at Moon.

Rarity trotted up to Moon and stared into his eyes. Almost immediately she hit him right in the face with her right hoof. Moon covered his face with his hooves and waited for another hit.

"What the heck was that for?" Moon shouted.

"How dare you treat mares like that! We don't like being toyed with you sick freak!" Rarity shouted back.

"What do you mean?" Moon asked while slowly getting back on all fours.

Rarity hit him again. "Oh so now you are trying to play dumb with us!" She screamed. "Twilight can you believe this!"

Shining put a shield around Moon and jumped next to Moon. He had a trace amount of blood coming from his bottom lip. Twilight began to feel rage build up.

"Why are you defending him!?" She yelled at the top of her lungs.

Rarity closed the front door and let the costumers out.

"He isn't that kind of pony. I know it." Shining said trying to keep a level head.

"They told me he did it! He's a monster!" Twilight yelled back.

"TWILIGHT SPARKLE! You do not raise your voice to your older brother!" Shining roared.

Her ears went down and she lowered her head. Shining took a deep breath and relaxed.

"Did you ever get the other side of the story?" Shining asked.

"No." She whispered.

Shining lifted the shield and help Moon up.

Moon looked at all three ponies. "What do you know that I don't?"

"Twily heard a story about you. It wasn't a nice story." Shining said while putting a hoof on Moon's back.

Moon put a hoof on his face and sighed. "Let me guess. The other mares told her this story. And the story consisted of me doing bad things to the mares."

All three ponies looked up.

"Oh it's my only year of public high school all over again. What did they say this time?" Moon asked.

"They said you forcefully had sex with them." Shining replied.

"Well it's an upgrade from the peeper they called me in high school." Moon said with a hoof on his fore head.

"So you had this happen before?" Shining asked.

"Yup. I went to public school for a year and the same situation happened. The class caught wind of me liking a certain mare so they filled her head with lies." Moon suddenly felt depressed. "I wish I had an opportunity like this one, to explain that I didn't do what they say I did."

"So it was all lies?" Twilight asked with tears starting to from in her eyes.

"It's always lies. I would never do something like that." Moon looked at Twilight's eyes. "I care to much."

Twilight and, for some unknown reason Rarity, started crying. "I should've listened to Pinkie. She said there was no way you could be that kind of pony."

Shining nudged Moon forward. He looked over and Shining was eyeing Twilight. Moon's eyes went wide. Was her older brother telling him to comfort Twilight? With a good push, Moon trotted to Twilight and sat next to her. She was wiping away tears with one of her hooves. Moon took that hoof away and held it in his own. Twilight looked up and made eye contact with Moon.

"I forgive you."

---------------

"Sapphire take Summer and find Moon! Don't stop running no matter what!" Wild yelled.

Two ponies were breaking through the crowd and were heading toward Wild, Summer, and Sapphire. They pushed ponies out of the way and started yelling.

"Come here boy!" A stallion shouted. "Come and give your daddy a hug!"

Sapphire picked up Summer and started searching for Moon. She could hear a stallion yelling at somepony, but she didn't stop. She galloped past store after store looking for Moon, but she couldn't see him in any of the stores she passed. Summer had buried her face into Sapphire's chest and she was crying.

"Make them go away!" She screamed.

Sapphire felt helpless without Wild or Moon there to help. She knew that finding Moon was the only way she could help. That's when she remembered about his cell phone. Wild put his cell in her little hoof bag for safe keeping. She stopped and quickly pulled her bag into view and dumped its contents on the floor gently and searched for the large white smartphone. Summer pointed it out and Sapphire was quick to respond. She unlocked the phone and looked up the contact. When she found it she couldn't tap the screen fast enough. The ringer started its first of many beeps.

*Across the mall*

"I'm so so-sorry." Twilight said with tears flowing out of her eyes.

"As long as you understand now, then I will never be mad or sad." Moon said while clearing the tears off her cheeks.

The counter top shook from Moon's phone, but no pony could hear it.

*Back to Sapphire.*

"Please! Please pick up!" She shouted.

Shining Armor could hear a strange noise and he checked his surroundings. He saw a little light coming from the counter and he used his magic to see what it was. It was a phone receiving a call. He saw the picture of a stallion as the called I.D. read Wild Wind. Shining slid the arrow to answer the phone.

"Moon. Wild is calling you... Here." Shining sad while levitating the phone into Moon's reach.

"Why does he have to call now?" Moon said in a angry whisper. "Can you call back. I'm kind of in th"

"Please HELP!" Sapphire yelled. "Wild's in trouble!"

"Where are you?" Moon asked in a more serious tone.

"The food court! Hurry!"

Moon hung up and looked around the room of ponies. They all looked at his as if he had 3 heads. He looked at Twilight and took a deep breath.

"I will be right back. I promise." Moon said as he headed for the door. "Shining Armor, I know it's a little early to ask for favors, but my friend is in trouble and I might need back up."

Shining nodded and followed close behind Moon

"Wait!" A voice called form behind them.

Moon looked back and saw Twilight on her hooves. "Please don't get hurt." She said with a little smile.

Moon raised a brow and looked at her with new found joy. "Well.... Maybe. I do like me some trouble." He said with a hint of sarcasm.

She giggled and waved as Shining and Moon took off at full gallop to cross the mall. Moon felt a bit scared. Wild was a stubborn stallion, so when he has his marefriend make a call for him asking for help, something was wrong. As they passed ponies Moon couldn't help but get nervous waiting to see what was waiting for him. Finally Moon could see a familiar pink and blue mane just a couple seconds away.

"Sapphire!" Moon yelled.

Sapphire looked around and saw Moon and a stallion she didn't know coming right towards her. She scoped up Summer and started for the area where she left Wild. Moon and Shining were trailing close behind. Sapphire could see a group of ponies circled around something. Shining yelled at the top of his lungs.

"Canterlot guard! Make a hole!"

Ponies looked back and saw the three running ponies coming right for them. They pushed each other and made a path for the charging ponies to enter the fray. Sapphire darted in and Moon and Shining followed suit. Wild was on the floor with blood coming from various parts of his head. Sapphire set Summer down and went to Wild's side.

"What do you think your doing?" A stallion asked. Just from the sound of his voice everypony could tell he was a drinker and today was no exception. "Get away from that brat!"

"NO! You get away from him! What gives you the right to hurt another pony like this?!" Sapphire yelled.

"That piece of shit is our son!" He yelled. He trotted up to Wild and Sapphire. "This is a family issue. I suggest you stand back."

Wild began coughing and his dad raised his right fore hoof and hit him in the stomach. Sapphire pushed him away and put her body in the way of the Wild. Moon and Shining Armor jumped in and held Wild's dad back.

"Let go of me! That dumb bitch just assaulted me! Arrest her!" He screamed.

Moon and Shining stood at their post holding the drunken father in place. Suddenly there was a loud thud from behind them. A mare had broke away from the crowd and started beating up Sapphire. Moon pushed the father back and looked at Shining Armor.

"Go! I got this one!" Moon yelled.

Shining jumped away and charged the mare. He tackled her to the floor and held her down. They were both yelling and screaming to be let go, but The two stallions held them down.

"Security! evreypony move." Somepony shouted.

Summer was leading two ponies dressed in blue uniforms into the middle of the circle. She saw Wild and Sapphire on the floor with small pools of blood around each of them.

"You two! Get off those ponies!." One of the security guards called out.

"Don't worry! I'm the captain of the Canterlot guard." Shining said in response. "I was in the near by area and I assisted the situation."

The security guards saluted and trotted over to Shining. They placed cuffs on the father then looked at Moon.

"Is he with you sir?" One of the security guards asked.

"Yes he is." Shining said while clearing off some sweat with his right fore hoof.

They placed the mare in cuffs and sat them down right next to each other.

"Dispatch we need a ambulance here on the double. How copy?" One of the security guards said to his radio.

"Full copy. Ambulance is on its way now." The radio replied.

Summer was crying and holding on to her older brothers hoof. His eyes were half open and he looked very tired. Sapphire was looking at Summer and Wild and felt depressed.

"I'm sorry Summer. I should have stayed and helped your brother." She said while kneeling down next to Summer.

Summer wrapped a fore leg around her and pulled her close. "You did the best you could, but now he needs both of us."

Sapphire was surprised, but she knew Summer was right. She stoked his mane and hummed a sweet song that they both liked. Wild closed his eyes and smiled. He fell asleep on the floor waiting for the ambulance.

---------------

A week had passed by and after a short visit to the hospital Wild and Sapphire were released. It was the Friday before winter break. Ponies who didn't have night classes were happy and celebrating. Moon trotted out of his class and stretched. The cold winter air caused him to reel back and cover up. He trotted through the snow cover campus looking for somepony he knew. Finally he could see a familiar pink, fluffy mane going in and out of the crowd. Pinkie spotted Moon and started for him.

"Hey Moon. Have any more classes today?" She asked.

"Nope. I have to go and pick up Wild's little sister and then I'm going home to relax." Moon said happily.

"Sounds like you are going to have a great day. Hey I'm having a Hearth's Warming eve party later in the week. Would you come?" Pinkie asked with a big smile. "Me and Twi are going home to Ponyville. It's going to be super awesome!"

"Hmmm Ponyville.... Well Wild is going to Los Pegasus until next weekend to meet Sapphire's parents. The house will be lonely." Moon said while looking up at the gray sky. "How will we be getting there?" Moon asked.

"By train silly. It will take us right to Ponyville, and we get to stop in cool towns on the way there." Pinkie said, putting on her biggest smile.

"Well I guess it would be fun.... Okay count me in. When are we leaving?" Moon asked.

"We are leaving on Sunday so we have plenty of time to catch up with our friends back home. Then on Wednesday we have a big party." Pinkie said. She was so happy she was bouncing again. "We come back here next Friday."

"Sounds like a plan." Moon said.

Pinkie started bouncing away and Moon started for Summer's school. He started thinking of what Ponyville would be like and if he would enjoy his week.

---------------

Night had fallen over the city. It had dropped the temperature and allowed snow to fall for the 4th time this week. Moon and Summer were bundled up inside the house. She always enjoyed when they were alone because Moon was less strict on what she could do. Her day consisted of eating candy, and running around the house. She invited her friends over and they stayed in the living room talking and enjoying each others company. Moon had locked himself in the DJ room and spent most of his time inside making new songs about how he felt. He popped out every 20 minuets to check on the little fillys and grab a water.

"Hey why can't we hear anything going on in that room?" One of the fillys asked.

"Moon is really good at magic and he creates a sound barrier. He keeps all the sound inside so he doesn't bother anypony." Summer responded.

"If we ask, do you think he would let us hear what he is doing?" A filly asked with an excited smile.

"It couldn't hurt to ask." Summer said while trotting over to the door.

She knocked on the door 3 times and waited. The magical aura fell and the door opened.

"Hey Summer. You need something?" Moon asked.

"Me and my friends want to know if we could come inside and listen to your music." She asked while looking back at her friends.

Moon looked and rubbed the back of his neck. "Well the music is loud, but of you think you can handle it then sure."

Summer waved a hoof at the friends and they quickly crowded the door. Moon stepped back and they went inside. In the back of the room the DJ table was setup and it was surrounded by little boxes. There were two huge tower speakers next to the raised table. Moon got in place and the fillys looked up at him as he powered up his turn tables.

"I just finished this song. Tell me what you think." Moon said.

The song began to play.

--------------

Moon waited for a reaction on the fillys faces. They all smiled and stormed the DJ table.

"Wow that was awesome!"

"Can I have a copy of that song?"

"Why did you use a mares voice for the singing?"

"Okay....Okay calm down. I don't know why I used a mares voice and I will give Summer a copy to give to you." Moon said with a smile.

The filly's all cheered so loud that it hurt Moon's ears. They trotted out off the room and Moon followed. Just as they sat down the door opened and Wild stepped through.

"Summer? What are you doing up? It's past your bed time." Wild said as he removed his scarf and ear muffs. "And why do you have all your friends over?"

"Relax Wild. I let Summer have her friends over because I was going to be working on my music" Moon said. "Besides their parents are coming in a little while. They are going home soon."

Just as Wild was about to say something there was a knock on the door. Moon opened it and a mare trotted inside, basking in the warmth of the house before speaking.

"Lily it's time to come home. The other mothers asked me to bring you children home so get your things." The mare said in a sweet tone.

She isn't much older than me or Wild. I wounder if she is a mother? Moon thought to himself.

The filly's all trotted out the door waving at Summer, Wild, and Moon. Summer yawned and Wild followed with a louder one.

"I think it's time to get some sleep." Moon said, half way asleep.

Nopony said anything as they moved toward their room. Moon shut off the lights and went to his room. He jumped in bed and quickly fell asleep.

----------***Minor clop below***----------

"Where the hell am I? I have never seen this place before." Moon said aloud.

He searched the room for any details to tell him where he was. The room had one window that wasn't shining any light in. There were a couple of dressers and a door at the end of the room, but there wasn't any color to them. The whole room was grey except the bed sheets. Moon knew he had seen them before, but his memory was shoty. Suddenly the sound of hooves started to fill the room with noise. Moon jumped off the bed and got ready for whatever laid beyond the door. The noise stopped behind the door and the knob began to turn. The door slowly pushed open and there was darkness. Then came a familiar voice.

"Moon.... Hey Moon are you there?" Twilight said as she peaked her head in.

"Yeah I'm here. You scared me for a second. I thought I was going to... d-d-die." Moon stuttered.

Twilight trotted inside wearing socks that went all the way up her legs. Moon didn't know why, but his heart skipped a beat. He looked at the ground as she trotted in and closed the door.

"It is really cold out there. I'm glad Pinkie bought me these socks." Twilight said happily.

"Yea- Yeah it is really cold" Moon said trying not be nervous.

The light blue socks moved into Moon's field of vision. He tensed up and kept his gaze locked on a patch of floor.

"Is everything okay?" She asked in a concerned tone.

"Yeah. My neck just hurts a little." Moon said.

"Well let nurse Twilight help you." Twilight whispered in Moon's ear.

No way! This has to be a dream now. Moon thought to himself.

One of Twilight's covered hooves lifted off the ground and went under Moon's chin. It picked up his head and made it eye level with Twilight. She was wearing gold trimmed glasses and under them were her purple eyes. Moon could get lost in her eyes and he wanted to so bad. Moon noticed something white covering her coat and he took a step back.

Oh sweet Celestia! Please don't wake me up now. Moon thought as he saw what Twilight was wearing.

She was in a full nurse uniform. A small hat lay atop her head. It was lavender with a cross in the middle. Her mane was tied up and tucked behind the little hat. The nurse outfit lead down to a tight black skirt that stuck to her form. The bottom of her cutie mark was still visible. Moon followed Twilight's body with his eyes and when he got to the flanks he had to stop.

"Like what you see. It looks like I cleared that pain right away." Twilight said as she started for the bed.

Moon was frozen in place as her flank came by. She flicked her tail in his face and he snapped back to life. He shook his head and looked at Twilight. She was slowly moving next to the bed. Moon watched as the skirt flexed and reviled every line he wanted to see. She got on the bed and laid on her back while resting her head on the head board.

"Well I guess you really like this outfit. Let nurse Twilight relieve that swelling." Twilight said in a seductive voice.

Moon's face turned red as he realized what she was talking about. His stallionhood was at full stance and he could feel it throbbing. He looked away and tried to think of other things.

Twilight smiled and moved her hind legs off the bed. "So the swelling is so bad you can't move? Okay then. It's time for the nurse to make a house call."

She hopped back onto all fours and slowly trotted to Moon. She took her glasses off and untied her mane. The dark purple mane fell on to her left side as she locked on to Moon. Moon took a step back, only to find a wall waiting for him. He pushed up on his hind legs and watched as Twilight took advantage of him standing.

Not my best choice Moon said to himself. But certainly not a bad choice.

Twilight licked her lips and stood face to face with Moon's full grown shaft.

"Tell me if you feel any pain" Twilight whispered as she stuck out her tongue.

Moon was about to have all his dreams come true. The mare he liked was about to suck him off and in turn he would return the favor. About a inch away something happened. Moon could hear knocking.

-------------CLOP OVER----------------

"Hey dude! Are you alright?" Wild shouted from behind the door.

Moon shot out of bed and looked around. He was breathing quickly and his heart was beating at a quick pace. He was alone in his room.

"Moon.... Hey are you alright?" Wild asked.

"Yeah ju-just had a weird dream. I'll be out right now." Moon said.

He heard hoof steps in the opposite direction of his room and he relaxed.

Of all the times to wake me up. Moon thought. I wounder why I think like that. We aren't a couple and we just got in good terms with each other.

Moon's stomach growled and his train of thought was broken. He hopped out of bed and started for the kitchen. When he got there, Wild and Summer were eating some pancakes.

"Good morning Moon. You doing better?" Wild asked.

"Yeah I'm doing fine now." Moon replied. "When are you leaving to Los Pegasus?"

"Well all we need to do is pack and we're gone." Wild said.

He had a little smile on his face and it seemed like he wanted to say something. Moon used his magic and got everything he needed for his breakfast. It levitated over to Moon and put its self together.

"Hey Moon. Who is Pinkie Pie?" Wild asked.

"That's a random question. Got a reason for asking?" Moon was getting suspicious.

"Well not really. Just a question out of the blue." Wild said quickly.

"No it isn't. Tell me why you are asking about Pinkie." Moon commanded.

"Fine. You left you phone out and you got a text from her 10 minuets ago." Wild said while using his magic to bring the phone out.

Moon relaxed and took bite of his pancake. "What did it say?" He asked.

"It said she was going to be here in 10 minuets with a friend."

Moon looked at Wild, but he was missing. He was on the floor laughing. Moon trotted past him and went to his room. Wild stopped laughing when he heard the door close. He stood up and went after him only to hear water come on.

"Moon are you showering?" Wild asked.

"Yup. They will be here any second and I am not going to look like I just rolled out of bed." Moon shouted from the bathroom.

When Wild was about to respond there was a knock on the door. Wild left the dead end conversation and went to see who was at the door.

10 minuets on the spot. That's a little scary. Wild thought as he opened the door.

"Hello. We are here to pick up Moon." Twilight said.

"He just got in the shower. Just sit down for a bit." Wild said trying not to sound tired.

Twilight and Pinkie came inside and had a seat on the couch. Wild had go back to the table to finish eating. The sound of running water and spoons clanking against the plates. Finally Pinkie spoke up.

"So how do you two know each other."

Wild paused mid chew and swallowed. "Well Moon helped me and my sister in out time of need. We didn't even have to ask twice he just let us stay."

"Wow. Do you mind if I ask what happened?" Twilight asked.

"It's a long story. Besides Moon will be out any minuet." Wild said.

He hopped on to his hooves and went to the sink. Wild still wasn't to comfortable telling anypony about his problems. The awkward silence returned and it hovered over the room like a thick fog. Twilight was the next to ask a question.

"So who are you?" Twilight asked Summer.

"Oh. I-I'm Wild's li-little s-s-s-sister." Summer whispered.

"Oh come on Summer. They wont hurt you. They are friends of Moon so they are okay." Wild said as he stood behind Summer's chair.

"You are?" She asked a little louder.

"Yeah. Moon really thinks we're cool. He said so." Pinkie said with a big smile.

Summer's smile shone and she hopped off the chair. With in a second she was standing in front of the mares.

"I really think Moon's a great uncle." Summer said with excitement.

"Oh he is your uncle?" Twilight asked.

"Well not for reals. He just lets me call him that." Summer said while looking at Wild.

Pinkie looked at Summer with a big smile. "Hey do you want to surprise Moon when he gets out?"

"Would I ever?!" Summer almost jumped at the offer.

"Twi how much time do we ave before the train leaves?" Pinkie asked.

"About 50 minuets. Why?" Twilight was looking at the clock hanging in the kitchen.

"Well I'm going to surprise Moon." Pinkie said with a big smile.

Moon stepped out of the shower and quickly dried himself off. When he set the towel back with his magic he could swear somepony was singing. He opened the door to his room and used his magic to multitask. His cloths were coming off hangers and into a large travel case, and his dresser opened letting scarfs and jackets fly over and neatly land on the pile of cloths. Moon was done in seconds. He used his magic and lifted the bag out of the room. Just before closing the door he looked back and checked everything and he out on a little grin. When he closed the door and stepped out of the hallway, he was scared to death by everypony yelling surprise. He fell on the floor and the bag fell on him.

"Oh my gosh! Are you okay?" Twilight asked. She used her magic to lift the bag.

"Yeah I'm fine. You scared me really good." Moon said as he got back up on all fours.

"Wild told us you didn't eat so surprise." Pinkie said while holding out a little plate of cupcakes. "Summer help me make them."

Summer was hiding behind Pinkie's hind legs. "A-A-Are you mad?" she quietly said.

"Awww thank you. Summer, I'm not mad. I promise." Moon said with a soft smile.

She poked her head out and saw Moon's smile. She stepped out from behind Pinkie and smile back.

"So are you going to try them. They're super delicious." Pinkie said while starring at the plate.

Moon used his magic to raise a cupcake to his mouth and he took a bite. "Wow these are delicious!" He said with a bit of cupcake still in his mouth.

"Glad you like them." Pinkie said, still looking at the cupcakes as if on was going to tell her the meaning of life.

"Um Pinkie it's okay if you want one. You did make them so it wouldn't make me feel bad or anything." Moon said as he finished his cupcake.

Pinkie instantly had one on her hoof and only a second later it was gone. Moon, Wild ,and Summer were shocked because of the speed that she dispatched the cupcake.

"She does this a lot. Trust me, once you get to know Pinkie this is normal." Twilight said as she checked the clock. "Well we need to get going. The train will be here soon."

The three ponies shook their heads and looked at each other.

"Have a safe trip." Wild said

Summer grabbed his right fore leg and squeezed. "By uncle Moon. Have fun with your friends."

He patted Summer on the mane and smiled. "I will. Make sure to listen to your brother and keep an eye on him. Keep him out of trouble now." Moon said.

"Hey I can take care of myself. I'm not that lazy." Wild said while pawing the ground.

Moon chuckled and set a hoof on his shoulder. "Be safe okay."

"I will." Wild said with a smile.

Summer had released the death grip on Moon's leg allowing Moon to follow Pinkie and Twilight outside. He waved good by one last time and hopped into a waiting carriage. They were at the train station in no time. The steam and heat coming from the train was a warm welcome to the cold wind and snow. Soon they were on their way to Ponyville. Vacation time for Moon ray was going to be difficult when he was spending time with the mare he liked on a big couples holiday.

Ponyville Nights

The train came to a stop in a flurry of steam. Twilight and Pinkie stood up and got their bags. Moon used his magic and got his bag off the top rack. Most of the ponies that were on their train car got off at the Canterlot stop. When they exited there were ponies waiting with a sign that read Welcome home. The ponies quickly forgot about the sign and rushed Twilight and Pinkie. They shared hugs and hoof bumps while Moon stood waiting to move into a warmer environment. When the hugs were all done and the hellos were all said, Twilight introduced Moon.

"Everypony this is Moon and he will be here for the holidays."

The group of ponies proceeded to give him a welcoming party as well. "Hi. Mah name is Applejack. Welcome ta Ponyville."

She shook his hoof and was quickly replaced with a light blue pony with a rainbow streaked mane. "Hey. My name is Rainbow Dash. Just to let you know... I'm awesome."

Before he got the chance to say anything, a familiar white mare stepped into the light. "Nice to meet you again Moon."

"Hi Rarity."

It seemed like everpony had gone until a yellow Pegasus trotted into view with her mane covering most of her face. "Hi. I'm Fulttershy." She whispered.

"Nice to meet all of you" Moon said with a hoof behind his head. "I'm Moon Ray, but like Twilight said you can just call me Moon."

They smiled and started for the town. The roads were clear, but there was snow pushed up on the sides. The whole town was covered in snow. It added a certain beauty to the little town. It wasn't like the busy streets of a major city. Nopony had time to look around and enjoy the season change. Moon looked around and saw ponies trotting around doing their daily tasks. Fillies and colts played in the snow and enjoyed their weekend. Moon had tuned out and basked the feel of the peaceful town. He bumped into something and re-focused on the group of ponies. Rainbow laughed and Moon could hear another pony giggling. He took a couple steps back and realized that he ran right into a tree.

"Hey Moon the door is over here." Rainbow went back to her laughing.

"Rainbow that's not funny." Twilight defended.

She slowly died down and rejoined the group. Twilight opened the door and lead the way inside to her tree house. Moon found it interesting that such a smart pony lived in a tree. That was until he saw that the tree was actually a library.

Makes a little more sense.

---------------

Twilight spent the afternoon catching up with her friends. Moon went to the basement where a guest room was set up. He slept for the afternoon. His dreams were the one thing that came with him from home.

"How dare you talk to your mother like that."

"Mom please! I just want to go to a normal school."

My mom put a hoof over her muzzle. "You don't belong at normal school. You're special."

I hate that word. "Well I don't want to be special! It's never been something I wanted. I just want dad back and for us to live a normal life."

My mom froze. "I want your father back to." She whispered. "I'm teaching you to be like your father. HE was kind and successful in life. He would want you to be the same."

"Please mom I just want to be normal."

My mom finally snapped. "Being normal got your father killed!"

The covers flew off and Moon fell out of bed. The loud noise caused some excitement up stairs and 6 heads poked through the door way to see what happened. Twilight was the first to enter.

"Moon... Is everything okay?" She called out.

Moon got his legs under him and regained control. He slowly raised up from the ground.

"Yeah. Just had a bad dream." He said with some regret.

Twilight was at the bottom of the steps and she looked concerned. "Did you hit your head?"

She approached him and Moon's heart began to flutter. "I-I'm not sure."

Twilight nodded and gently ran a hoof on Moos's head. Moon winced when she got to a certain spot.

"I'm sorry. Spike can you get Moon some ice" She said to the group of friends looking from the door.

There was a shuffle sound that got quiet quickly. Moon closed his eye and took a deep breath. He could still feel the stress of the dream that scared him awake.

"Twilight..... I'm going to take a walk."

Twilight looked back at Moon and raised a brow. "I don't think it's safe to let you walk around after you hit your head."

Moon chuckled a little bit. She sounds just like a mother. "I'll be fine. I promise."

Just as Moon started for the stairs, a little purple dragon showed up holding a bag of ice. Moon used his magic and set the ice bag on his head.

"See I'll even take this with me." Moon said jokingly.

Twilight looked like she still had some fight, but she just sighed. "Okay but please be careful."

Moon started up the stairs. The ponies looking from the door had gone back to their seats in the open library. Moon trotted out the door and looked around. He had slept through the afternoon, but the sun had not gone down yet. He trotted through the streets and marveled at the small town. Ponies were closing up their little shops and going home to loving families. In Phillydelphia, life was so different. Nopony would stop and say hello, police sirens echoed every night and even in the rich part of town, there were still fights that could be heard up and down streets. The peaceful town of Ponyville was like a dream. Moon approached a bridge over a little river. It gave the perfect view of the sunset and Moon watched at the sky changed colors. Purple, pink, orange, and purple. Back home, Moon never got to watch the sun set. He always had some place to be and something to learn.

Sometime had passed before Moon decided to go back. Only a faint tip of Celestia's sun remained in the sky. He trotted back to the library and enjoyed the quiet and the cool breeze. When he got back, Twilight was sitting next to a table with a book.

"You know vacation is meant for us to get away from books right?" Moon said in a joking manor.

Twilight closed the book and looked back. "Oh ha ha. Well just to let you know I'm reading a book about Hearts Warming eve."

Moon chuckled. "I don't understand why. We've been going through it all our lives. What else is their left to learn?" He asked.

A small pool of red started to from under her eyes. "Oh just checking up on some things." She said rather shakily.

The book she was reading disappeared and re-appeared in her room. Spike awoke from his slumber and saw the book. He picked it up and read the title out loud.

"5 romantic spots in Ponyville By Rarity. When did Twilight get all mushy?"

He tossed the book on the bed and stumbled back into his basket

*Back down stairs*

"Hey Moon. If you don't mind me asking, what happened when you woke up this afternoon?" Twilight asked while putting out some of the bigger candles.

Moon's mood dropped and slowly the memories of that day and the millions of other days like that flooded his mind. "I remembered fights I had with my mom. How we both wanted to live separate lives. We drifted apart and when I came into power of my side of my dads company, I used the funds I raised to buy the house. Turns out my Mom had bought one for me. It was like an 'I'm changing the locks, so don't come back' gift."

Twilight had finished blowing out the larger candles and all the was left were smaller candles that allowed enough visible light to make out shapes and where things were. She moved closer and started in a calm voice.

"I would have never guessed that you had a bad relationship with your mother. What about your father?"

"He was killed in Canterlot" Moon replied coldly.

Twilight covered her muzzle with her hoof. "Oh my goodness. I'm sorry."

Moon looked directly at the ground and was about to head to his bed. He felt a pull on his shoulder and looked back. Twilight's hoof was pulling him back and closer. She whispered in his ear:

"Please don't be mad."

Moon's heart started up again and his body was getting hotter and hotter.

"Just learn to live with that choice. If you ever need somepony to talk to, I'm here"

Moon's fear turned into compassion. Nopony had ever offered to listen to Moon. Everypony came to him and told stories about their lives to impress him. His school mates never talked in fear of reviling a weakness. Twilight pulled him closer for a hug and pressed her face into his black fur. Moon held her close and and felt her gentle breathing. They stayed locked in the hug for close to 45 seconds. After the hug they both bid each other a good night and went their separate ways. Neither of them wanted the embrace to end.

That night Moon's dreams were peaceful and he actually got sleep. Twilight was restless in her bed as a familiar feeling came upon her. The curse the only stuck at certain times of the year. She dreamed about Moon all night and that added fuel to the big fire. All she wanted was Moon. She woke up constantly and went down stairs to pace and sometimes she would open Moon's door to check of she was awake

Why now? Why did it have to be now?! She screamed in her head. I wanted to get to know him better. Now that will never happen. I have to stay away from him.

Twilight paced around the room and tried to think of a solution. She was in heat and with a whole week plus the two most romantic days in Equestria, besides Hearts and Hooves day, right around the corner she didn't see a way out of it.

Things are not going to go well.

The Hearths Warming Eve Party: Ponyville

View Online

Moon enjoyed the towns peacefulness. College was difficult, but this was his time to relax. He decided against winter classes and took the six week break before spring classes started. He needed to check up on some things in Canterlot. None of that bothered him at the moment. He was having a stroll through the snow covered park with Twilight. His main concern was not doing anything stupid in front of her. His basic train of thought was something in between Remember to keep breathing, and Oh my Celestia what is going to happen tonight?! I haven't even asked her if she would like to go with me! I'm so pathetic!!!. On the outside he looked cool, calm, and collected..... Until Twilight spoke.

"So tonight's party.... It's going to be good. Pinkie always throws good parties." She said trying hard not to jump directly to the question.

Moon's cheeks started to feel hot and he looked up to the sky. "Can't wait. Sounds like fun."

Twilight's heart started beating faster. "I heard my friend Rainbow Dash is bringing her friend from the Wonderbolts."

Moon tried hard to keep his voice in a solid tone. "Tha-That sounds cool."

Twilight knew this was the time to try and get a reaction. It's now or never!. "Yeah. She says they have been d-dating for a couple months now."

Moon froze. "Re-Really now. That's good." No way! I'm to nervous! What if I misinterpret this? What if she's just talking about her friend to make small talk? His face became red.

Twilight was trying to read his emotions, but he wasn't looking at her. I wish I could read his mind.

Stop being a scared little colt! Just ask her! If she says no then enjoy the little town and catch the next train to Canterlot. If she says yes.... Enjoy an night having fun at a party with a mare you like. Win Win.

Moon broke the silence. "Twilight... I was just wondering. W-Would you like to go with me to the party?"

The silence hung in the air and they could have sworn to hear each others heart beats. Twilight felt light headed, but something inside her screamed. SAY YES!

"Yes!" She squealed while tackling him to the ground.

She held him tight in her hooves and didn't let go. At that moment Moon couldn't understand what just happened. It was like a pressure had been removed and he felt like life could continue. Asking a mare out seemed so easy in the books he read and the shows he watched. Then he felt it. His money and power had never made him feel the emotion he had at that exact moment. Laying in the snow with a mare he just asked out in a little town.

I'm..... S-So happy.

Twilight was in his hooves. Her head lay directly under his chin. She used his chest as a pillow and she lay without a trouble in the world.

---------------

Pinkie Pie jumped around the library making sure everything was in check. She couldn't keep her hooves on the ground because she as excited. The library was transformed into a party hub. The DJ booth was set up and she got a personal friend of hers to make a visit back home and DJ for her party. The Cakes took care of the catering with fun Hearths Warming eve treats. Rarity designed the decor and Applejack pulled out reserve barrels of cider. She was ready to open the doors to all of Ponyville. When she went to leave, Twilight was on her way in. Twilight stopped and smiled.

"Hey Pinkie. How's the party coming?" Twilight asked while removing her boots.

"It's going to be AMAZING! Everything is set up and I even got a friend to do the music." She squealed.

Twilight chuckled at her friends enthusiasm. "Well it sounds like it's going to be amazing. Um Pinkie, do you mind coming back in twenty minuets? I just have to take care of things in the library."

"Well what do you need help with? I could help." Pinkie said happily.

Twilight felt the familiar heat begin to rise and she wanted to end the conversation as soon as possible. "Actually Pinkie, I'm just going to relax."

"Oh...O-Okay Twi." Pinkie started for the door and Twilight sighed in relief.

"Oh. Hey Twi . How was your walk with Moon?" She was back in the room.

Twilight stopped to think about the walk. She was so scared that he wouldn't ask her to the party. When he did ask she almost couldn't contain her herself. Holding him in her hooves was bliss and having him around made her so happy. Stop it Twilight! You'er in heat. You aren't thinking right.

"Twi are you okay?" Pinkie asked while getting close to Twilight,

"Yes I'm just fine." Please Pinkie! I need time to think.

Pinkie smiled. "Well that's great. So how was your walk?"

"Well... It was... It was....."

Just say it! You fell in love!

That isn't what happened. He just asked me on a date.

Was there really a second option? He was already out here. Why would he say no?

"Twi?"

"I DON'T KNOW!"

Pinkie drew back and started to tear up. Twilight was breathing heavily and she was trying to keep her mind in check. When she looked up at Pinkie, she realized what she had said.

"Pinkie I'm so sorry. I'm just not doing well right now."

Pinkie wiped her tears. She had a friend who needed her. "I'm here for you Twi."

Twilight started tearing up. "You know I like Moon right?"

Pinkie raised a brow. "Yes."

"And why I invited him to Ponyville?"

"So you two can get closer."

Twilight's cheeks started to feel hot and she knew the next part wouldn't be easy. "Something has gone very wrong Pinkie. I-I'm in heat."

Pinkie didn't say anything at first. She looked at Twilight in deep thought, and Twilight had never seen Pinkie thinking like this. She always offered a simple solution to anything she threw at her.

"You're walk. What happened?" Pinkie asked in a serious tone.

"It was wonderful. He asked me to accompany him to the party tonight, then we shared a long.... long hug." Twilight looked lost in her memories.

"What did that make you feel?" Pinkie broke her day dream.

"It doesn't matter Pinkie. I'm in heat. I can't think straight. For Celestia's sake I almost lost myself today. I might just stay at Rarity's for the night."

Pinkie looked confused. "Rarity's? This is your big chance with Moon."

"What happens if I can't control myself Pinkie?! I could ruin everything." Twilight was on the verge of tears. "I really like this stallion and I don't want to mess up our first date."

"This isn't you Twilight. Did you ever think that maybe you could take little breaks and get your head together? He's a kind stallion and I doubt he would force you to stay by his side."

Twilight started to think. "I guess your right. I'm just so nervous Pinkie."

Pinkie wiped some tears away with her hoof. "It's okay to be nervous. Don't let something dictate what you do. Twilight is Twilight and only Twilight controls what Twilight does."

Twilight smiled and hugged her friend. "Thank you Pinkie. I will try to find a peaceful mindset and relax."

"See now that's the Twilight I remember." She smiled. "I'll be there for you the whole time. Just find me if you need help. Besides, I'm sure Moon is just as nervous as you."

--------------

The library was packed with ponies from all over Ponyville. Pinkie hooked up the speakers into all the rooms and Applejack had just finished setting up the cider. Since it was a party she had hard cider and non alcoholic cider. Everything was ready for the party to start. Twilight stood in a group with Applejack, Rainbow, and Rarity. They all saw how nervous she was and the term 'shaking in your hooves' got a whole new meaning.

"Darling are you a bit nervous?" Rarity asked.

Applejack facehoofed and Rainbow looked at Rarity with a raised brow.

Rarity's cheeks began to turn red. "Right. I'm sorry."

Twilight raised her hoof to her chest, took a deep breath, and exhaled. "No she's right. I don't know what Moon will think of me."

"Come on now sugarcube. Tain't no reason why he shouldn't like you." Applejack gave Twilight a hug.

"Yeah and if he doesn't like you I'll find out why." Rainbow had and evil grin on her face.

Twilight and her friends laughed and started to chat. Meanwhile Moon was on his way to the party. He stayed in a little cottage near the library so the bright lights were easy to see. He wasn't scared. He felt better than ever before. A date with a special somepony. He had a white vest that covered half his body and his silver mane was slicked back. He was flawless tonight. First impression was a big deal so he took all precautions. When he got to the door he took a deep breath and smiled. Let the party begin.

---------------

DJ-Pon3 lit up the library and ponies were having fun. The famous disc jockey made the party wild. Moon and Twilight enjoyed some random dancing here and there. When she went away, Moon and some other stallions, Shining Armor included, chatted as best as they could. Typical stallion lingo come up and nothing to crazy was asked.... Until the non-alcoholic ran dry. At that point, Vinyl was informed and she kicked up the beats and the bass. It was approaching midnight as the ponies partied on. Stallions became more "friendly" with each other, and more and more ponies were leaving together to continue the party in private. Twilight was hanging around with Rarity and Pinkie. Rainbow left with Sorain a while ago and the girls didn't want to think why she left so early.

Twilight knew it was impossible. She wanted Moon to be with her and the hard cider dumped explosive fuel on the blazing fire. She slipped away and made her way to the area she saw Moon. Moon, Shining, Clover, and a stallion that called himself the Doctor were standing around telling funny jokes and hoof bumping. Big Mac was taken by a braver, and slightly drunk, Fluttershy. No stallion had seen mane or hoof of him for almost an hour, but their buzzed minds were in sync when Clover asked where he had gone. Twilight saw her target and locked on. The burn became a scorching flame and she couldn't contain herself. Moon used his magic and chugged his 4th mug as the guys cheered him on. When he set down the mug, Twilight tapped his flank. Moon turned around to see a seductive look hitting him point blank. She nodded her head towards the dance floor and that was it. Moon was caught as he followed her. She flicked her tail under his chin and he caught a strange scent that forced all thought to stop. They got to the dance floor and Twilight turned around and Moon halted. Slowly they both started feeling the beat and started moving. Even drunk, they both kept themselves from going over the edge. The songs flowed perfectly and they danced together. Twilight and Moon danced for an hour or so until Twilight couldn't hold it in any more. Just seeing him in front of her made her want to tackle him and grind until the morning sun rose high in the sky. She got close to him and whispered in his ear.

"Let's go somewhere more quiet."

The words in any other sentence have no meaning, but when arranged the way they were a stallion's dreams come true. Moon couldn't even muster up a sound. Twilight lead the way through the crowd of ponies all the while swaying back and forth to keep Moon following. They went up the stairs and down a hallway. The party wasn't limited to the bottom floor. Ponies who were having some drunk fun hid in dark areas of the hallway. Twilight was glad she set a spell to keep all the top doors locked, but she watched almost drooling watching the ponies dry hump each other. She sped up until she found her personal study. Moon's drunk mind finally started kicking in when they were locked inside.

Hey champ. No need to panic, but you know what that smell is right?

Duh. That's sweat.

Ya-yeah you are really off.

Moon tried to clear up the voice of reason in his head.

Twilight is tired. That's all.

Oh you poor thick fool. Maybe she wants you to read her a bed time story?

Well she could want me to stand guard?

Yeah sure. Oh hey Twilight is calling us. Time for the bed time story.

Moon snapped back and looked around the room. There was a faint red tint coming from down stairs. It gave enough light to make out a bed and Twilight. She was advancing toward Moon with a stare that would trap most stallions. Moon looked into her eyes and saw something different.

"I got you a gift for Hearths Warming. Do you want it?" She said while gently biting her lower lip.

Alright buddy. You know what it is and now you know what Twilight is. Just back away before things get to crazy.

Somewhere in Equestria history the stallions sat down and had a meeting and declared themselves useless against mares when drunk or when they hinted at anything sexual..

"Yes I do."

Moon is no exception. Twilight guided him to a chair she uses to read comfortably. It was a plush soft and big enough to fit more than one pony.

"Just relax." Twilight trailed her hooves down Moon's chest.

Twilight stood on her hind legs and started dancing to the music. She dropped down low and shook her flank right in front of Moon. Twilight had nothing but the dire urge to take him inside as soon as possible. Of course it was her first time so she wanted to try and take it slow. At the very least she could try and let Moon enjoy. She figured he had been around the block a couple times so maybe a show would be new. She continued dancing for him. She sat in his lap, with his growing stallionhood right under her dripping slit. She was grinding up and down his crotch until his cock was at attention and throbbing. Twilight was blushing as she moved her hooves to the base. She was examining it to the best of her ability. There was no thought, just action. She hopped off Moon and lowered her muzzle close to the head. She stuck out her tongue and started gently licking the head. Moon gasped. He had never done this before, but there was nothing in his mind stopping him. She swirled her tongue around the head and started thinking how she could make his experience better. She stopped for a second and lowered her lips on the tip. She started down the length slowly bobbing her head. Moon used his magic to hold her mane back. He relaxed in the chair and enjoyed. Twilight she his head go back and started getting more aggressive. She swirled her tongue around his length and she started moving faster. Moon groans of approval meant Twilight could continue. Twilight made a magic ban around the bottom part of Moon's shaft. She moved it up and down. Moon started bucking with her movements until he felt his climax coming on.

"T-Twilight. I-I'm about to c-cum." He groaned as she looked up at him.

Twilight stopped and climbed on the chair with Moon. She sat on his lap with his cock rubbing her wet pussy. She moved closer and whispered in his ear.

"Cum inside me. Please take me."

Moon's mind almost couldn't comprehend what was happening, He was sure that in a second he would wake up in the cozy little cottage bed.

If this is a dream.... No! This is real!

Moon moved his hooves on Twilight's cutie mark and lifter her up. He lined his cock up with her sopping entrance.

"Please be gentle. It's my first time." Twilight whispered.

Moon paused. Something about that last sentence snapped him into reality.

"Mine as well."

Twilight stopped thinking about the rutting she desperately needed and looked down at Moon. "Is this really your first time?"

Moon nodded and blush started to appear. Twilight started to giggle.

Moon's ears dropped down and he looked away. "What's so funny?"

Twilight looked down and kissed him on the forehead. "I was so worried about what you'd think of me."

Moon smiled and set her down on his lap. "I really like you. There's no need to worry."

The burn returned and she didn't fight it. "Please be my first."

Moon's brain made one last attempt to stop them. "Twilight you don't have to do this. I like you for being you. There's no need to try and grab my attention like this."

Twilight frowned. "I really want this. I want you."

"What if this messes everything up?" Moon asked.

"It wont." She smiled and kissed him on his bright red cheek. "It will make us closer."

Moon lifted her up once more. They shared a smile and Moon slowly lowered Twilight on his dick. Her body shivered when the it pushed inside. She took in a quick breath and looked down. Moon's eyes were locked on her. There was a deep passion inside them that she shared. Twilight had one last thought.

It's now or never.

Moon lowered Twilight until her felt resistance. "This might hurt a bit." Twilight closed her eyes and Moon continued until he felt the resistance give way.

"Ahh."

Twilight cringed.

"If it hurts to much, we can stop." Moon whispered.

"No." She opened her eyes and smiled "It's fine now."

Twilight started and moved her hips up. Moon groaned and Twilight moaned as she started down. Moon met her half way. Twilight let out a quiet moan and started pushing up. They continued this pattern until Twilight felt like she could handle more. She got off of him and took a spot on the chair. She raised her flank in the air and set her head down. Moon didn't need a single word to be said as he mounted her.

"Please rut me. I really need this."

Moon complied. He pushed in slowly and started bucking his hips back and forth. Something inside Twilight said she needed more. She bucked her hips back on one of his thrusts and the music was dulled out by a loud smack. Moon took this as a message to speed up. He pulled as far out as he could with out leaving Twilight's slit and started bucking faster. Each time he pushed in Twilight would let out a light scream of joy.

"Harder!" She yelled.

Moon grunted and started forcing himself deeper. Twilight's hing legs trembled as she was getting a new feeling. Moon felt her walls clamp around him.

"Keep going! Do-Don't stop"

Moon kept moving. His thrusts making contact with her plot, filled the room with noises of wet sloppy sex. Moon became a little worried when the reason side of him found shelter from the booze infested part of his mind.

She really wants it bad and she's a virgin. She wants you hard and nothing seems to stop her.

Yeah so what?

I swear I can be so thick some times. Remember biology class? Mares in heat? Ringing any bells?

Twilight started screaming as Moon's thrusts were slow, but powerful "Twilight I-I'm.."

She stopped him mid sentence. "Inside! Cum Inside me! I'm using a special spell that protects me from getting pregnant."

Moon didn't think twice as he increased speed. He was so close and he was ready to lose his virginity. With one last powerful thrust let his body enjoy the climax. Twilight screamed and she came seconds later. Twilight felt her love juices mixing with his and seeping out on the chair. Moon pulled out and shot a couple ropes of thick cum on Twilight's back and her plot. Twilight collapsed and rode out her climax. Moon felt light headed as he sat back and enjoyed the view. Twilight's tongue rolled out as she took in deep breaths. When she got up she smiled at Moon. His eyes were halfway shut, but he still had some fight left in him. She moved herself under his chin and rested on his body.

Twilight rested on Moon's chest. Moon saw the big smile on her face and felt his head start getting heavier. He was slowly passing out. Twilight was quickly asleep on her dream pillow and Moon would soon follow. He used his magic to find a blanket somewhere. When he found one he quickly covered Twilight and himself and let the sleep take him over.

"Twilight was right. This was never a bad thing. We are closer together than we ever would be."

She is in heat!

"She sa *yawn* said that... there w-was no reason t-to... worry."

Moon closed his eyes on his dream come true. And his nightmares beginning

---------------

Moon could hear faint sounds and he felt warmth. He knew it must have Twilight trying to wake him up quietly... Until he was slammed on the floor.

"OW!" Moon's head throbbed, and his side hurt.

He tried opening his eyes only to have a blind shot of light double the head ache. When he finally got all four hooves under him, he was hit be something again. It was a direct shot to the chest and it knocked the wind out of him. He dropped to the floor and wrapped his fore legs over his aching ribs. He needed to see his attacker to fight back, so he braved the head ache and made his eyes open. He saw the roof of the library. Everything was coming back to him. He looked around only to find a large book hitting him so hard, he flipped over. He got all four hooves under him and jumped up. Everything was hurting, but he kept himself up and kept his eyes open. His hearing was a bit off from the hoof to the face, but he could swear somepony was crying. He shook his head, which defiantly didn't help the pain, and got his eye sight clear. He looked up and saw Twilight crying

"Twilight. What's wrong?" Moon asked,

"I trusted you. I really liked you."

Moon moved closer, but Twilight used her magic to throw books at him. "You took advantage of me!"

Moon stopped and pure horror covered his mind and body. No... Please Celestia no.

"I was in heat and drunk and you took that as a perfect chance to take me!" Twilight screamed.

"Please Twilight. You have to remember. That's not how it happened." Moon was pleading with every bit of energy. "Please for Celestia's sake."

"GET OUT!" Twilight screamed. "I NEVER WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN. IF I DO, I WILL HAVE YOU LOCKED UP!"

Moon felt his heart sink to his stomach. "T-Twilight p-please..." His eyes watered and his breath was short.

"LEAVE!"

Moon obeyed. He trotted past her without making eye contact. The door slammed shut behind him. He slowly trotted through the house remembering the night that just passed. He went down the stairs and started for the door, until a familiar pink pony bounced into view.

"Hi Moon. How was the party last night? I saw you and Twi go up stairs and this morning I saw you two sleeping together." Pinkie said cheerfully. "Where's Twilight? I heard a commotion up stairs."

Moon looked up, full on crying and shook his head. "I messed up Pinkie.... I-I messed up everything. I knew I shouldn't have done it!"

Pinkie's face changed to shock. Moon left his head fall and cried to the floor. Pinkie wrapped her fore legs around him and patted his back. "Shh. It's okay."

"No Pinkie." Moon's voice lost tone. He stiffened up and shut his eyes. "It will never be the same."

He pushed away and left the library and headed for the cottage in complete silence. Nothing phased him, and not a single thought passed his mind. One question repeated over and over.

"Why?"

When he got back to his little cottage, he found his suit case and packed it. He was like a drone, like he was dead.

Within 10 minuets he was on a train bound for home with his ear phones in. He was hurting and the emptiness quickly turned into a black hole sucking in all of his life. He was a ghost.

------Back at the library------

"Twilight... It's me Pinkie. What happened?"

The door lock snapped and Twilight jumped on her pink friend. The story was told in tears.

------Hours later------

"Pinkie did I mess up?" Twilight said through tears.

"Twilight... I don't know how to say this nicely so I'll just say it. Your story is completely wrong. Last night, you couldn't take you eyes off of him. Ask any of the girls. Rarity was the first to notice and she mentioned you go and have fun with Moon. You tried to deny it the whole time, but I knew you really wanted him so I pulled you aside and asked you a simple question."

Twilight had a shocked look on her face. "No.. That isn't true."

"Oh for the love of Pete. Twi you were in heat and drunk. You were in no shape to be around that stallion. It's kinda my fault to. I pushed for you to stay."

Twilight started seeing what Pinkie was saying.

"That question set it off and I tried to make sure you were ready." Pinkie said to break the silence.

Twilight tried to remember the question, but it was all a blur. "Pinkie, what was the question."

"Short or long term?"

It shot back into her head now. She wanted Moon because she wanted a long term relationship. In her messed up state, she thought sex was the only was to solve both her relationship problem, and her heat problem. Something inside her wanted that to be covered up. Her ultimate moment of shame covered up in a lie.

"Pinkie... What have I done?"

---------------

"Hello sir. It is a fine evening."

"Yes... yes it is."

"I hope I'm not speaking out of term, but it is strange to see you on the estate during the holidays."

"It's alright. I just need to claim something."

"Your mother will be very happy to see you Moon."

"I know she will be. I know she will."
