Well I started work on untended wounds in January but didn't retouch it until June 20th where I finally finished the chapter out. It takes me getting a line stuck in my head that a character would say and waking up with the right attitude in order to be able to write myself a story. That is a cohesive story, I can see pacing issues but I have edited the first chapter enough to fit my liking so I might as well leave it as is.
