After long nights searching through the forbidden archives of the Canterlot Library, you finally find a small tome hidden behind stacks of scrolls about the pre-classical era. The book is thick with loose pages inserted between the regular ones, standing out in odd angles. One of them slips out as you take the book from the shelve and falls to the ground. You pick it up and lift it in front of you. It is a note, written in clean and minimalistic hoofwriting.

If you managed to come this far, and are actually able to read this tome, know that you have taken the first step in uncovering the secrets of necromancy.

Beware! This writings will make you question yourself and everything you hold true. But if you are still reading, then I guess your mind is already made up. So read on then my poor lost pony, and take the second step, for in your hooves you hold the Diary of the Necromancess.

A Royal Canterlot Bachelor Party:

When Captain Buddeldot heard, that a baby Dragon had been entrusted with hosting the bachelor party of Shining Armor, she took it on herself to host the event instead. Unluckely the groom-to-be did not share her vision of a great party, and then there was this changeling invasion. And what did Princess Luna do, when she was not watching ponies from the palace balcony? All of this and more in “A Royal Canterlot Bachelor Party”!

I write these short stories purely for fun, when I find myself stuck at my bigger projects. Most of them are short, action filled and were hilarious to write.

Many legends are told about Starswirl the Bearded, greatest conjurer of the pre classical area, inventor of over two hundred spells.

This is perhaps the most well known one.

This is the story of his final spell.

Every four years Equestria and the Griffon Empire go to a mock war to celebrate seven centuries of peace.

With the recent population growth in the Empire however, the little ponies find themselves greatly outnumbered and suffered an humiliating defeat four years ago. This year however is different. The great and powerful Trixie has summond creatures from another dimension and turned them into ponies to fight in the war.

This is how I remeber the days of the Equestrian Mock War.

Wrote this short story just for the hack of it. Inspired by the New Artits Training Ground on Equestria daily and by a story by D'Koda with the same theme. I think I tried a different approach though.
