I fuckin' hate this country. It looks like Wisconsin (which I hate), everything sucks, and I'm not even going to get to see the Great American Eclipse. At least our tour ends on Friday. If I never see an Atropian or Donovian again it'll be too soon. And don't get me started on Gorgas!

Yo, thanks for the follow!

It is a beautiful day at the Red Pony and continual soiree.

I see what you did there. :moustache:

still willing to edit my story?

2496874 Those ideas sound intriguing, colour me stoked :trixieshiftright:

Thanks, it's really good to know someone appreciates that kind of thing :pinkiehappy:

I read a lot of stories where Sunset is portrayed as perfect, having all the answers and never getting anything wrong, a bastion of reasonableness. Meanwhile my favourite character spends the story trying to live up to Sunset's standards, changing herself to do so. Stuff like that I find frustrating, and it puts me off a lot of stories, and frequently off Sunset as a character (which is a shame, because she needn't be written that way).

Reception to it has been similar to how I expected, except for the upvotes. I didn't think there'd be nearly as many of them. My previous story was the nicest, most innocent thing I've written, and this one has two more upvotes than that one :rainbowhuh: I wrote another bit blasting Sunset in a different story a while ago, but that never provoked the downvote storm I expected, just a couple of disagreeing comments.

Thank you very much! :pinkiehappy:

Oh, I'm very sure. It's not every day I see a story that's not only offensive enough in a specific enough way to actually get downvoted that hard, but is also really good, AND written by one of my favorite authors on the site. You adroitly kicked the white knight hornet's nest in a mere 1200 words, and that deserves hella respect. Plus, it's a genuinely enjoyable little take on the whole deal. Gave me ideas.
