I got my grandmother to play the scary maze game.
Two weeks since my last blog post?! Goodness me, that won't do at all! Here's all the random stuff on my mind.
Please excuse my french, but when the FUCK is season 3 going to be here?! Seriously, I'm getting impatient. I need some new material to inspire me out of this verbal slump. I haven't written more than a few sentences since the last chapter of AHA, and I need my pony boost.
I didn't think the change would be so dramatic, but yeah, wow! I click and it's pretty much instantaneous.
Anyway, carry on.
When people actually used to comment on my blogs...
But then I didn't write shit for 2 months...
I finished the A Happy Accident chapter, and it will be fully edited by tomorrow. I will probably only post it Friday night, though (yeah because I know that's when the majority of you all will be on). Besides, it gives me some time to get ahead on the next chapter where shit begins to get serious.
Considering Rainbow in the Dark's success, I'm considering writing a bonus chapter when I have the spare time, so keep an eye out for that.
Couldn't quite finish the new chapter in time. It will definitely be ready next weekend, though.
You have no idea how difficult it is to coordinate FIVE shipping pairs into a single story (unless, of course, you do, in which case please accept my apologies). I think A Happy Accident is about half-way completed by now, but last time I made such a prediction I was off by a factor of two. That means there is, in all likelihood, 10-20 chapters left to complete. Expect a new chapter this weekend if I can find a proof-reader in time, and next weekend if I can't.
Also...
Let's face it. At this rate, I'll actually be dead before I finish A Happy Accident, let alone get to the sequel. From now on, I'm not spending my free time doing crap like Skyrim. I've already written a thousand words of my next chapter, and I think that five hundred is a reasonable daily goal. 500 words per day, good or not. I can always delete and smooth out rough edges, but only if words are there to begin with.
Let's do this...
Yes, fillies and gentlecolts, it's here. After 5 long damn months, A Happy Accident is receiving an update. I just finished my run-through of the chapter, and I think it's pretty sound. All I need is one pre-reader to comment on it, and it'll be on the site by 8PM ET.
You don't need to be a grammar expert. I am mostly looking for plot problems and whatnot.
Please message me if you're interested.
