I'm finally finding some time to get back to writing, you'll like this...I already had 6 pages written of the next chapter...now I have 5 pages...

Now before anyone panics let me explain; as I haven't really written anything for this story since about February it required myself to re-read what I already put and, well...lets just say what was lost is no real loss. Although the pace is something I need to get into again. But yes, not dead...just horribly delayed.

I am pleased to say that with new changes in my life (mainly a shift change at where I work) I am getting some more time to write. Now it hasn't happened yet, today's the start of the new shift and the rest of this week is hectic with so many plans with friends and family that I'm not able to jump right in now, it will be a week or two. But I will be continuing the work on Max Payne, ironic, as a year ago I started this story.

I had a idea that's been bugging me for a while, only way to get it out was to write it down. I don't think it'll see the light of day honestly. The little movie trailer style I wrote it in basically gives away the whole plot as it sits in my head. No point asking any deeper questions because I haven't thought that far ahead. Just so you all know...I hated this chapter...from start to finish I hated it. But it needed to be done, now back to the typical Max Payne we all know and love...bullet dodging and mayhem coming at some point in the future!

Yes the new season is here, add me to the list of those who are kinda 'meh' on Sombra but it was still very good. And I've been sucked into this gameloft MLP game, but I've had a few good ideas on getting Payne out from this boring no action period it unfortunately has to go through (backstory and all that) and into the action we all want and need.

So now that I'm taking care of that, anyone have any idea on how to get hearts? I kinda need them in this game...

Thanks to that pesky hurricane sandy and not having power for 4 days, that made 4 days of no progress made. Well more like 6 days no progress as I had a backlog of things to catch up on. Finally got some headway done today, started page 11, we're looking at a lengthy chapter as dialogue tends to do that.

I hope to have it done before thanksgiving...although with the new season starting this Saturday...it may take even longer to finish this story. Action is coming, so don't loose hope!

In case anyone was wondering, yes I am in fact still here. And I'm still toiling away at the latest chapter of Payne, however it's taking a lot longer then I hoped. This is supposed to be the big meeting with the Griffin's and some insight into what the hell is actually going on. I'm 8 pages in and I'm still not at that point...
