When Spike's snoring keeps the two ponies awake, Rarity and Applejack decide to snoop around Twilight's library. After finding a book of "special" bedtime stories, they began a, ahem, romance encounter. However, a knock at the door interrupts them before they go too far. What's on the other side? Zombies. Now it's a mad dash for survival as Ponyville crumbles around them.

When Fluttershy returned from a long trip, she discovers Angel has run off to the Everfree Forest. Giving chase without thinking, she soon loses her nerve. Luckily she stumbles into Zecora's shack, after which she gives the pegasus something to calm down. When Fluttershy wakes up back in Rarity's boutique, she is both relieved and confused. Only one of those emotions is going to go away when Rarity shows her the surprise in her basement.

This was a simple story I made up on the spot for someone on Celestia Radio's chatroom. I decided to post it warts and all, so expect it to be rough around the edges.

This story details the childhood and later years of a young unicorn named Crunch who lives in Ponyville. She rejects her classmates' friendship in favor of the company of nature, spending her days in the boughs of trees. One day, an incredibly rare sonic rainboom jars her from her daydreams. This momentous event leads her into the bowels of the Everfree Forest, where she finds what her heart desires most.
