I realized something when writing a detailed message to a friend of mine, Wannabe Scholar
He asked about setting the mood and tone of a scene properly.

I have been absent for a good while as my efforts have been focused on other things such as school. I have returned to this blog (the one that virtually no one reads anyway) to ask a question. I have an idea for another story, but I am not sure if I should make it MLP Fanfiction or original fiction. Either would work, but beyond that, I'm stumped. Suggestions would be nice.
You may have been wondering where I have been for the past few weeks, or you may have stumbled across this blog by accident, or you may not have known I was absent to begin with. The world of Solar Eclipse is a large one, one where many things are left unsaid or assumed. Secret passageways and short tales abound beneath nearly every scene and character. Deafening Silence is only one example of this expansive world. If anyone has questions, suggestions, or confusion (probably stemming from the assumed & unsaid facts) feel free to ask.
