Celestia tries to not let her regrets haunt her. During the early days of her rule she made many mistakes, some of them taking over a millennia to unmake. Yet there are some she can't ever take back, no matter how hard she tries. In her briefs of respite she'd travel to her sun to reflect upon some of those mistakes.

The sun is a lonely place, one where Celestia can collect her thoughts. Yet unexpectedly, there is life there, the kind nopony would ever guess. For on the sun there is a garden blooming with the wildest of flowers...

This was the first fanfic I ever wrote. I finally took the time to edit it for release since I feel like it deserve a home somewhere. Don't expect anything amazing from this one.

Seeing as it's their last year at CHS, Rarity decided that she wanted to try hosting a party. Of course, for the entire shindig to live up to her standards she needs to get just the right decorations. Fortunately, Pinkie's family have a quarry on the outskirt of Canterlot where she managed to secure the gems she needs.

Unfortunately the weather decided that she can't have that. Not that Rarity will take this fact lying down, not in the slightest.

Despite moving to Ponyville, Octavia's career is going strong. In high society, name and recognition is everything, this is holds true for anypony who wishes to work in those circles. So sometimes having a reputation helps in getting those well paying jobs at private parties.

But sometimes? Sometimes Octavia hates her reputation. Because when a pony is found dead in the estate of House Radon, every eye turns to her to figure out who killed the pony, including the main suspect herself: Lyra Heartstrings.

With the rest of Canterlot a blizzard away, help is not likely to show up any time soon. So not only will Octavia have to figure out who among the guests is a killer, she'll also need to confront past demons she wishes she'd left behind.

Sunset Shimmer, the school's hottest girl has asked her out to the Spring Fling. Now she knew Sunset couldn't possibly be interested in her, but this was still going to be a night to remember! In fact, to make sure nothing could possibly go wrong she had arrived early.

But her mind tends to wander when she got nothing better to do, and Wallflower Blush has a lot of thoughts about her crush.

Meanwhile, Princess Luna herself is working desperately to save those she can, a bold new project on the horizon... if only everyone was as keen to see it's success as she herself was.

Sunset is planning on finding some answers about what's going on in the next town over. Luckily for her, she's not the only one who's tried looking into it. But whoever this 'Midnight' person that she met online is, she couldn't help but feel a growing unease towards the meeting.

After all, she didn't want to get dragged into something big, especially not now when she was already drifting away from her friends post graduation.

Active duty as a magus in Equestria is a life of travelling and dangerous situations. As much as Twilight Velvet enjoyed her work, she couldn't put it before family; not now when she has two foals to take care of. Someone higher up agreed, fast tracking her retirement; except, there's a catch: she has one last job to do, from the princess herself no less.

But one last job before she can be with her family should be no problem, right?

Twilight finds that she regrets ever thinking so when she finds herself completely cut off from the rest of Equestria. It doesn't help that she has to take care of more than just her own needs in order to survive.

Having settled down in a small coastal town, Tirek, Chrysalis, and Cozy Glow now live together. They might not be family, but they were certainly more than friends. Having been given a chance at redemption, the three decided to leave their past behind.

But sometimes the past has a bad habit of seeking you out.

One sunny day a purple princess comes seeking them out. She brings mementos of the past, but more importantly, memories Cozy Glow wished she'd never have to relive.

It's been many years since Twilight took the throne as Equestria's sole ruler. Running a country is hard, especially now, but she has little choice in the matter. The trip to the wasteland was required though, her friend went not too long ago in order to investigate.

Hopefully she'll reunite with them so they can go back to taking care of Equestria, after all, who else will?

Sunset Shimmer's life was good, she had plenty of friends and greatly enjoyed where she had eventually ended up in life. It's a shame then that reality had a different opinion on where she belonged. Now stuck in the past prior to first leaving for the human world, Sunset will have to figure out what kind of direction she wants to take in life this time around.

After all, the future she herself lived with her friends was not reachable without doing things that she now found appalling. Even so, she knows that staying in Equestria could very well doom the world to a much darker future. If she had time to draft a plan she could probably figure out something that would keep herself out of the way while also not affecting the timeline, it's a shame then that the two princesses of Canterlot would just not leave her alone!

Apparently this thing got feature mere days after publishing... somehow.
