One asks how the soviet union functioned. Simple: brother spied on brother, neighbor on neighbor, and they'd sell you to the Politburo for a bottle of piss water and some moldy bread, or for no reason at all, you were just some kulack.

There are those who would sacrifice you're freedom, and theirs, as long as you all stayed in the same misery and they could assert some manner of control.

Whats happened in my country?

A bit ago, there was a push in one of our largest cities to report anyone who was in violation of curfew and covid restrictions. In short, their politburo gave the public an in.

The publics response?

"Sir, you wanted a report on opening of our endeavor."

"Excellent."

"Its ninety thousand pictures of high schooler... anatomy or their parents raised middle finger."

"Damn. Put the most tasteful on a flash drive and delete the rest."
