I thought I'd seen it all, but I was bored today at work and decided to do a quick check on some of my stories to see how many views they had. Lo and behold, I find these random view spikes, rather large in both number of views and frequency of spikes. They all occurred during that really long period where I wasn't publishing anything, too, which befuddles and confounds me. Internet, you so silly.

For those who are interested to know, I've started work on a relatively short one-shot fic (~10,000 words or less, I'd estimate). The reasoning for this is that I sat down a few days in a row now after work and tried to write something for Turn That Frown, as well as Prime, and it just won't happen. So I decided to oil my metaphorical gears by writing something else. Progress is going relatively well, I'm about 1/3 finished with it and still going strong.

Well, it took a bit long than I'd expected (and hoped) but I am finally finishing up the last of my IRL stuff today. I feel a little bad for not telling you guys anything about it, but to be honest I really can't. Some of it's bound by an NDA and I don't want to even come close to hinting at anything.

Anyway, I appreciate your patience and I am feeling stoked to get back to writing! Expect a chapter of... something, I don't know, soonish.

Hey guys, just thought I'd stop by and let you know that things have been going relatively well on my end; I've finished two of the three biggest projects I had, and I am making good headway on the third. I expect it will be done some time in the next two weeks, if things continue at the pace they are now.
