It’s not perfect but it’s finished. I got to move on or I will stall forever it seems. It's not 100% but it's done. Long Live the King final chapters are now live. I'll probable come back later with another blog post with a look back on the story and how it feels to finally be done with it.

The story...is done? I’m not really sure. My stomach has been doing back-flips today. Maybe it’s all the coffee I’ve been drinking...maybe not.

Been going through the whole story today and considering what I want to add, change or needs reconsidering. There's editing I want to do to it and have been doing today. Which will continue throughout the week. Soooo, everything is there, but there’s things to add and or change around.

Final two chapters are coming along...slowly-ish-ness-like. I’m not really sure. Don’t want to say too much about what’s in the chapters only that it’s slow moving in the writing of them. I’ve managed approximately 3,500 words through the whole week. Not a whole lot considering. At the same time though what the last few things say is pretty important since scenes are rather quick and compact so I’m reading them over and over again to make sure that they read well and pace/transition fair too.

On Chapter 7; Magic In Magic Out, Snow Day, A Little Change (Now Live)

I’m a little worried about the pacing for chapter 7. Or more importantly if Sombra’s character has changed too quickly. I’m probably right, if I’m worrying about it then something’s probably off. I hope that’s just me, and it’s not too glaring for readers all the same.

Chapter 7 is tittering on the edge of completion. The chapter is written and near finished with it's first edit. Once that's done, I'll read it over again to make sure it makes 'some' sense.

Hmm. It's interesting. There's only two chapters left to write. Then! I go back for one big whoompa combo edit. There’s I few things I already want to add/change slightly to the story. But I will worry about all that once it's done.

Writing, writing, writing, rawhide!

I don't have much to mention. Only that I wrote out a big chunk of Chapter 7 today (it's definitely gone over the time I spent writing chapter 6). To a point which it will, no doubt now, will be split into two parts: “Magic In/Magic Out” and “Snow Day” for a more comfortable reading experience.

I clocked myself today at six (6) hours of writing and achieved roughly a new 3,500 words. So woo! That's an new academy achievement!

Except for the question - Does eating pizza cause lucid dreams? Because man! Did I have some weird yu-gi-oh style card battle dream last night - but the players dualed by drawing on paper for a judge who’d decide the winner by a loose set of rules. Weird! And interesting!
