Shrekfiction isn't welcoming me, so I'm returning back to pony fiction. Sorry for those who looked forward to my Shrek stories. =(

But good news is that I'll be dedicating time to pony fiction! It shall be great!

March Madness

So at my current pace it seems that I don't update very often. I've been caught up with schoolwork and haven't had time to myself, and when I do find time I find myself reading 100x more than writing. At my current pace, I only write a chapter once a month... but... maybe I can pick it up. Spring break is next week for me, which gives me a lot more time to write, so maybe I should challenge myself to finish both a chapter for Sour Dreams and The Telescope.

Well... sort of. Admittingly, I mostly did some more planning out of my stories within my head. But it did get me wanting to write out my fics a bit more... and now that I've gotten it started again, maybe this'll lead to chapters coming out more often... hopefully.

But thank you for not abandoning me altogether. I need to stop apologizing so much and accomplish more. Maybe tonight's a sign for that to happen in the future.

Sorry that I haven't been updating my stories. A lot of procrastination and other occurrences have been going on for me, and now school started up for me again. However, I did get a new laptop so not only can I use it during school, but I also have Fridays off so I guess I really should take advantage of all of the time I have.

Check out my first one-shot. It was originally titled "Barking Mad" but I added on "Madly Barking" since another story was titled that. I don't think I'll be getting you an update on Sour Dreams or The Telescope before I go on vacation. We'll see. I might be able to squeeze in a Sour Dreams chapter, depending on when the editing gets finished. I'm also writing chapter 5 still.

So yeah. Reading is good and other things.

I don't think today could've gone much better. I went to see Wreck-It Ralph with my sister and one of my closest friends, and when I got home, I watched The Crystal Empire. Both made me a very happy person.

...well, this is pretty much the result of my mind getting too many good ideas. Chapter 4 for Sour Dreams is all written out, but DoomManta's been a bit busy with schoolwork and all, so it might take a little while before it's out. In the mean time, I work on The Telescope when Sour Dreams isn't being worked on. I think it's a pretty interesting concept and it's written differently than in Sour Dreams, so in a sense it still feels fresh to me.

And fresh is good.

I decided to draw my own cover art. I'm not exactly the best at drawing and it took me way longer than I planned on it, but it should do. Also chapter 3 is still in the editing stage and I'm trying to finish up writing chapter 4.
