My mother was very stringent about no whistling, she claimed it gave her headaches. So now, I whistle whenever I can. Hum, too.
I would always whistle "If I Only Had A Brain", from The Wizard of Oz, because it's a very whistle-able song. (And I only just saw that episode of TNG, like, last week.) Also "Every Rose Has Its Thorn". Also the Red Dwarf theme.

Sometimes I'm about to say the word "behooved" aloud
And then I hesitate because it has the word "hoove" in it and I'm not sure if it's a real word or another word, ponified.
I've looked it up in a dictionary like thirty times, and it still gets me.
Also, when I've written too much pony stuff, I'll be talking and it will sound like-
"Hey has any- (pause) -body seen my car keys?"
"Man, thank- (pause) -God that we got here in time."

My apologies for the inactivity recently. We've been in the middle of a big move, as in, moving houses. It's been very hard to get any access to my laptop to do anything, much less sit around for an hour and write.
Being said, this is being posted from my phone.
Anyway, work is progressing, mainly on The Gryphons, but also a bit on Gryphonies. So, you'll see something, and soonish. I just thought I should give you something to listen to in the interim.

Several things to say about THOSE!

Gryphonies. Wow, that was something I drew myself, AGES ago, just for kicks. Then, I started writing Gryphonies, and then I actually finished a chapter of it, and then I needed a cover image... the rest is history. (Now, though, it doesn't fit with the story, which cites all of the pony-gryphons as keeping their eye color. But, purple eyes on that image just doesn't look as good, balance-wise, so the golden eyes stay.)
