Trixie Lulamoon, once world-famous magician, now homeless living in the Everfree. When one day she is saved by a strange creature known as a human and decides, with few other options, to get a job as his assistant. The man, Damien Peregrinus, is a well-known merchant who travels across galaxies, well-loved by some, hated fiercely by others. Association with him, causes Trixie to get in all sorts of trouble, and it will test her. Can Trixie be a hero to Equestria? To the Galaxy? Or is a hero even what the galaxy needs?

Like all empires Celestia's empire has now crumbled. Under the weight of several rebellions the unified land of Equestria falls into three. The way of benevolence and peace, the kingdom of Oti, led by Fluttershy, once timid pegasus who now fights for true benevolence.

The conquerors kingdom, Night, led by Twilight Sparkle, who seeks to repair the kingdom of Celestia, now rid of the cancers that toppled it.

And finally the kingdom of Pie, led by the Pie family, rock farmers and philosophers who seek to use their knowledge of war to unite the kingdom once again.

War engulfs the once peaceful kingdom, bringing chaos where there was once peace.
The empire long divided must unite, and the empire long united must divide.

Applejack has lived in Manehatten with her aunt and uncle ever since she was a filly. However her more rural personality leaves her as an outcast within her caretakers social circles. While hanging out with her friends one day a mysterious explosion rips through the city.

When Applejack wakes up, she has powers. Superpowers. With these powers in hand she must contend with the gangs that now rule the quarantined streets of Manehatten. And decide whether she considers herself a hero, or a villain.

(Yes this is obviously me stealing the premise from Infamous, however after reading the description of what is considered a "Crossover" tag in the FAQ I figured that it would be rather misleading to put the crossover tag since no actual elements from Infamous will make an appearance, and my characters will have differing powers than those seen in the first two games).

Pinkie Pie is called back to her old rock farm when her father is found dead. While exploring the old farm she discovers a number of hidden passages, and her father's study which contains a book bound in flesh and bone, called the Tome of Eternal Darkness.

Twilight sends Pinkie Pie into the Mirror Pond, and seven months later she returns. But she doesn't return alone, nor the same as she used to be. She now wields a power that none of her friends seem to understand. She claims to want things to go back to normal. But the voice in her head says otherwise.

Twilight begins investigating the recent appearance of a monster by the name of Skull Mask. Desperate to prove that it doesn't exist, her investigation leads her to a horrible realization.

The changelings have begun a new invasion against Equestria, labeling Canterlot as their next target. Celestia recalls the elements of harmony to Canterlot only to see that recent events have taken their toll. Twilight especially seems to be having difficulty, particularly when Chrysalis shows up flanked by a human acting as her king. And that human was the love of Twilight's life.

Being rewritten to address some of the major criticisms of the story

One year after several ponies, including the Elements of Harmony, disappeared from Equestria Princess Celestia finally found a way to bring them back, only to find that they don't want to. The ponies have become members of the leaders of the plane of Ravnica, the guilds, and soon Equestria is drawn into the conflict after one of the ponies is found murdered. Princess Celestia has to find a way to convince the ponies to come back to Equestria and solve this murder with the help of guilds, before another victim is claimed.
