Pinkie Pie's still here. She's floating, with the help of her friends, no matter what her mind may say.

Rarity and Rainbow Dash have left Ponyville to pursue their lives in Canterlot, and Pinkie is being Pinkie. So AJ, Twilight, and Fluttershy are the only element bearers left in their home town, and one morning, they visit Thorax, only to see Chrysalis flying in. A few hours later, a strange army of creatures they've never seen before comes sweeping in and start to devastate Equestria. Recruiting their friends, the girls try hard to finish Chrysalis off one last time.

Set before the Crystal Empire episodes, Equestria is in a state of chaos. When the Mane 6 find a small portal deep within the Everfree Forest, Celestia decides to go in herself, bringing her loyal phoenix Philomena with her. There, she is transported back to the past and the Crystal Empire, finding someone she'd only heard about in legends to help.
