For the last month, I have been EXTREMELY busy. I've attended two weddings, I've volunteered at our town's festival, and I've been developing games that I've been putting off. In addition, I've had a very bad writer's block that I've struggled to tackle. I intend on continuing Requiem of Equestria soon! Hopefully by the weekend I will have a new chapter.

It's been almost a month since I've posted the last chapter of Requiem of Equestria. Rest assured, the followup is still being written; I'm just working out the specks. Thought you might want to know that. I hope to have the next installment finished soon.

Okay so I tried submitting the story to EQD, and apparently my syntax is all wrong, and he simply didn't like the comical situations considering the post-apocalyptic scenery. Yes I'll say it was a bit of a strict judgement, which I guess is expected from EQD, but at the same time, he was right. It just isn't working. Resubmitted the story in its brand new rewritten glory. I feel this version is turning out much better than the first. In the original I felt it jumped too quickly into the main events with too little backstory. At any rate, I hope the story is enjoyed.

Okay so I deleted "Purity Corruption", because I'm rewriting. There were certain things I felt it was missing that needed more backstory and detail to it. So what I'm going to do is write the full story 'first', and post the finished chapters (one at a time every few days) when it's complete.

I didn't feel the version I had up was turning out the way I had wanted it to. Sorry if this disappointed anyone, it'll be back soon enough, hopefully better than before!

With the way I've been writing it, I kept feeling like things in the story were missing. So what I'm going to do is temporarily cancel posting chapters. I am still going to be writing the story during this so-called hiatus, but I'm not submitting anything until the entire book is complete. This way I don't have to keep coming back for revisions, and I can revise during the editing process.

So no I'm not stopping the story. I'm just waiting for a good moment to publish it. :)
