Well I'm back on this fair isle. I won't ramble on too much, since I'm preparing a special blog post about my affairs in the colonies, or whatever they call themselves nowadays. But I must say it's good to be home feeling the slightly less cold wind on my face, with the mountains of Snowdonia back on my doorstep, and with some good wine in the belly.

I don't really know what to put here, since I don't have all the pictures handy. I need to email a few people, compile a whole lot of things, and get all of that stuff sorted.

However, I will deliver, I have tales to tell. If anyone asks, I'll let them know, but for now I'd prefer to be given some time in order to compile some pictures.

Honestly I didn't take many (if any) myself, but I can get a few from people I've met.

I don't really know how to describe it, but I did get a lot of people taking photographs of me, which was splendid, however none are on google yet. So I will have to upload some of my own. I also got to meet a few people, and have some great conversations. All in all I am very much impressed. The second day was far better than the first, since I knew what to expect. And although the third day is shorter, I hope that it ends up being even better.

As I sit here in my snug armchair watching the last moments of a dying year, I ponder "What the hell happened this year?" Well quite frankly not a lot. Well a few things happened here and there. I finished my normal school career and started sixthform, doing a bunch of exams on the way. There was prom, which was an interesting experience I guess. Oh and there was the Scottish referendum, now that was tense, but The Union pulled through in the end.

The colour grey is really getting on my nerves this winter. Well not just this winter, I suppose it's a constant annoyance where I live in the Snowdonia (not a bloody spelling mistake google, so shut up. Look it up) most of the year round. I began to notice this during summer this year. Now I'm not an active person. I'll get up as late as possible, meaning I get a more or less nocturnal lifestyle during any holidays. So I rarely get to see the sun. Or the grey skies for that matter.
