A thousand years ago, following Nightmare Moon's defeat, Princess Celestia received a prophecy from the mysterious Chest of Harmony. As time progressed, Princess Celestia prepared for the kingdom of twilight rising and the end of Equestria.

And now the time has come.

A pony from the year 3656 has arrived with a dire warning and a grudge against Twilight. With time against them, the Mane 6 must travel across Equestria for the power to save the future. In order to do so, Twilight will finally realize her real destiny and her purpose as Princess Celestia's successor.

Harmony 16, the most controversial cosmic project that has ever been introduced by the royals of Canterlot, has hit a major breakthrough. After stumbling across the power to create wormholes, the equines on Harmony 16 are ready to launch Equis into a new age of space travel. Unfortunately, there is a downside.

The Weeping Angels have sensed this new power and are ready to conquer Equis's future through this new energy. The Doctor and Applejack must stop the Weeping Angels from succeeding, or else Equis's past and future will be at their mercy.

After learning about her human self and the events that transpired in Friendship Games, Princess Twilight Sparkle and Spike make it a mission to learn more about the humans that Sunset has lived with for years. Everything seems to be moving along swimmingly, but when magic begins to terrorize the Rainbooms from an outside force, the two Equestrians learn that a lot has changed since that fateful night during the Fall Formal.

Meanwhile, Sunset Shimmer's human counterpart is preparing for the investigation that would either launch her career to new heights, or destroy it in an instant.

Set after Equestria Girls 3 (Spoilers ahead)

After the events of the Friendship Games, Sunset Shimmer and her new friend, Twilight Sparkle try to move on, but the pestering questions remained. What did Sunset turn into? Is Twilight safe from a demonic relapse? How did time loops keep Princess Twilight from responding?

With all three under one roof, the two Equestrians try to get to the bottom of this little mystery. Will they get at least a few answers?

It is the darkest day in American history, and Sunset Shimmer has no idea why. After mistaking it for a holiday people celebrate, Sunset is entered in a history lecture that will shape her perception on the darkest day and her perception on humanity.

Sunset Shimmer will finally learn just how bad humans are and how good they can be through the work of everyday heroes. Set between Equestria Girls 1 and 2.

An important event has taken place in the Castle of the Two Sisters, and Starswirl the Bearded is there to witness it all. When a peaceful night ends up producing a nightmare, Starswirl must act if Equestria is to survive. He isn't the only one who is having a bad night, however. The Doctor and Applejack are off! In her first ride in the TARDIS, Applejack wants to see the Universe and the Doctor is the only pony who can do it. Their first ride ends up back to Celestia and Luna's fillyhood where they are tasked with foalsitting the two future rulers of the world.

When foalsitting turns into a war between two kingdoms, the Doctor, Applejack, and the alicorn guard Sea Crest must fight to restore harmony, otherwise Celestia and Luna will never rule Equestria. Book 2 of the Destiny Saga
