Tsunami's empire tries to find a cure for the mysterious infection of Ponyville code-named 53P-7EMB3R. Everypony seemed like they died, but the bodies still have a pulse and begun walking along with mysterious creatures coming from all directions. Who caused this, and how can Metro stop it?

Metro, the prince of Changelings and Water empire, created mutated changelings to be a new species, a species he liked to call The Combine. Metro goes to war with the Royal Guards with his new army. What will Chrysalis do, and what will happen to Equestria?
