Books tell of many things. Wonderful fantasies and epic romances. Of what once was and what now is.

With Twilight now being a Princess of Equestria, she has gained access to many books not available to the common pony. Now she must deal with the consequences.

Saint Hooves, the Spirit of Christmas, visits Rarity. He comes to her with a task that will change her outlook on life. Rarity learns what true generosity is.

Every night a new song is added to his repertoire. Key collects them all, and recounts them for the world. He tells the tales of everyone he meets and learns about. He sings to the crowd, for he lives through them. Without his audience, he would have no voice.

So he plays on for everyone. He gathers the tales of those he sees and meets, and shares them with his fellow mates. All of them have a laugh, and that is the way things are, and have always been, at Fou's Bar.

After the attempted invasion of Canterlot failed, the Changelings were ejected out of the city and flung out in all directions. Scattered and isolated, a new feeling came over them, freedom. They were free, for the first time in their lives they were not bound by the control of their Queen. With this revelation, the Changelings seek their bretherin out, and head toward civilization.
Their one goal now, simply to live. The one thing they have been denied all their lives, and their first chance to ever experience it, and it is nothing like what they dreamed of. For ponies are reluctant to accept them at first, and angered when they find out about the invasion. Though it was not their fault, what can they do to break this stigma and live their own lives?

Twilight has been sent a new shipments of books from Celestia. This isn't strange, she usually gets new book shipment every week. What is strange, however, is that the Princess asked Twilight to read a particular one first, while giving a cryptic message that it is somthing she needs to know.
This story is all about the creation of Equestria as a whole, and does use OC characters for the roles.
Please note, this was mostly written just before season 2 started.
