Replaced the very photoshop-looking ocean with clean vector art, so it looks much more seamless with the character vectors. Additionally, I brightened the color palette, added shadows to the characters and the title text, and changed the border glow from black to white.

Still haven't found a composition I'm totally happy with, trying one with more focus on the characters and a simpler border. May add the flag back in on the next version, if there is one.

Took longer than I expected because Illustrator is a bag of dicks crashed and lost about 5 hours of progress, and then finals week hit. The semester is over for me on Wednesday, so keep an eye out for new chapters this coming weekend.

Finally got around to redesigning the cover to be less terrible. Will vectorize and color it later this weekend.

Over a hundred followers! Thanks a bunch, guys, I really appreciate it. Apologies for the slow update pace; it's a combination of my writing speed, some nasty galactic dynamics and spectroscopy assignments, and an NOAO proposal. I hope to have new chapters up by mid-late November.

I recently got a PM about my old story "A Millennium of Solitude," asking if I was planning to post it to fimfic. Frankly I don't think it's very good, but with some touching up it might be at least postable. I figured I'd ask if there was any interest.

Thought I'd post some stuff for anyone who cares. I've finally finished hammering out a more specific outline for the rest of LSAS, though it will likely evolve a bit more as I continue writing. I've had the general plot structure since the last third of Wings, but this week I got the interesting middle bits fleshed out.
