My left ring finger got shut in a heavy metal door.
Bruised up and started bleeding under the nail, which led to more swelling.
Went to the ER and they drilled three holes in the nail so the space under could drain.
Had an X-ray done, nothing broken or fractured.
Now I'm waiting for the nail to come off on it's own.
And yes; they gave me something for the swelling and pain.

Long story short: I've been having some trouble with depression lately.
I'd rather not take the chance of bringing anyone I care about down or taking anything out on any of you.

Just going to step away from most things for a day or two.

Yep. As of the Winter Solstice I will have been married to the most incredible person I know three years strong.

Taking a break from 'A Blight On Equestria' until I have the endgame mapped out.
Mature sequel to 'Intimacy' is being shelved because the back of my head is in feverous debate on what manner of lover to portray Discord as.
