Happy New Years!

Had a lot of free time these last couple weeks and I have a lot of new work on the way. First of all is of course a new chapter for Midnight Star: The Frozen Empire, which I will probably be posting later today. In addition to that however I have a new project I've been working on that will be ready to start posting in the next couple weeks. It's a prequel/side story called After Midnight.

Well I'm starting to fall a little behind in my writing; I barely finished chapter 8 for today. I have one more chapter in part 1 of The Frozen Empire and I should be able to get that done by next weekend; but then I think I'm going to have to take a break for a week or two to give me time to do some artwork and also get a good head-start on writing part 2.

At the same time I'm going to be expanding part 2 as the story has evolved a bit from the original outline.

I had a few punctuation errors pointed out to me in the first chapter of Midnight Star. So for the first time since the week I posted it I went back and made the corrections and then decided to go over the whole thing... turns out there were a lot of errors, especially in that first chapter. They were for the most part errors I don't usually make anymore and it was actually rather satisfying to see how much I've improved just since then.

This chapter was pretty fun to write; it reveals a bit more about Midnight's world and past life.

On a side note; I'm continuing to develop the future of Midnight Star, both what happens to her and what kind of character she becomes. In doing so certain parts of this current story are changing slightly from the original outline. I have a fairly defined idea of the character I want her to develop into through the course of The Frozen Empire storyline.
