OKAY GUYS
It pains me to say this, but things will not be proceeding at the pace I set during spring this summer.
The reason is simple: I'm focusing on one of my original works, simultaneously writing the second edition of book one and writing book two. This leaves me with less time for ponies, unfortunately.
The Mercurial Archives has been updated, with Archive 0/Entry 2 being released. Make sure to read this entry before going past Entry 12 of Wandering, for maximum story cohesion.
Nighters, y'all.

You went and pulled a fast one on ALL of us. It almost pains me to say it, but I will heartily echo Brandon Sanderson's statement about the Wheel of Time's ending...
"...And it was brilliant."
I've had a number of people question my tendencies to let the characters precede the plotline in importance when it comes to advancing the story, so I figured it was time to spread the word of some of my logic, and the principle I work by: The River and the Canoe. The question I want you all to ask yourselves is the following:
Have you read a book or fic, played a game, seen a TV series, anime or movie at some point in your life? (Chances are you have, otherwise you likely wouldn't be here)
Has this work contained any sort of magic, otherworldly powers or anything supernatural whatsoever? (Again, probably yes.)
If so, you have come upon an application of the greatest rule to grace authorkind since Murphy's Law was invented:
So Master just updated, and Wandering is barely two weeks off its latest chapter. I'm starting to head in towards more intense schoolwork right now, and this coming week will also be mostly occupied by a skiing vacation. All in all, we're mostly going along at a decent pace on all fronts, but expect things to slow down a bit in the immediate future.
Maybe*.
I had no idea getting to the Featured box was that easy. Must've been my amazing cover art or something, I think. :)
Thanks to all of you bros who like my new fic. Have a Glaceon.
Oops. Did I say Glaceon? I meant Cirnovahkiin, of course.
Smell ya later.
Well, that's a huge weight off my shoulders, really. I've sort of lost track of time between my flu last week and a bad case of food poisoning midway through this one, but at least being forced to stay at home has some advantages. Master is a Pokémon (HG/SS) crossover, and will hopefully be able to keep going without succumbing to the same fate as my other as-of-yet-one-shot-concept-fics that are lying in the back of my present sack
Sooooooooooo
I've been doing a Nuzlocke challenge run on SoulSilver lately. With that, it shouldn't be much of a surprise to anyone that my next story is going to involve pockets, monsters and various shenanigans related to them. We're going in balls deep on this one, people. Balls. Deep. also mewtwo
GET IT, BALLS
