Thank you for your input. I will have to say, I do see some plot holes that need to be addressed. To be completely honest, I know next to nothing about the Fallout universe and need to expand my knowledge greatly. I greatly appreciate someone calling me out when my ignorance on the topic makes me look foolish.
I am trying to back away from the Steel Rangers because I was beginning to understand I was waaay off. I was going for a cracked sect of Steel Rangers. But, since they will have a vague role in the story beyond these initial chapters, I didn't feel like elaborating something was up besides Powdered Sugar beginning to disobey. True, this is a very weak moral conflict that should be much stronger and more "clusterfucky". Since I have only a few parts clearly marked in this story, there is plenty of openings to try and fix the scewed psychology of what I have written. As far as the Rangers and Powdered, it is something I acknowledge needs ALOT of work.
I am pleasantly surprised you like Lollimint. She actual was just added as a counter balance of Scythe. Scythe is pretentious. He is a buck metaphorically wearing a golden blindfold. He is spoiled, feels superior to all others, and believes he is justified in everything he does. He is built to be different than fan favorites like, Lilltepip and Blackjack. He will never "save the wasteland". Lollimint was brought in to show how selfish he is, and to counter-balance his "assholeness". Crisp is just the cute character that bounces off Mint and Scythe respectively to show other sides of their personality.
Anyway, thanks again. The profanity did set me off kelter, but I understand you were just using it to prove how upset you were. This story was originally mature, but I changed it early on. Though, I do recognize it might have developed enough to return to mature rating. I will keep your thoughts in mind in later chapters.
As a wise teacher once told me: "There is no shame in being ignorant; because everyone is ignorant. No one person knows everything there is to know. The true shame is not working to correct your ignorance."

Thanks. I am still working out the kinks on exactly how that works in way that works in FOE universe. Kinda why it will be an ongoing thing my little band of misfits will be finding out slowly but surely. Bell can't give away all her secrets.
