Not bad... not bad at all. It's late here, so I'll admit I skimmed. I did see some grammar and spelling errors... and there's the whole thing with the chapter ending in the middle of a sent--
But in any case, it's a good premise, and it has potential, I'll point out some more specific things tomorrow.
As far as a sequel seems to go, so far this is excellent. You have an excellent talent for writing these type of fics, and I hope to see more soon.

The saddest part is that, due to her personality and aspect, Dash will just keep taking this kind of abuse.
I suppose more needs to change in Twilight's mind before she'll finally commit to poor Dash, might as well do something flashy and cataclysmic while pointing that out.
Shame there's no Celestia in this. (Yet?) That could be an interesting twist.

God I hope there's a happy ending...
This is pretty intense. Twilight is a terrible mix of self destructive and selfish at this point. She's just using the diary as an excuse to vent all hers fears about giving up her hopes for Celestia, her growing contentment with Dash, and her guilt about Dash being so much more invested in the relationship than she realized.
I think Twilight is scared by Dash's self depreciating co-dependence and vulnerability because it's way too close to how Twilight really feels and seeing it from the outside is terrifying her.
God this makes me sad.... but I just can't stop reading it, just such a good story... just please let there be a happy ending
Wow just wow this was one hell of a chapter. It hard to describe just how awesome it was, I can’t wait for the next chapter. I have to say this is one the best I have read(also one of the best twi-dash stories) and I can’t wait to see what you have planned next.

I liked that Dash's side of this got told. Kind of a shame we probably won't get a side story to this side story from Dash's perspective.

Even after everything. After the fights. After Twilight nearly killing her, Rainbow still sees her losing control, and without a second thought flies her above Ponyville. Even if it means dying, she will protect her town, and be with the mare she loves.
That's my Dashie.
Have I mentioned how unspeakably happy it makes me that you not only came back to this story, but are posting very regular updates? Very, very, very unspeakably happy. And angry. And sad. And lots of other feels that very few fanfics manage to get out of me. I think the only other fic that has ever caused more feels than this one was Fallout: Equestria.

I'll be honest, I was only reading this becuse of how much I liked Preggity and the fact that Rarity's husband is in it (love that guy), Twilights behavior irked me to no end and I was tempted to simply stop reading it.
But then in a stroke of genius, Rarity and Rainbow Dash actually calls Twilight out on her behavior.
This chapter was FANTASTIC and it made the earlier chapters make so much more sense.
