Pinkie, primer part pony. Everyone loves to be with her... for short periods of time.

But when a certain pegasus forgoes finding Pinkie and Rarity after being knocked off the chase carriage while trying to talk with Applejack, Rarity will find Pinkie herself isn't just mad, but capable of dragging others into the depths of insanity with her. They will find their trip home to be less than easy, both to their physical, and mental wellbeing.

I've always entertained the idea of Rarity having a form of synesthesia. Like my dad who has the mentioned Time-space form. With an upside-down clock like construction.

The first chapter is just to establish Rarity going mad. The next chapters will describe the journey.

Oh well. Please comment and leave criticisms.

I am amazed at how quickly you've written this.
That being said... I love this, I was completely expecting something like this to come out after the ending of "The Last Roundup", even though I wasn't expecting it quite so soon.

I would love to leave some constructive criticism... but all I have are little nitpicks. For a 800 word intro to a much bigger story, this is perfect.
