This reminds me of the first chapter of one of my stories. mine's a little different, but the premise is the same: Scootaloo makes a dumb mistake by getting too far ahead of herself and expecting to be as good as Rainbow Dash.
This isn't the best excecution i've seen in a fic, but I'm a sucker for this kind of stuff, and you still got the sadness across very well. I'll be looking for more of you.

Also, there are some grammar mistakes in the story, I'd look into those.

Well, that was pretty good. Good enough for me to give it a like.
Very touching. It's like the opposite of the climactic scene in a fic I wrote... except Dash didn't make it in time, and I didn't write them as being close. I don't mind people writing Dash and Scoot as being closer than in the show, though. I think this is pretty good.
Scoot is being a bit emo, and there didn't seem to be much lead up to it. I'd love to hear about what happened to trigger her sudden sadness and hiding. You could also increase the emotional climax with some background on Scootaloo and Rainbow Dash's relationship since it's not fleshed out at all in the show. It's like having a blank canvas, and you can write it however you please. I'd love to read more.

You have a very good point, but we probably should've explained this in the description. This was actually supposed to be a one-shot, but being a collab it took many twists and turns and became this. We noticed it could become a full story so I believe we're gonna try and expand it a lot, I hope you enjoy the future chapters.

I like where this is going thought whole "can't fly anymore" has been done a lot you also introduced the fact that she damaged her back which could easily translate to her losing the ability to walk (which to my knowledge hasn't been done yet) I think that would be an excellent way to go but it's your story so do as you please.
This is well written, however I get the feeling you're cutting your chapters a bit short. "Rainbow wake up in the hospital" is pretty much this chapter in a nutshell, and for all the detail you've managed to both provide and not provide, it just feels rushed and cut short.
I can't find any technical or grammatical errors (though it's 4am and I've yet to sleep), and the level of writing skill is clear. I want more.
1673189 Yea, I know i get the same feeling while im writing them, but the work is being split between two people and we both get really easily distracted its nothing short of a miracle that we managed to finish this chapter. The next few are a bit more planned out so hopefully we can avoid that cut and dry feeling.

I've got you beaten when it comes to laziness, trust me. I'd rather push a release back than put out a chapter that feels wrong though, if you know what I mean. Doesn't mean I haven't done that, but 9 times out of 10 I yank it and put out a better version later (course none of my current projects are Pony related and so not here :p)

Just a fabric of imagination from Rainbow Dash's mind because her parents left her at a young age, she had nobody so this caused serious mental problems as a child. Later in life she created a "little sister" this being Scootaloo.
