It's gorgeously written. The vivid imagery and direct tone really serves to highlight the message behind the story. This is the kind of story I'd want to read. It's a shame that fics like these are hard to find.

*Ahem* Jokes aside I really do enjoy these old school style fables. The sort that are meant to entertain, but even more so are meant to convey a moral to the reader.
