That's an interesting story, this scenario is believable, and the clop is nice and steamy, since they get to have a second "first time". Also the alternative universe tag is relevant, since they're still here with the family when Zecora is accepted and Apple Bloom hangs out with Sweetie Belle.
Also not to sound like a nerd, and I know there are dialects that don't follow normal speaking rule, but…

Inwardly, she laughed at herself. She was only in her late 40s, boasting a full if chubby figure, but already she was starting to sound like Granny. Or like Grandpear, the last time she'd seen him, too sstuck in the past.

"Now that we are in a place mor private, come, relax, and have a sit."

"This is weird," he mumbled. His prick stood at attention as he scanned over Bright's new body, the curves and swells. As a mare he'd liked other women, but now he found himself more atttracted than ever to the female form.

Is it just me, or are there typos here when they shouldn't be?

Pear Butter(Buttercup) and Bright Macintosh did tell their family about everything they did. After the first few weeks, they wouldn't talked to them, but after Bright Mac shown signs of being pregnant like her belly grown of that for being a few weeks pregnant, they accepted Pear Butter as the dad/father and Bright Mac as the mom/mother in the family. They even changed their names to Pear Brandy for Pear Butter and Bright Bloom for Bright Mac.

Time past and Bright Bloom birthed a healthy female earth pony named Shine Bloom.

This is what I came up with for the aftermath of the chapter "The Pear Apple Switch-Up"
