One of the most realistic, at least in my opinion, portrayals of what being an ageless and immortal ruler must be like. It also presents the dynamic of słów fallout between royal sisters in less grimdark way that it is usually presented on this site. This is absolutely wild. I love the take on Equestria's fragility prior to---and even during---Luna's banishment. I love how you've written pre-Nightmare Luna. She has moments of darkness and loneliness, but still feels like she's trying to keep afloat. She's trying to be a good person, but everything is just slipping under the crushing weight of her responsibilities.
