Fairly nice. I don't know what is this crossovering to exactly, but I like it. There are a couple of grammar mistakes I did notice, but nothing major. It's a good story!

Now we need SCP-524 (Walter the super-omnivorous rabbit) as one of Fluttershy's pets. After eating her out of house and home (which is stressful enough), Walter then eats himself, causing Fluttershy to have a full-on nervous breakdown.
SCP-038, the "Everything Tree": One morning, Applejack wakes up and goes out to check on the apple trees, as she does every morning. Strangely, there's a tree she doesn't ever remember planting, since it's standing out by its lonesome in an empty field that was being prepared to grow corn. Applejack walks up to it to get a closer look, when suddenly a strong gust of wind knocks off her hat, causing it to roll toward the tree, eventually touching it. Reaching the tree, she feels something drop onto her head. It's...another hat? Just like hers, leaning up against the trunk. "What in tarnation...?" Curious, she touches the bark with a forehoof...and feels a tremendous chill run up her spine. Leaping backwards, heart racing, her first thought was "RUN AWAY". Her second thought is "Wait...are those...legs?" Indeed, two legs had sprouted from the tree, wiggling as if stuck. And that's not the strangest part. The strangest part is the legs grew a rump, then a torso, then two more legs and finally a head, finally falling with a THUIMP onto the ground. Applejack's jaw dropped as she stared in disbelief at her own clone.
