Fleetfoot has known for a long time that she was gay. Since she was a little filly she has known. But in the wake of ponies who want to tear her down, it's really hard to actually accept herself. Spitfire has been nothing but an amazing marefriend to her, but she still thinks that somehow they're doing something wrong. One's identity, she learns, is perfect when happiness and love are free to come and go in whatever direction feels right.

Thank you! I know what it feels like to have an entire community disagree with my sexuality and go out of their way to try and sway others like me from our feelings. I've never been outright insulted like this though, but I know people who have and it's very painful. I'm glad you enjoyed.

Thank you, it means a lot. For the most part I have very supportive people around me, and I live in an area with high numbers of the LGBTQ+ community. It's just that depending on where you go and what you're doing there, opinions change. Not everywhere will be kind to you, but I am fortunate enough to have more supporters than not.
