I'd be railing the pony plot every chance I got. She wouldn't have a chance to feel unfabulous, I'd worship her as a goddess, even as we grew old and grey, I'd still worship her as the true goddess of fabulousity.

As long as she uses her sex appeal to pacify humanity for the most part. (makes small clones of herself have to have sex with humans to make them non-aggressive) And considers human guns as mere massage tools as they shoot her with them.
Maybe. Perhaps she hyper fertilizes Earth's farmland. For example, instead of months, it takes mere days to grow stuff. The same case for trees. They grow much larger, and faster.

I was more thinking, that a giant pregnant celestia just shows up, and starts levitating cakes out through peoples windows. She has no intent of harming anyone, but she really wants those cakes. If shes anthro, she might not be able to see the city right in front of her, and the humans might not be able to see anything with her belly casting a shadow over an entire town. and after a minute or so, when she has devoured all the cakes in that town, she moves on to the next, moving at speeds that seem impossible, and not just creatures of her size.
Most humans would just stand there mouth agape, trying to process what is happening, to them, it might seem like an end of the world scenario. celestia could stop and try to explain, that theyre perfectly safe, but shes just so hungry, if she were to stop eating, her stomach rumbling would drown out not just her voice , but all other sound as well.
and the situation shouldnt really need an explanation anyway:
celestia is pregnant, therefore she must eat all of the cakes in the world.
Simple cause and effect.
the guns and farming stuff sounds really great though.
This was a beyond heart warmingly sweet and sexy story.
