After the battle of Castle Oblivion, Sora has chosen to regain his old memories and has been put to sleep until he is whole once again. With his absence, dark forces are able to do as they please with their only true opposition missing in action. Master eraquis never fell into darkness either, he was only doing what he thought was the right think to do. Terra was the one who fell into darkness. Besides, just because someone is on the side of darkness doesn't mean they're evil. Just look at Riku and Roxas.

I wouldn't exactly say Pipsqueak is more powerful. The fact still remains that he lost (first), if you noticed, Pipsqueak relied more on his swordsmanship while Dinky relied on her wisdom of magic. Since their battlefield was kinda small, Pipsqueak had the upper advantage with his speed so he can get his attacks in a lot quicker than Dinky could. Dinky also has a bit of an advantage though as well since she can use her natural born abilities as a unicorn to enhance her magic. But I'll admit, despite their advantages, it was still kind of a unfair fight. Pipsqueak tapped into a small portion of his darkness to get the upper hand while Dinky was barely trying. Now if they were at full power, and had a bigger battlefield, then it would had been a fair fight for the both of them.
