great story i sort of got mad about starlight being thrown out of the castle while in a bath tub (it's why i think season 8 to me was a sign of torching her) but until the season finale came that's when i got upset and it drew the line for me wish the 8th season went a different way than what was done.

Now that I think about it, whenever Starlight had a major role in a Season 8 episode it felt like a full on Starlight torture porn as she continuously suffered all the time. Don’t believe me, well let’s look at Parent Map, Matter Of Principals, Road To Friendship(Trixie also suffers unfortunately) and School Raze she always gets portrayed in the wrong or is suffering due to another character doing it to her, although I could be wrong. I respect your opinion if you disagree.

i really agree with what you said that's one of the big reasons why season 8 is my least favorite season (it always will) i did think season 9 was some what better (some episodes i liked and others not so much) my favorite episode from the season was the ending of the end (just thought it was an improvement over the the season 8 finale) before that my actual favorite episode at first was student council cause i thought it was going to treat starlight right (than came a horse shoe in and it's just about really bad treating starlight bad again) i really wish they treated her right in the last two seasons (especially 8).

I feel they only mistreated her just to satisfy the Starlight haters who enjoy her suffering(Although the Starlight haters are very respectful). I could be wrong though. Yeah I remember that episode I thought it was funny but I guess some people don't take it too well when it comes to that and trust me I hated that character so much and I can't believe he got away with that as well and I understand Starlight gets upset with Spike I mean I would too but acting like that doesn't really help that situation as well but I'm kind of glad they both talked about this and apologize to each other okay look this episode was pretty ups and downs for me and sometimes I feel like the show keeps forgetting about this whole forgiveness sometimes so good job in the story
