The prose is a bit purple, but the premise is interesting. Not the first time I've seen an Equestria (or at least a Twilight) that's never heard of sex. Looking forward to seeing how you answer the obvious questions.

Yeah, I found writing it felt stilted too, but it's an unfortunate side effect of describing sex in a clinical way, which you have to do if sex is a foreign concept to the characters.

Incest isn't my thing, but somehow it isn't as bad when neither party has any idea what they're doing. In any case, I shouldn't be surprised that not everyone is overthinking this new phenomenon as much as Twilight. Though if she does go to see Applejack, well, that'll certainly be a moment to remember for all involved parties.

I am so confused if this is an anthro, humanized, or pony world. Because there's a repeated use of Hands AND Hooves, mentions of fur and manes, but also you wrote that Twilight couldn't see any...pink skin...under the white goop all over Rarity, which for a moment made me thing humanized, but I just....I don't understand.

It's hard to see white under white, so looking for another colour makes sense. Besides that, everything else shows they're anthro, including the several examples you pointed out yourself.

It's better if you read it without foreknowledge to enjoy the story beats and twists, but I can put tags here if you're not worried about spoiling the writing. It's pretty much vanilla clop, but if you want specifics, then there's tentacles, maledom, pregnancy.

Life is complex, and I mean that biochemically, socially, and philosophically. It's understandable for someone to want smooth things over, especially in defense of her little sister, but that doesn't make it a good idea. For now, it's just a matter of riding the bull until he gets tired.

Awesome to this this return again. From the little Twilight and Shining talked about how things worked before the return of sex and libido I am pretty curious how babies... happened... Equestria-wide. Did they actually use storks? Did she have a spy network watching couples go at it then magically creating babies based on them to be delivered by trained storks?
Also, Twi should maybe share the whole 'sex --> foals' detail before every fertile female on the planet is pregnant.
Or don't, I wouldn't complain if that happened. Drama queen Rarity waddling around eating ice cream while lamenting her ruined figure is a favorite of mine.

My head canon is that it's a bureaucratic process, like filing joint tax returns ("Oh, our application last month got denied, want to try again, honey?"). And yeah, was assuming Celestia using storks to deliver babies for a few reasons. Expect to see more background on Celestia in the future.
I like where you're going with the other input, I would mention that there is a bit of content in that direction with the associated chapter 4 comic on Derpi #3036547. Haha, now I have a picture in my head of Rarity talking pictorially with a speech bubble of a whale in it (lamenting her size) XD
