When I first started reading this I couldn't help but think about a certain game involving some co workers mysteriously disappearing... but I very heavily doubt that has anything to do with this story. Still though, it's really good so far.

In my mind (and I did try to account for as much in this story): there was enough time for Chrysalis to fly to the Hive in back, in the time it took for (a) Tirek to then depart, (b) Cozy to befriend Pinkie, (c) Pinkie to tell stories about Starlight to Cozy, (d) Tirek to return, and (e) Pinkie to get through to Tirek.
Admittedly, I may have taken a bit of creative license with the timeframe.
I actually thought that this was going to be the last chapter, but I guess I was wrong.
