A place where conquerors, dictators, murderers, and psychopaths can go and relax. Destress from a long day of laborious evil deeds, and even heal the wounds from encounters with heroes.

This was actually pretty clever. Work on your formatting, though. Proofread your structure so it looks professional and consistent. Also, using eight periods for a continuation is too much. Use three.

Well done! The on-edge, bantery style of the characters feels like it could fit right in with an actual episode.
Do keep in mind, though, that you're converting from a visual medium to a textual one. The beauty, and really the strength, of the Villain Pub is that they can shove as many background characters in there as they please. It didn't get to be too much in this chapter, but it got a little close. In situations where there's more than two or three characters, I've found it's sometimes easier to describe a character's action right before they speak, so the audience is clued in.
That said, you've taken on an ambitious, well-known crossover and done good by the characters, the tone, and the setting! Best of luck going forward!

If yes on the latter than I would like to suggest the Young Justice version of Klarion the Witch Boy, and South Parks Eric Cartman. I can't help but picture Cartman and Cozy either hitting it off, or becoming rivals of some kind.
