I like how you describe your world, it feels otherworldly. Mountains of waves or maps older than the rocks... hunting mermaids and hiding from the Snow demon... I feel, I dont know whats going on but that's ok neither does Fluttershy

I especially like the deliberate hidden-sea-referential word choices in places, like the reference to "titanic" presaging a disastrous situation, etc.
