This story is a sequel to Post Change Cocoons
The very first changeling cocoon spa is open for business in Ponyville. When Shining comes to visit Twilight, he finds a flyer advertising the new business. Considering his own past experiences, Shining isn't sure if this is a good idea. To see if his concerns have merit, he goes to visit the shop with Twilight, and it takes a turn he didn't expect.

oooh, this was so cool! Man, I could really use a cocoon nap too.....I wish this existed. XD
These cocoons sound like they would be VERY useful for recovering after 24-hour shifts, rather than having to sleep til (at least) mid-afternoon before I can function again. I wonder if the changelings would be willing to do house calls? I'd even let them hug my plushies while I sleep

Thanks! You know, you could write your character getting one of these cocoon naps. I know it might not be the same as getting it yourself, but you could try and live the experience through your character. You and TipTablet both could, and spread this revolutionary business concept at the same time.

Actually, they can do house calls. I mentioned it in my second blog post. Once they've got a good network of cocoon spas around Equestria, they're ready to go beyond the spas and do cocoonings at customers' homes. That way they don't get overcrowded at the shop, and can still treat everycreature.
We could probably work something out.

It was very brave of him, being one of the most affected victims of Chrysalis's schemes. As for there being more, time will tell if I can come up with a story to expand this little series. The first story was me poking at my own curiosity about what happens to how changelings use cocoons after being reformed, and then this story was about getting a new potential business started and how somecreature with bad history might react to that. As of now, I'm not sure what the next step would be. Thanks for your support!
A very interesting story. I haven't read the first installment yet, but these cocoons remind of sensory deprivation tanks. I kinda thought Shining might see some kind of spirit vision like Lisa did on that one episode of The Simpsons.
