A warning to Luna: 1) Magic always exacts its price. 2) There is no consequence-free way of defying the natural order of things. 3) There is a reason why Necromancy is a forbidden art; the methods and price it requires for its miracles are not for one who wishes to remain on the side of light.
I'm thinking that the classic Kipling story "The Monkey's Paw" might be recommended reading for Luna here.
1072884 Yes, hopefully you didn't think there would be no consequence that Luna would have to face for performing necromancy. Anyways, thanks for reading my story, and I hope you'll enjoy the next few chapters! I was always planning on there being a consequence, don't worry!
Wow! I can see you were telling me the truth when you said you pit a lot of thought into this story. These few chapters are proof of that. But I don't recommend limiting a story of this caliber to a mere 5,000 words. But if you continue the way you have, you could pull it off in about 10,000 words or so. I just know from personal experience, that my stories' refuse to let themselves be contained to my projected lengths. But anyhow, this is very good! I can't wait to read more! Already fav'd and thumbed up! In fact your story has stirred my passions for Luna. I really feel the urge to work on Chapter 9 of "A Total Eclipse of Their Herts" now! Keep up the good work!
1073440 Wow guys, I never expected this positive of a reaction to this story! And Jaydex, I think you're right, I will try to make this story longer! Thanks again for your amazing encouragement!
1074174 I'm always happy to lend, my support! And thank you for posting this story! I've been feeling bad for not working on my Luna fic! Now I've started work on Chapter 9! And I feel a new found inspiration for it!
I would like to see how you justify the relation to the 'mind' in this story. Don't forget, a rotten/re-animated husk isn't going to instantly spring back to life in an esact likeness.
So Luna has done necromancy to revive her lover?
DAT CLIFFHANGER!
another great chapter looking foward to the next :)
Ima track and like cuz this is the shit fo shizzle up in dat hizzle

Optimistically speaking, yes; 'breath' might not happen depending on how complete the 'recreation' is.
