Everything is going according to plan! For now... 😈
Wonder if Winter is simply ignoring the nagging worry if they outright call him out as an alien. After all, he's clearly not from the village and all that, so it counts!

So far, all he knows is that there is a village of kirin.
Now I wonder how this trip will go? Because sooner or later the truth needs to come out that he is another unfortunate soul pulled to Equestria. Twilight and her friends will not be happy that a certain service as slipped by them again but they do need help out our poor stallion and let him know he is more then welcome to talk.
Does anyone else think this makes no sense?
Here you have a girl who buys a custom made man. She knows he doesn't exist. She knows he has no past, and she is fine with taking him to the Kirin lands. They have no back story for him, no explanation as to where he came from, no excuse for him being in the town he is currently living in, and no reason for him being outside the Kirin lands. Add to that no idea at all how the Kirin will respond to interracial marriage or any idea about the Kirins culture or treatment of males at all.
Besides, do you really think that Celestia would allow a manufactured artificial pony to live? No safeguards? No safety records? No safety overrides, no emergency kill switch? (Yes, I know he was a human, but would Celestia even believe that? The human was completely overwritten. No memories.) We would call him a synth or a synthetic, in their culture he would be considered a golem or homunculus.
I just don't understand why the one character who knows what he really is, cant see the huge dumpster fire that this could turn into.

Because his personality was almost completely overwritten by this point. If you really pay close attention, you can see how his thought processes change as time goes on. He is less and less human, and has less and less free will. His decisions are based on the the rules that he was programmed with.
Don't anger his woman. Make his woman happy. Be the best husband he can be.
I think by this point, there is very little of the original him left.

Some of that is valid, but a lot of that is human paranoia that doesn't really exist in magical pony land. Also she wasn't told how she'd get the kirin of her dreams, just that she would get one, and here they are ta da. How was that done? No idea!
But I am a little confused. The conflicts with him being in the town was like the focus of many chapters, turning around, and now he's a member of the local card playing group, yay! He has a job at the factory alongside many others in the town. He was a mystery, but is far less so these days, even if he is awful quiet.
